Wow this place is terrible. The gynecologist I visited didnt even ask for my full medical history. She just seemed super rushed and did not care much about my concerns. I had a follow up appointment scheduled with a specialist then had an emergency come up. I called to reschedule and they promised I would not be charged a fee. Well...they charged me a $75 no show fee anyway. Now its been three weeks, and I have called three times, and no one will fix this on my account and refund my money. HIGHLY do not recommend going here.

Really positive experience! I was in and out in under 40 minutes and everyone made me feel so comfortable. So appreciative to have found this great office!

I loved my experience at Maiden lane! I’ve been living in the city for 6 years and have been scared to get a gynecologist here because the process can be so daunting. Faina Gelman was wonderful! She was so understanding and reassuring of my questions. The front desk staff is wonderful. I was having an issue with my insurance and they called the insurance company immediately and cleared it up. I even arrived late and they still got me in to see the doctor so quickly! Would highly recommend any woman to this office.

Dr. Blanton is great, very kind and personable and made me feel super comfortable! She was recommended to me by a friend and I would highly recommend her as well. The staff was also really, really sweet!I had an awful experience with their scheduling line, though. I was leaving work early for my appointment and I had accidentally made a wrong turn (totally my fault), so I was running just 5 minutes late and felt really badly about it. To be polite, I called the number in my confirmation email to apologize and let them know I was almost there. The man on the phone not only scolded me but also told me I already missed my appointment and that I had to re-schedule. When I got there all of 2 minutes later everything was fine and I was seen, but I was super worked up, which is not a great way to go into a doctors appointment. I was only a few minutes late, so if its that tight then they shouldnt be scheduling appointments so close to closing!

I love everyone at Maiden Lane Medical they are all so amazing and careing, they help with my insurance, have seen me multiple times until we figure out what is going on alwasy with a positive attituted.If you are looking for a PT Kate Zhang is amazing and super nice. She has really helped me turn things around in the past year! I think she has been instrumental to my well being, not only does she help you physically she will also listens to what you have to say and be there for you. I would definetely recommend anyone to go see her.

I recently went to Maiden Lane Medical as a new patient for GYN services on a Saturday. The environment was very clean and the lady at the front desk was extremely helpful and kind. I saw Dr. Gelman-Nisanov and I must say I am very pleased. I felt comfortable with her, she listened and answered all my questions and even said that my questions were very astute. The service was prompt and I am very happy that I found a new GYN home. I highly recommend. This place was a referral from Femgyn another Excellent medical center.

Everyone in the office was professional and kind. The visit was thorough and not rushed. I would definitely recommend this office to my family and friends.

PLEASE STAY AWAY. I used to go here and had a wonderful gynecologist. However, unfortunately she is not there anymore and no one bothered to let me know. My prescription was never refilled and I could not get a standard refill unless I saw a new doctor virtually. It makes no sense because I should be able to have unlimited based on a previous exam for at least 3 years. They care about your money and taking as much from insurance as possible. I am still waiting to speak to a manager and I still have not received my Rx. Horrible. I am looking for a new doctor!

I made an appointment 5 months out. I showed up today for my appointment and they claimed I cancelled it over the phone - however I received a confirmation email of my appointment 2 days ago. I am extremely disappointed and I will never return. A complete waste of time

I’m not afraid to share that I go here. I’ve seen multiple doctors at this practice and they are the most awe-inspiring, competent, pleasant doctors I’ve ever had the honor of being seen by. Dr. Blanton and Dr. Geller have exceptional bedside manner while also being incredibly competent and efficient. They were recommended to me by a friend and I would drive across the country just to continue being seen here.

My appointment was not rushed but went pretty fast. She was thorough and listened to all the issues I had. She made some pretty good recommendations too. Not just ones related to my Gynecology appointment. She was funny and made me feel really comfortable. I like that she didnt try to force any unnecessary services on me. I think any woman would enjoy going to this place.

I met with Dr. Gelman-Nisanov and it was great experience. I was a bit nervous going in for my appointment but she was incredibly professional, answered all of my questions concerning birth control clearly and kindly, and was genuinely engaged in helping me find the best option for me. I will definitely be seeing her again for a follow-up. Additionally, the staff was incredibly kind and helpful. I didn’t have my insurance card on me but was able to find the relevant information through an alternative method. The staff was patient and very helpful.

Dena Harris has been my gynecologist for more than 35 years. I think she might be the best gynecologist in NYC! She is certainly one of the very best doctors I have ever encountered. She is incredibly thorough, smart, knowledgeable, compassionate, professional, down-to-earth, and committed to her patients health and well-being. The staff at Maiden Lane Medical Soho Gynecology are friendly, professional, helpful, and efficient. This is the only doctors office where I dont get white coat hypertension syndrome! I highly recommend them.

Ive just started seeing Dr. Blanton but I am very happy and impressed so far. She is very thoughtful and thorough and explains everything very carefully so you understand your options and possible side effects fully before making a decision. The office staff are also extremely helpful and friendly. Nothing but good experiences so far.

Everything was fine. Got a quick appointment. Clean office, efficient and nice and helpful staff at reception desk. Dr. Harris kind and thorough as usual. I would recommend this medical facility, but friends would need to use insurance or Medicare if that is possible.

I have been going to One Medical for years now and am so glad Dr Harris was referred to me by a friend. I am aware each time I visit how confident I feel in their practice. Dr. Harris takes the time to speak to you in depth, giving you room to voice your questions and concern...respecting that it is your body. The whole office works well, the nurses and technicians run a tight ship.

She was kind, sweet, patient, and explained everything that she was going to do, then explained what she was doing in real time, and then shared next steps along with other procedures I inquired about. I’ve been going to Maiden Lane Medical for 5+ years and have always had great experiences with the staff, doctors and nurse practitioners. The offices are always very clean and comfortable, and wait times are usually short. Will definitely continue to come here.

The doctors there are good but I wont be coming back. Their billing services suck. One month after a visit I was sent a bill to pay of a charge I was never informed about nor agreed to. It just sucks when you go to a doctor and they dont inform you how much it will cost and then you get some random bill you have to pay.

This office is nothing short of exceptional! Everyone from the front desk, to the nurse and Dr. Gelman-Nisanov herself were absolutely lovely and helpful! She was thorough, very knowledgeable, and made me feel safe and comfortable. I didn’t feel rushed and she really took the time to understand all of my concerns. This is by far the best GYN experience I’ve had - so glad I found her!

Maiden Lane needs to provide direct phone numbers to their practitioners. I waited in the cold for 20 minutes because they had neglected to provide a current address for my doctor. I went to the old office. I had no idea why no one answered the door. I had to call a central phone line, I was on hold for over 10 minutes. The office had moved across the street. After my appointment the prescription I needed had not been sent to my pharmacy. I had to call again. Wait again on hold. Come on folks! Get it together. I have never had this problem with Maiden Lane before.

Dr Blume is the best! Shes easy to talk to and is great for providing all your available options without being too pushy! Ive always been seen in a timely manner.

I’ve been going to Maiden Lane Medical for about 2 years now. I have seen a few different doctors and I liked them all very much: courteous, professional, patient, always with an answer and a smile. On the other hand, the front desk staff is unnecessarily rude, unhelpful and, I believe, lying. Twice already I showed up for an appointment only to be told that they had to cancel it. They claimed they called me but in reality they never did it.Great doctors and nurses, very poor staff. Very unfortunate.

Dr. Blanton is extremely caring and yet very professional. She made sure that I was aware of every process of the procedure I needed to have. She helped put my mind at ease and made me feel like I was a person that mattered to her and not just another patient.

Doctor and ultrasound tech are amazing, but the front office staff is rude and a mess. Also, you cant reach them directly because they use a call center, so any information you want conveyed is never passed along. While waiting (almost an hour) for my appointment, I witnessed a) a mother of a patient demanding medical history to be faxed to her daughters surgeon since two weeks of requests didnt work, and b) two other patients arguing about appointment mix-ups. Its a shame because Dr. Blume is a gem.

Maiden Lane Medical is a 5 star group. I was in need of a surgical procedure and met with Dr. Emily Blanton. She was as caring and detailed on my first visit as she was post surgery. Not only was she the best GYN I have ever attended but she was extremely knowledgeable. The entire team was organized and pleasant. The appointments were always on schedule. I could have not asked for better care.

I’ve gone to Dena Harris for something like 30 years. She listens to you, she’s flexible and will work with you with herbalists or acupuncturists. She’s open minded and will try an out of the box solution to a problem if the standard approach doesn’t work.

Everyone is friendly. I love love love Dr. Blanton. She’s caring, honest, and responsive. I am so thankful that I was recommended to Madien Lane! Better than any other doctors offices I’ve been to.

Dr. Harris is the best. She really cares about her patients and spends time truly getting to know them, getting to know the full picture and making valuable suggestions for care.

I brought my teenage daughter to see Dr. Blume. She is fantastic! She made my daughter feel very comfortable. She is very good at explaining things to her and really listens to what my daughter says. I am very happy with my choice and highly recommend Dr. Blume if you have a teenage daughter.

I found Dr. Blume on Zocdoc and she was wonderful, no complaints there. When I checked my claims online, I saw that they submitted for both preventative and an office visit. All I went in for was my annual pap. It seems that the doctor asking do you want birth control and me saying yes please was enough for them to charge for an office visit. I just think thats really shady... I wish Spring OB took my new insurance so that I wouldnt have had to leave. Looks like Im still searching for a new doc.

Love this place. Dr. Blanton is an absolute saint! I went to her after I was dealing with an issue that no one could figure out (2 doctors and 3 NPs later). She was so thorough and really listens to her patients, rather than just typing whatever youre saying and rush you out. She also makes such an effort to personally check up on her patients, which I found to be very rare with a lot of doctors. The front desk staff is okay, nothing great but not horrible. I still give this 5 stars though because Dr. Blanton is just that awesome. I would definitely recommend her!

I really loved my OBGYN but my experience with Maiden Lanes billing department was a nightmare. They misfiled every bill, would not assist me in trying to correct the bills, did not answer my phone calls or emails, and overall were incredibly rude. I wish I had a different experience here because my OBGYN was amazing.

I use Dr Harris who is one of the best , caring and smart doctor I’ve dealt with in a long time.

10/12/2018 Appointment: This appointment was at Madien Lane Medical. I had an appointment with Dr Hudson she was so unprofessional. First off my appointment was originally for 12:50 pm when I got an email randomly during the week saying the doctor changed it to 12:35 pm. I called in to verify it wasn’t just asking me to get there fifteen minutes early for intake as I was a new patient. I got there on time at 12:32 pm and waited for about 15 minutes just get my vitals taken- not bad. Then finally at 1:15 pm after waiting over 40 minutes to be seen. She sends out a nurse to tell me that she can’t make it as she is going into surgery and that I needed to reschedule. This is after I already paid my insurance $30 co-pay. Thank God for the office manager Shanae (who looks like the lovely Tyra Banks btw) that went back and talked to her to give her a piece of her mind. Not only was SHANAE able to advocate for me telling Dr. Hudson that she was unprofessional as her she didn’t need to be in OR until 1:45 pm. She also got me to see another doctor thankful Dr. Paula Blume. Whom was a very sweet & understanding doctor that answered all my questions with ease & patience without rushing me or making me feel bad for taking me last minute. She said I have beautiful cervix! Lol. I would highly recommend her and I would not recommend Dr. Hudson. Not only was I turn off by Dr. Hudson if Shanae didn’t assist me I would have misreviewed the entire clinic as unprofessional. I like the clinic now so much that I’m making one of the other doctors recommended by Dr. Blume my PCP. Thank you Shanae & thank you Dr. Blume. You made my day.

Stay away. Doctors dont call back and the front desk is an absolute mess.
