-Easy to get an appointment last minute but be prepared for medium/long wait times in the waiting room and once you are placed in a patient room-I went 4 times within a 4 week span and had a different doctor each time, I don’t even know the name of the third doctor since my appointment confirmation by email never changed to the correct doctors name-Long wait times when you call the office however the texting app Klara was good so I preferred to use that to communicate with the front desk/doctors-Front desk are friendly but always seem a little overwhelmed as the office is very busy-The doctors will take the time to answer your questions but you have to make sure you come with all of your questions ready to go as they don’t offer extra information. I left one appointment wishing I was given all my options/more information instead of immediately being scheduled for a surgery that I ending up not needing.-my primary doctor has a phone app. A suggestion is, It would be nice if they created an app for a more seamless experience to communicate with them, book appointments and check test resultsOverall I would come back if I still live in Manhattan as the location is convenient to where I live and the medical staff, front desk and doctors are knowledgeable and friendly.

I was having some concerns and decided to drop by midday Saturday to see if they could help me/fit me in. They politely sorted me with an appointment right there and I was able to discuss all of my concerns. Everyone is super friendly here and always happy to answer questions and help ease any anxieties along the way.

This is the second time I go into the office and don’t receive any results. I went back in February, never received my results and was told that they lost my records and don’t have any documentation for my visit after doing multiple exams and being charged $350 by the lab. I had to go back to redo the same exams since I never received my results the first time around and have yet to hear back again. I have emailed them twice and have gotten no response and no update to my records. The doctors were very nice, but not worth it considering the lack of care with follow up and results. Truly a waste of time - now I need to find a new doctor and redo the tests a third time.

It’s always a pleasure when I go into the office. It feels like a family. Everyone is so nice and extremely helpful and super supportive!! Dr. Kim is so welcoming and very insightful. She also listens!!! I recommend this office 100%

I did a lot of looking around for a doctor that I liked. And I finally found someone who listens, is body positive, the staff is warm and friendly. I felt comfortable every step of the way.

I just left this place because I waited more than an hour in the examination room for someone the Dr Melanie Torres to come see me and she never did. I was waiting and waiting. I went up to the front desk to see if they had forgotten about me, and it seems that in fact they did because no one knew what was going on. This is very unprofessional and disgusting. I have never written a google review before but I’m so upset by this experience. The receptionist asked me if I wanted to book another appointment… why would she ask me this after this horrible experience.

Horrible experience ever!I had visited yesterday around 5:07 and my appointment time was 5:30. They took me for the check up around 6:15. I had booked my appointment for Dr Sonia but there was another doc altogether for the checkup. They tested me for lot of things so today when I called them for my reports after holding the call for like 20 minutes, they said they take around 2-3 working days to just upload the test result once done. The results of the blood tests done will take 6-7 working days. The lady who attended me over the call was rude and she had absolutely no idea about the portal and when I told her that most hospitals upload the results on the portal once done, she said try calling tomorrow. Talking to her was a nightmare.Good luck if you are even thinking of visiting there!Modified: I wrote a bad review and they called me and said they have uploadedALL my reports so that I go and change my review. They didnt really care about anything else. Even then, only HALF of my reports were uploaded.Later I visited another doc and she wanted to know what went wrong and so she asked for my reports and she was shocked to see so many tests done on me. She said apart from one, nothing else was needed. The bill for that visit came out to be $750 out of pocket.This visit was not only heavy on my pocket but I felt the doctor even spoiled my case. He was absolutely clueless.

I loved this gyn office staff is awesome as polite , wait time was short 10-15 min. Gyn doctor was awesome and listened to all concerns. Facility is very clean.

First time patient. Didn’t spend much time in the waiting room and didn’t wait long to see the doctor after. Was nervous about my first time seeing a male gyno but he made sure I was 100% comfortable. The staff was pleasant, definitely will be returning.

Once the nurse practitioner greeted me at the door my experience was amazing! The 2 nurse practitioners and the Doctor on duty were kind, thorough, conversational and amazing.The women at the front desk were nice but not overly friendly.

Horrible experience, If I could give a 0 i would. I honestly do not understand how I have waited since my last checkup June 2021 for a call from them to find out when I will get my nexplanon implant. I waited up until my cycle started and have been calling constantly for weeks and weeks and they give me the same response you have to wait 6-8weeks. I called the pharmacy that is shipping out the nexplanon to their office and they said it takes 3-5 business days its been two weeks since they told me that and I have yet to hear from your clinic. I decided to go elsewhere for Birth Control. It is unbelievable they never answer the phone and always have a delay with the order. I am paying out of pocket for services to not even be attended appropriately. There are so many better GyNe in NYC find another!

It was my first time seeing Dr. Mazlin, he was amazing. He literally explained with a diaphragm for my condition. He made me feelComfortable and really seems to be genuine and listens to your problems. I highly recommend this man. Thank you doctor.

I found this doctor office through zocdoc and I am glad I did. This office is easy to find, have long hours to accommodate a doctor visit for after work and the service was fast. My wait time was not long and I like the idea of filling out paperwork electronically. I also like the fact that the office is big and clean. The medical staff is also very attentive and answers all your questions.

Dr.Kim was amazing made me feel comfortable and welcome. She has good bedside manners. Best gyn doctor I had ever experienced she was amazing right after I was discharged she approached me and asked do I have any questions before leaving. She was amazing 💕 love her!!

After reading all the good reviews I expected better experience with a doctor. I was not happy with dr.Kim , she made me feel unwelcome, rushed and didn’t really answer my questions there was also another person in the room the whole time, would not recommend. The office girls however are very nice and polite!

I’ve been to the 67th street office a few times (for yearly and occasional extra visits). The office has always been clean. The staff of nurses and doctors have always made me feel at ease. Most importantly there was a women at reception, I think her name was Shelly or Shirley... she was working her butt off! It was a busy day and it seemed like she was training the other desk help. She was answering phones and patron questions and helping with training. This woman is a superstar. She is amazing and she deserves a raise!

Don’t go here. Quick in and out and diagnosed me totally wrong. In addition I took a urine test and no one has followed up with me about the results (been more than a week now). When I called and tried to get alternative medication (because the one they prescribed me was wrong) they called in the same exact Rx to the pharmacy. Tried to get through on the phone but they route you to a centralized system and don’t let you speak with anyone in the office. What blatantly impersonal, unprofessional care.

Everything went well. Didnt like the fact that they don’t take cash for copays.Also this is the 2nd time I visit the office and I’m told I’m seeing a provider and a different provider is the one who actually shows up in the exam room.

The doctor was professional and friendly and made the experience better. However, I waited over an hour to be checked in to see her.

I had the pleasure to be seen by Dr. Mazlin, what a caring kind soul and human, his knowledge his very professional approach and treatment is superb, I was a bit nervous because Im only used to see women as my obgyn but Dr. Mazlin made the experience very easy and stress free, after my consultation was over him the nurse assistant and the radiologist tech made sure I was feeling okay and in comfort. He provided the right info about after my consultation , took his time with me and responded all my questions in a very kindly way.. Thank you

The entire experience was good. However, I booked with Dr.kim for my annual check-up thru zocdoc but I was not able to see her. No one told me about changing the physician. If I knew Im seeing somebody else I would have canceled and booked another time. A little disappointed.

The beginning of my appointment was fine. Then I waited in a gown for 40+ min, got asked twice if I had been seen, then when I was seen it lasted maybe 10 min. Waste of time and money.

Dr.Kim was super helpful and eased my mind about concerning issues.

I have been a patient here for 4 years. Until recently, I generally had a good experience. Then some complication arose and I was scheduled over to the 67th St location for a D&C with Hysteroscopy. The procedure was awful - the doctor had me open my robe and put my feet up facing the door when the door and the curtain were open and literally people were still walking in and out of the room and in the hallway. Horrifying experience.I was told to schedule a follow-up appointment in 2 weeks back at the 67th st location. The appointment was at 5:30p and I arrived at 5:25p. I was brought into the room at about 5:50p. Someone came by, took my vitals, and then told me they didnt know if I needed to undress or not since this was a post-op appointment, so they said theyd be right back. I was left alone in there from 5:55ish to about 7p. Two people swung the door open during that time and went Oh, theres someone in here and then scurried back out again. The doctor entered the room shortly after 7p.The doctor spent a total of 4 minutes with me. She took out a clipboard, looked at me and said - so, youre here for a post-op. And I nodded. Then she looked down, read something and said - seems like everything went well! And I nodded. This was pulling teeth. Honestly, this is a summary of the conversation:Doctor So, youre here for a post-opMe *Nods*Doctor Seems like everything went well!Me *Nods*Doctor *Stares*Me Well, did the results come back from what they removed?Doctor *Reads* Yes, looks like they removed [xxx].Me Yes, and I understand that [xxx] was tested. Did anything come up from the tests?Doctor NoMe Ok, and what can I expect now?Doctor You can get the results at the front desk on your way outMe Ok, and how about the fact that Im bleeding? I told the intake person I just started bleeding again today after 1.5 weeks of no blood post-opDoctor Well, after an operation, you bleedMe No, I understand that. I bled after the operation for 3-4 days. Then I cleared up. Then today, I just started bleeding again even though Im only on week 3 of my pillDoctor Well, how long as it been since the operation?Me This is a post-op appt. So its been 2 weeks. Its also written down in front of youDoctor Ok, well bleeding is normalMe Ok... well... what else can I expectDoctor The bleeding will stopMe I mean - you told me to abstain from some activities until I get cleared. Am I cleared?Doctor YesMe But what activities can I resume? How can you tell? What else can I expect?Doctor All activities. Oh, and your period will come late. Thank you! *Leaves room*This conversation took 4 minutes, give or take, with many long pauses in between. So I was at the office for an hour and a half to talk to a doctor for 4 minutes and get zero answers (and what I answers I did get, I had to pull teeth to get). Im still bleeding. My period came a week early. Cramps are just a daily occurrence now.Im finding a new practice to ensure that the procedure went normally, to explain the actual results of any tests they ran and to figure out why Im still bleeding.

Got an early morning appointment, waited 1 minute to be seen once I checked in. Aid helped to process vitals, she was courteous, sweet and efficient. I was seen by Michelle, a Physician Assistant, for an annual. Again, she was kind, great bedside manner, explained each step of her process.After the appointment, I was escorted to the office manager to assist with submitting a form with my insurance company. They made me feel like a priority as this was being processed during the appointment. All I had to do was provide clarification and had all my requests with insurance hashed out on the spot.Look forward to going again in 6 months (only required for first time patients).

I always feel I am in good hands at this office. The doctors are kind, patient, and knowledgeable. The staff works well together from the time you walk in the door. They are friendly and efficient. And most of the time they are able to accommodate a same day appointment. Thank you to all the staff. You should be applauded.

This place is very did organized its been and week and I haven’t received my results from my blood tests. I was also told that the systems were down and the front desk weren’t able to tell me what location i was scheduled to visit.

First time going to this place and it was great. They made me feel comfortable from the time that I walked in through the door. the doctor was very friendly and the nurses were very nice , they made me feel very comfortable with the visit and will definitely recommend this to any first timers. Very clean and spacious place.

I love the staff here--theyre all so nice and caring. In NYC its hard to find a doctors office that really sees and hears you (in my opinion) and everyone here really listens and cares for you as best as they can. Highly recommend them!

The worst possible experience I have had with any healthcare practice so far!I was told that my results would come back within two weeks but received contradictory messages repeatedly from the patient portal staff and the front desk regarding it.Can you imagine a practice that puts you on hold for hours together on a daily basis only to feed you with misinformation / false promises about follow-ups with the doctor? I have been trying to get in touch with the administrative office everyday for about a week and a half but only in vain. They NEVER get back to you on time or even respond to your messages on the portal.Utterly careless and unprofessional behavior for a practice that claims to provide compassionate care and reduce your anxiety levels constantly during your insane wait times over call. How ironic!The patient portal on Garden OBGYN has somehow conveniently managed to block me from sending them messages since I had questioned them about withholding information regarding my results and in turn causing patient distress. I wasnt sure this was even a possibility with the healthcare system, to begin with.Every time I get in touch with the office, they tell me that they would IMMEDIATELY put me in touch with Dr.Mazlin to discuss the results of the examination that I, AS A PATIENT , have no access to whatsoever.At this point, Im really not sure what the best way forward would be to deal with an issue of this nature. Im exhausted and my stress levels have shot up merely from the countless hours wasted on knowing the outcome of my examination. The sheer indifference exhibited by the staff and doctor alike makes you wonder how such an establishment is even allowed to function, in the first place.

The patient experience here is awful. First of all, I never saw the board certified doctor with whom I booked my appointment. I only saw a PA and a nurse and I booked my appointment for an annual check up and also to address an issue I was experiencing. Then I was told to come back for a follow up visit and again they were only planning on having me see a PA! So o complained and then I saw a doctor but it was never the doctor with whom I booked my appointment. Since I didn’t know her, I had no idea hat her credentials were or if she was board certified. The wait time at the clinic was also absurd. I waited more than 2.5 hours. Oh was the worst medical experience ever

Ive visited this office a few times during my pregnancy and the office is always so clean. I wait a couple minutes after my arrival to be seen and everything is always smooth. The best part about this location is the ultrasound tech, Barbara! She is truly incredible at her job, super thorough and has the most calming and charismatic energy. Its always a pleasure to have her do my images!

This was my first time here and despite the wait due to filling out new patient forms service was fast. The medical assistant was pleasant. The ultrasound tech made me feel comfortable and answered my questions. Dr. McLean also made me feel very comfortable and explained everything in detail. I look forward to my follow up.

Hands down the WORST experience I have ever had with any doctors office. The office is beautiful but that is about it!!!! I should have listened to my intuition when I had a bad feeling just trying to make an appointment. It was a nightmare for them just to pick up the phone. It didnt get any better after my appointment. No office is that busy! Just to make my appointment I held on for over 15mins.After my appt I logged into the patient portal (which is not impressive either) and read my after visit notes and noticed a diagnoses that was never discussed with me. I called and called and called to get answers and when finally someone picked up they told me that the NP that had seen me was off so that no one else could speak because Dr. Kim was too busy with other patients (as if I didnt matter) She said she would try to get someone to call me back and no one ever did. I tried calling few other times with being placed on hold each time. I also tried sending the Dr. a message vis the portal and nothing. I have yet to speak to someone and will now have go to another GYN to see whats going on.Run from this place!

All of the technicians were great, explaining everything going on and made sure I was comfortable and making an otherwise awkward and unpleasant experience super easy.

Writing another review because my issue was never resolved and it’s been 5 MONTHS. Every single person I talk to is rude as hell and gaslights me when I have proof of their negligence. I spoke to an office manager who said they’d “resolve my issue” but months later I’m still receiving bills. Please run and fast as you can they don’t care about women here.

Overall the staff and procedures always go well, but the communication at this place is a mess. I went in for a procedure and was asked why it wasnt done when I was in a month earlier for a DIFFERENT procedure -- I had no idea! No one had offered that to me! I also had to pay out of pocket for the anesthesiologist, something that was not communicated to me in any way beforehand. I naturally would have tried to find an in-network anesthesiologist had I known this before the day of! So, youll be in good physical care, but be warned that all of these mental hoops you have to jump through can cause some psychological distress.

If I could give 0 stars I would! No one answers the phone. The one time I got through i was put back on hold and then was hung up on. The lab never answers and their mailbox is full. I was given a false diagnoses of PCOS. These doctors have no idea what they are doing. Staff was rude. Everyone was confused when I came in for routine blood work and they tried to charge me another $50 copay. DO NOT GO HERE!

Love it! It’s clean, staff is courteous, very professional and they are fast. They don’t waste any time which I love coz I just want to go straight to the point. Same with Dr Kim. They get the work done!

Efficient and easy while you are at the appointment, but unfortunately Ive now been dealing with a crazy bill for testing that I denied in my appointment. This isnt the first time Ive had a billing issue at this office. Be sure to check your bills before paying!

I waited 1.5 hours before I was seen by someone who I did not choose to be seen. And when I was seen, it was a 5 minute visit. I booked through Zocdoc for Dr. Kim about a year ago and till this day I have never seen her for any of my appointments.There’s a half hr wait time when you call the office. I’ve waited a whole month and have called five times to follow up to see if the doctor has rewritten a prescription for me. After I get the “ok we will have the doctor send another order” I don’t hear back for a week and I have to call again to follow up. Why do I have to call that many times???!!! Shouldn’t this have been handled after the first phone call? Im frustrated at how much time I have wasted at this office. The only reason o keep coming back to this office is because of its location as it’s close to my job. Not wasting another paid day off for this place.

Dr. McLean was amazing. She listened to all my concerns and answered all my questions. And even gave me IVF information I hadn’t researched. She’s amazing and very friendly wonderful bed side manner.

I’ve been going to Garden OBGYN for years. I’ve always had different doctors but haven’t cared to really find a doctor to stick with. So I go for my annual this year and I’m thinking about having kids. I don’t see a doctor but a PA. I decline the pap and the STD test. I’ve been with my husband for years and had these tests last year. Well the PA gave me an attitude about my choice. I do not think these tests were necessary nor did I want to pay for them if insurance didn’t cover.So then I meet the PA in the office and I let her know that I have just gotten tests from my endocrinologist and may not need all of the labs. She says it’s a package deal and brushed off my question to confirm if all the labs were necessary. She said these would be different from the endocrinologist. Well many are actually the same and now I’m upset because guess what? I just received a very large bill from the laboratory. Hence my 3 star review.*I did get a sonogram and Barbara is a sweetheart. She treated me with respect and answered all of my questions kindly.

Dr. Mazlin is the most professional and compassionate OB|GYN and beloved by his patients, nursing staff as well as fellow doctors in NYC.I feel very blessed to be under his care from the birth of my children to the necessary female care that all women need as time goes on. I can talk to him about any physical concerns with ease and trust him completely. He’s the best of the best!

I have really bad anxiety and had my first visit here while I was having a bit of an episode, the PA and nurses and receptionist were all so kind and nice and understanding that it really calmed me down and I ended up having a very pleasant visit. This office is nothing but a corporate machine that does not care about about your physical health, they do not book you with the same doctors , I saw 4 doctors on 5 occasions who all contradicted one another. Dr. Kim wrote medical notes that I did not need a procedure yet the Dr. Mazlin who performed it said I did and I am glad he did because the lab found both cysts and polyps in ovary and fallopian tube. When I was supposed to see him for a follow up all of the sudden the office staff said my appointment was not with him but another doctor who was to read my results, she was extremely nice and competent (Dr Torres) and none of this was her fault but why the bait and switch on the offices behalf im not sure. Then the office its self not a dr calls me to schedule a surgery without a consult. This is on top of several other mistakes they have made . For instance calling me on multiple occasions after they diagnosed me on my miscarriage to congratulate me and tell me they would be my pregnancy concierge. The high risk doctor whos name o cannot recall on 67th st Sunday location was dismissive and could not even tell me what medications I was allowed to take yet all of the other doctors could and the cherry on top was the mouse that scurried across the floor. Lets just say the 2 hour waits were the easiest part of the experience. Needless to say I did not schedule the surgery with this office.

I’m very sad to be writing this as I have always been treated well here in the past and the staff is great. However they have been extremely negligent when it comes to my health and will not even get in contact with me to fix it. Do not come here if you care about your health.

After leaving the office in a good mood because I was attended in a fast and efficient way I get home to receive a call that they spilled my Pap smear test and that I need to go back to repeat it. How unprofessional is that, i left the room thinking why did she leave it there and didn’t just collect it snd took it with her and there goes my fears, I already feel molested enough and now I have to go trough this again

This is my first visit at Garden OB/GYN and I am extremely satisfied with their service. The staff made me feel comfortable and that I mattered. This is extremely important to me, because if Im going to be placing my health in your hands, I need to feel comfortable, I need to be able to trust that you want the best for me.

The wait time is crazy. They called me to go early and made me waited 1.5 hour before I was seen. It was difficult for pregnant women with heavy masks during COVID. I was also given 3 Ultrasound within 3 weeks that can’t be justified, which seem like a way of them making as much money as possible. In addition the doctor I met second time had no idea of what exams I took in the first appointment and pretended that she have met me. This place seems highly commercialized and not truly care for you and your unborn------------------------------------------------------------Rreply to the response from owner:It is irresponsible to conclude directly that your office felt it was the safest for me to do 3 ultrasound in 3 weeks, especially when you do not even know my profile. If you feel that way with that much confidence, then it does not seem to have a point to get my information to investigate the event.For other moms who need to see some real reviews, here is my health profile for your reference and hope it helps you to evaluate and make choices accordingly. I have a low risk pregnancy profile so far and the important test results all came back as low risk as well.With the background being said, I do not see any medical justification of going through 3 ultrasounds in 3 weeks while being only in early pregnancy stages back then. The nurse or doctor did not give me options to refuse the ultrasound. When I questioned at the spot why the second ultrasound was needed, the nurse said she did not realize that I had one done just 2 weeks ago and explained that this one was to make sure the baby was the right size for NT screening that was coming within a week. It is highly questionable why the second ultra-sound was needed as they could surely tell how big the baby was from the 1st ultra-sound or from the NT screening directly.At first, I just fully trusted the medically professionals and thought they would give the best opinions. As a new mom I did not learn the ultra-sound tests details till further down during the pregnancy. Though no proofed risk to fetus by proper medically operated ultrasound has been found in general, ultrasound is an energy that can heat up the fetus and may kill some cells. Have frequent ultrasound scans during early pregnancy while the nurse and doctors had no idea of what tests I had done was very concerning in my opinion.Another example of highly commercialized, uncomfortable situation is that Garden OBGYN recommended me to take COVID test, which I was not comfortable with as I did not want to take off my mask. Naive and trusted as always, I was talked into it by the staffs. Then, I never received a test result, even after months and several inquiries. I am guessing it is easy, free government money for the clinic to do the tests. However, they do not care if you actually have/may get COVID via these procedures.Their offices are often packed too. So tell me how I could feel comfortable waiting by the receptionist for hours?

I was really happy with service I received when I went there. I was a 1st time patient, had my annual done and paid my consultation out of my pocket (not cheap). I was told I would get my lab results through their portal in a week. Now it has been two weeks and no results. Ive been calling their lab and no one answers, patient care same. They keep me waiting and then hang up. I messaged them through the portal and no answer. After several days of calling, someone finally answered and helped me.

I was under the impression that I will be meeting with the MD since she has been emailing me the confirmation appointment. I ended up seeing a PA Michelle at East 67th street location who didn’t know what is a (trigger shot) which is a well known injection for ovulation and she had to call the medical director to ask what is a trigger shot. Wow, I was shocked. It says in the website that your practice handle infertility issues but the PA was willing to refer me to a fertility clinic. I wouldn’t recommend this clinic for infertility at all even basic problems. I also will add the the receptionist staff in the East 67th street station looked sad and I believe they don’t know how to smile and no eye contact at all.

I had a terrible experience here, something that should have taken a month was dragged into three months, I never got a call back when they promised to follow up, I always had to wait 30 minutes to an hour after my scheduled appointment to see a doctor, and the doctors were extremely callous.

I was a new patient and it was my first time going to an ob/gyn office. I had a really good experience. I think I saw one of the PAs, she was really nice and explained everything she was doing and made sure I was comfortable.Edit: Initially I had a great experience in this office, but whoever is in charge of their after care and getting lab results etc need help. I was informed that I should receive my results in a week. I never received my results on their patient portal. I called their lab number to get in touch with someone after a week was up almost every day to see if something had gone wrong or if they lost the specimen. It always went into voice mail. Then I randomly get a call that my prescription was filled at a pharmacy nearby their office (which I put down cause I wanted to get the hpv vaccine). I thought this was a mistake, but a few days after that I get a call that one of my tests came back positive. I tried to call them back, but guess what- it went straight to voice mail again. I wish they had contacted me before sending any sort of prescriptions because they sent it to the wrong pharmacy, if they had told me what it was for I could have told them that the formulation they sent is not covered by my insurance. It was just incredibly frustrating having to keep calling different numbers just to get in touch with an actual person.

I am not normally one to leave reviews, but the experience my wife has endured at the hands of this practitioner is unacceptable. There is absolutely no ownership taken by any of the staff which creates doubt, anxiety and stress. My wife received worrying results through her portal, proceeds to speak with five different people in one day as she wishes to speak with a doctor about the results. The five people all have a different understanding of what is going on - your results shouldnt have been posted, you were spoken to already. All of them said a doctor would call at some point in the day. No doctor called at all.My review has nothing to do with money, insurance etc. Its purely about how you are treated as a patient and human being. Do not use this place if you want to avoid stress and anxiety. Do not use this place if you want organisation and trust. Do not use this place if you value your time and yourself.

Dr. Kim and her staff are kind and friendly. The service was great and everyone explained every step of the procedure. I usually find gyno offices intimidating, but I thought my experience at Dr. Kims office made the entire experience so much better! Would recommend and will be going back.

The office is beautiful and clean. The staff is always friendly and professional. This was my first time meeting with Dr McLean and she was so sweet and caring. I don’t know of any woman who actually ‘enjoys’ going to the GYN but they make you so comfortable and the visit is so quick and easy, it’s not a bother at all.

Very disorganized, always telling you a different story about copays over the phone vs when it’s time for your appointment. After my most recent visit and horrible experience, I’m planning to switch to a different OBGYN after 3 years. Do not recommend
