My experience here was amazing I booked and appointment really quick, the front desks staff and nurses are very nice.Dr. Gabriela made me fell very confident and she gave the exactly treatment for what I need.I’m so glad that I find this place.Highly recommended.

The place is super clean and organized, staff there are literally really EFFICIENT, I didn’t have to wait, the whole process is fast and easy. Dr Olaru is very warming and patient, she answered all my questions, and assured me with my concerns. The nurses are very gentle. No complaints here, I highly recommend every woman/girl to have annual checkup there to make sure everything is good, already scheduled my follow up appointment six months after. Thank you Dr Olaru for your patience and kindness

The staff and the Dr. Olaru are very nice and friendly. She was able to answer all my questions and concerns. I was seen right away along with my 16-year-old daughter. She was very gentle with my daughter and was able to make her feel very comfortable especially this being her first time at the GYN. It was definitely a great experience for both of us to share this moment. I highly recommend Dr. Olaru and Dr. Carrasco. I love that they both are very caring, professional and compassionate.

Im quite unsure why Dr. Olaru has so many negative reviews. I typically come in for my preventative services and the wait time is never longer than 30 mins, honestly, even lesser than that. The assistants are very thorough -- I will say that Dr. Olaru can be quite quick with her bed side time (but, I really didnt have anything wrong with me, so there wasnt a need for much communication). Front staff has been helpful during my visits, along with breaking down my deductible.

Arrived 20mins before my appointment however still waited over 2hours to be seen. Why? I found out my appointment was switched by the receptionist Tiffany to a later time with NO consent or notification to me.Dr Olaru is a great doctor I highly recommend here, but be aware the receptionist staff are highly unprofessional.

Im writing this review as I sit here waiting to be seen. It is going on 10 am but I definitely had an 8:40 appointment. She does this time and time again. She is generally nice doctor but nice doesnt cut it. I need there to be some kind of system or structure. I should not be waiting this long. This is literally all the time so Ill definitely not coming back here.

Dr. Olaru has been a knowledgeable and wonderful doctor for me. I don’t mind waiting because I know that she gives care to every patient she sees. Sometimes care takes a little more time. The front desk staff has always been considerate and kind to me. I’ve been a patient close to 10 years.

Dr. Olaru is very nice but nice really doesnt cut it when the wait times are consistently more than an hour and the front desk staff is incredibly rude. Will be finding another doctor going forward.

Incredibly long waiting time every single visit. No matter what the time of your appointment, expect a 2 hour or so wait. As others before me mentioned, Dr. Olaru is nice, polite, polished but that’s the only redeeming quality. She put me on 2 different types of birth control methods simultaneously and I have suffered a lot under her care. I am glad I found a more qualified knowledgeable gynaecologist, I don’t recommend her as a doctor to anyone. She certainly does not know what she is doing/advising to her patients.

I have been coming to this clinic for over 10years. I am disappointed about the service at the front desk nowadays. Bad customer service. You could be standing at the front desk and be totally ignored. Dr. Omari however is attentive. She should renew her staff.

I love Dr Olaru she’s patient, considerate, honest, and I have been a patient of hers for over 15 years.

Dr.Olaru is nice enough but there is constantly a long wait time no matter what time of day you make an appointment. Wait times vary from 45mins to and 1.5 hours. I’ve been seeing her for 3 years now because of the convenient location but am switching to a new Gyno with a more professional staff and sense of respect for their patients time. Do not recommend.

I have been a patient of Dr Olaru for about 10 years.Dr Olaru is a good doctor, but her administrative staff has become horrible. I called yesterday to tell them that my insurance had changed and I had not received the card yet, that I had only the policy number. They said it is fine. You can come to your tomorrow’s appointment. I drove all the way from Riverdale to Upper East Side just to find out that they could not use the policy number. I had to cancel the appointment and drive back home! They did not even try to help, or offer to reschedule...I was ok to deal with the distance, because I like Dr Olaru, but the lack of professionalism from her team will make me look for another GYN.
