I definitely dont recommend going to this doctor. Ive been here multiple times for my pregnancy and every time I have to wait over an hour. Its ridiculous how they schedule appointments. They make multiple appointments at the same time even though theres only one doctor which makes no sense. I would feel better if the doctor is good but every time its just a one minute scan. Sometimes I want to push appointments to later cause I see no point in going but they argue its necessary even though I know its not. All they care about is money. Even with the covid situation they are doing no precautions. The office is small but a lot of times theres about 10 people in the waiting area. I changed my doctor after and they refused to give my new doctor my reports even though they know its illegal.

If I could give this place negative stars, it would be more helpful to all. The office referred me to get MRIs of my ovaries after an important procedure and a year later, I have yet to get the results. No call, impossible to get them on the phone and refused to send the results to my new doctor. Never mind that the OBGYN office and bed look like something out of a high school horror movie. Please, spare yourself a lot of time and poor medical advice (or none at all!). Run somewhere else.

Beware: Dont be fooledI work in a dental office and know the protocol for insurance submissions. In order to submit a claim and the doctor to be paid for there time and work there is a short time frame in which they can be submitted. My main disappointment was that because of there lack of organization they missed there opportunity to submit my claim. When I went back for my annual visit, they were claiming that my insurance was terminated and were then charging me for the visit out of pocket. It is unfortunate to encounter with these type of professionals. DO NOT PAY if they do not provide evidence of when the claim was submitted you can also call your insurance and ask if they have submitted.

Chaotic appointment system without appointments. After 2 hours of waiting my wife was examined by another doctor and no explanation was given. But just wanted to get out of there. After she asked front desk they pleaded innocent. Too many people and perhaps longer than emergency room.

I would give this place zero stars if given the option. Worst most unprofessional doctors office I have even been to in my 32 years on earth. Go anywhere but here.

Can get an appointment easy. Treated my for varies conditions. They are even open on weekends. Will return and recommend.

Dr. Egbert is the kindest, most understanding and knowledgeable, and overall best gyno I’ve seen.

NEGATIVE STARS Horrible is too nice a word, saw a doctor that actually knows what they are doing and found out I have cysts on my ovaries this place somehow missed that everything came back clean

Dr. Chen is still very professional, but his team is really amateur, irresponsible and uncourteous. My appointment time is 1:30. I have already queued up half an hour earlier. I watched a patient go in. I couldn’t help but ask how long I have to wait. The woman who helped me make an appointment at the front desk asked again. The name, there are still a few, I have no choice but to return to the position to continue. At 3:30, the patient who came later than me went in again. I was puzzled and asked the girl at the front desk again. I asked my name, and then told me that it was almost over. It was already three and a half hours passed. I waited another hour. The full hall was changed for one batch and another. I ran again to ask the girl. Why do I have to wait for such a long time to make an appointment? People are late than I am. I haven’t arrived yet. This is the girl once again asked my name, and then asked me, Are you not leaving? Suddenly speechless, I replied, My doctor hasnt seen it yet, why did he go! She didnt give me a number at all. The girl at the front desk didnt have a sentence. I was there for 4 hours, and I was not angry. Hungry, but can only wait, and again I came to a nurse in half an hour, gave me the weight, blood pressure, asked me what to do, took the medical record in my hand, asked me what to do, although very speechless, but still answered her well, then let me go out and wait, I waited for nearly half an hour and I collapsed. I went in anger, but I really didnt have the patience! I waited for 5 hours, and it was still empty! I personally experienced this evaluation! I hope Dr. Chen sees this evaluation, to himself. Team people should also train well!

I said a good 2 appointment, and then I waited for more than an hour. Why do I need to make an appointment after waiting so long, what for, it would be better for me to wait earlier, it’s a waste of time, and keep saying that there is someone in front of me, and the one who said yes , Is it plural? Two words, bad review👎👎👎

The fees are much more expensive than those of other families. It took two hours for the doctor to arrive. It seems very impatient to ask a few more words. The attitude is very bad. I don’t know why so many people come to see them. Trust?
