Dr.Audrey is one exceptional OB-GYN She delivered all of my three kids. She also delivered my two sisters kids. I am so grateful to have her as my doctor. She also referred me to an amazing pediatrician.

Dr. Aubey is an excellent physician. She is compassionate, knowledgeable and helped me to feel calm throughout the pregnancy and delivery. Despite not being on call during my delivery, she stayed with me throughout labor and eventual section. I would highly recommend her to anyone planning a pregnancy.

Dr. Aubey is phenomenal!! I’ve recommended her to all my friends and family! Being pregnant for the first time is super scary, she made me feel comfortable and gave me lots of advice. I was a crazy pregnant lady who called for everything (literally) and she always returned my calls and was always kind! I still see her for yearly physicals and I even asked that she stay at NYP until I give birth with my next child, which I’m hoping to come in the next year or so. We love you Aubey! ❤️

Just want to state that this review is LARGELY about Dr Janice Aubeys staff who work in the office and schedule her appointments/take messages and supposedly supervise that team. Clearly there is a massive communication issue with that office. Back earlier in the year I called in 6-12 times requesting a change in medication. The last birth control I had been on caused a massive skin outbreak, weight gain and made me very sick/nauseous so I had to stop taking it. Immediately after stopping the medication I dropped 10lbs and felt better. I requested a new prescription, something Id taken awhile back that was great. I called and requested the medication and the girl I thought who transcribed the message said shed call it in within 48hrs. I went to the pharmacy only to find the old medication called in. I called the office back and let them know this and gave the correct medication name I needed. The girl on the phone said shed request it, again, 48hrs. I called a couple other times, once theyd closed at 11am for snow but no patients knew this. In total, I called their office 10+ times to speak to someone asking for this new medication.I have finally called and requested to see a new doctor to get medication and the office puts me on the phone with a supervisor or someone as doctor changes cause alerts.FYI - They took zero blame and blamed ME. The office is blaming me, saying I never once provided the name of the medication in any of my calls but the woman on the phone wants me to know that shes not arguing with me even though shes clearly stating that her team never once wrote down my actual request.TIP: Listen to the patients when they call in and write down the actual request on the note. Ive actually worked in that job before. For 8 years. Its a pretty crucial step. Also, not a good look to blame your patient when they did everything in their power to take the necessary actions in calling your office time and time again to make the very same request.

Dr. Aubey is a great doctor and her bedside manner is exceptional. Her medical assistant Latoya made feel comfortable and relaxed today. I feel happy. Dr. Aubey has been a doctor of choice since 2011.

I cannot express how much I appreciate having a doctor who is as compassionate and considerate as Dr. Aubey. Having my first child was at times scary but she was always a calming voice who ensured me that things would be ok. The day I went in labor the universe would have it that Dr. Aubey was on call. She was there the entire time through my delivery and ultimate c-section after pushing for hours. Im grateful for her expertise and knowledge as an Obstetrician and cannot thank her and the staff at NY Presbyterian enough.
