If I can give this place a Zero I would. If you want to feel welcome and comfortable in a spa this is definitely not the place you go to! The woman with the short black hair is the most unprofessional, rude, nasty person I’ve ever came across in the customer service industry. Please save your time and money and avoid this place.

Nikki is a miracle worker!!! She’s the ultimate professional and I am so grateful to have found her because of Groupon. The salon itself is very clean, the staff is courteous, and I never wait long to be seen.Everyone has noticed I look healthier and younger but no one knows what’s different. Thanks Nikki!

I was very late and had only 20 minutes leftThey explained the later you get there the less time you have and for the deep tissue she gave me the best massage and stretch I ever had for such a little time. Thank you (cant remember her name)The people were pleasant and the place was clean. I would recommend this spa to go to and I will be going back soon

First time for someone else do my nails, but when I want it done again I will definitely come to VE Medspa and Salon. The 72nd Station is only a few blocks away, so it’s easy to get to and once you do it’s a short ride up the elevator (don’t be a dope and take the stairs like I did!) ride up to the 6th floor and into a very nice and clean shop. They do offer lots of services, but I was just looking to have my fingernails and toenails trimmed. It was so much more from the foot bath and sanding my heels and callouses to a quick foot and hand massage. She even worked on my cuticles, which I’ve got no idea why or what that’ll do. Ha!! I was the only one in there, so find a Groupon and pay them a visit!

I was going to book a service but reviews are too poor. You need to treat your customers better. Also the responses to their reviews are ridiculous.

Let me start off by saying Nikki was nice however the front desk staff (not sure if the young lady with the short black hair is the office manager or whomever) but she was very rude! At the end of the service she was just ok but I would of been more comfortable and even recommended the Spa if they were nicer to paying customers! I was actually told to leave as soon as I got there because it was a few minutes earlier (I traveled very far to get there) however I noticed another customer being told they can wait there even though they were early so that threw me off.. needless to say I will not be returning!l

Amazing place to be! Love my laser hair removal service. Done my hair there many times. A week ago did Ombre Powder Brows, so happy with result. Clean place with professional team. They do medical services also. Will come back.

I bought the grouping for a deep tissue massage, but I either got the answering machine or some lady who would tell me she would call me back to schedule. Finally the FOURTH time I called they told me they didn’t have availability before the Groupon expired. When I protested that it wasn’t my fault, that they had failed to call me back, she said they wouldn’t do that. When I argued that they definitely DID do that, she hung up on me. Good thing Groupon let’s you trade in your credits, I wouldn’t waste my time at this place based on the terrible customer service

Had a Groupon & wanted to make an appointment. I called multiple times with different dates & times & they could never do it. Today I spoke with a VERY rude receptionist named Tanya. She was so rude that I called Groupon & canceled my Groupon. They do not deserve my business.

Manicure and pedicure was done with electric tool to shave down nail and lead to all nails breaking and unhealthy afterwards. Do not get the spa manicure pedicure !!!

Excellent clean and crisp place. Nice location too. Bright and modern looking. Very helpful staff. Massage was a 10! Therapist really in tuned w/ body. Knew when to add/ ebb the pressure. Very satisfied and would go back if there was another deal on G.

Amazing customer service .Receptionist was very nice and informative . My groupon deal for thread was amazing. They will explain everything to you in person . They were very informative about after care . Injector was very professional . I highly recommend this place. Taxes were not included make sure you read the fine print .

I bought pdo thread from groupon $205.but this lady trying to convince me to do kybella procedure.when I will not agree with that she was little angry and she did my pdo thread not even a minute.There is no change in my face ...I just waste my money.They took tax total I paid $223 but waste my money. Never recommended.

Terribly customer service. refused my Groupon appointment twice and told me to do it for first week in June, which my coupon expired on the 5th. She yelled on the phone and said to leave them alone and to call Groupon. SUCH BS! Terribly customer service. Dont bother with the Groupon!

Had a groupon for a 2 microneedling sessions and had a wonderful experience. The technician took her time to explain the procedure and answered all my questions regarding follow up care. She also let me upgrade my second session to a PRP facial for an added fee. The office was extremely clean and I felt very safe despite the pandemic. Will definitely return even after the Groupon.

I was poorly numbed... poked/prodded and injected with nothing! Purchased juverderm & Botox around my cheeks & lips, you supposed to see some type of instant results which I/my small growing following saw none. People when they say do your research this is why and most times when you see good reviews it be their people fakeing them... so Small claims court we go !

Im disgusted with this place and how they treat clients, even over the phone. Rude and cold. I bought a Groupon because theyre in the same building as my acupuncturist. This was before I saw the poor reviews. I will never go to this place. They need to learn how to treat clients. I got a refund. Shame on you.

Amazing service with affordable pricing , i went before to well known plastic surgeon who has charged me way more and no results . I have seen results with VE MedSpa . I was amazed by the art of the injector.

I am absolutely disgusted by the manager for this establishment. I bought 2 one hour Swedish massages on Groupon. I called and they stated that they did not have any availability for the month of December so I called back to schedule my appointment in January. While speaking to the manager she was extremely rude on the phone and said that I was not able to use the Groupon because it’s for new customers and I can only use it for myself. I said okay and I would like to schedule for myself then she says I cannot use it at all and I should just cancel with Groupon. The conversation prolonged and she continued to argue and I was just so exhausted and I hung up I got my refund back. I would never recommend this establishment to anyone.

Its really unfortunate this place only has 3 stars. Im so glad I took a chance and came here anyway because it was hands down the best experience Ive ever had with an esthetician. Ive always been hesitant about facial augmentation, finding the right clinician feels like a huge gamble with your face.I was treated by Niki, who was obviously very experienced (I think she said 20 years but dont quote me) and knew exactly what I wanted even though I didnt..she walked me through the golden ratio/proportion and made me feel confident in her abity to realize those results for me. She was very transparent about the process so much so that she made it a point to make me open my eyes and see that she had used all of the product. In the past Ive felt swindled because I didnt see any results at all or very minimal but this was immediately visible and exactly what I wanted!I could detail the entire visit but the point is this place is very much worth trying andas far as the other reviews:- about them being rude, theyre Eastern European so dont read into things, they were actually AMAZINGLY nice/friendly considering the way Americans typically perceive those cultures.-they dont overcharge you, read the Groupon next time, you always have to pay additional taxes..and dont forget to tip bc thats not included either!

I don’t know why the reviews are so negative when my experience with VE was nothing short of accommodating, quality and no upselling. I worked with NIkki, who is a sweetheart. Maybe there has been a change in personnel, but I wouldn’t be put off by the one star reviews.

I never write reviews but I had to. I was considering going to do some Botox and filler, despite the poor reviews, because I had two groupons. However, the reviews stating that the receptionist is rude are true. I was trying to make an appointment and pointed out that their policies are unclear regarding the use of Groupons, but was trying to work with them. The receptionist was by turns combative and impolite, and sullen and sighing, all in maybe a 3 minute conversation. It was very unprofessional. If this is behavior that this spa accepts, then I do not trust them with my face. I returned my groupons and am glad I didn’t subject myself to this place.

Stay away! The other reviews about them being unprofessional are on point. I was considering to get filler on my face but was already skeptical since they barely have patient photos online or anywhere. Not even in the office. Alsothe reviews were mostly poor. Naturally I asked a lot of questions due to my skepticism. I asked her to Show me patient photos (they appear to be from google). I asked her to show me the product package and then I told her to give me a moment to think. I did end up considering toDo it. But by then she was “upset”. The receptionist said the injector won’t be seeing me because I got her upset”. They’re already shady to begin with so any questions will get them mad. Thankfully I didn’t do it, I just saw a review about them were the filler left bumps! You’ve been warned.

Had a Groupon for an hour massage. Be aware that they will charge you for the tax when you get there on top of the Groupon. The therapist was not who I signed up for online, but the one I had was wonderful. Really enjoyed the focus on my joints and work on range of motion in addition to loosening my muscles. Ive had running injuries and he really worked the tendons in my feet, ankles, and legs. He could feel the areas of tightness and encouraged more stretching in addition to working out which was a great reminder.

Manager is rude and doesn’t care about retaining clients. So beware of that! Otherwise the staff is very sweet! Looking at all these reviews it seems people agree. Maybe they need a new manager...!

I give this place 1 star!!! Yesterday, I went to VE Medspa and Salon and the receptionist was extremely rude! She rolled her eyes because I didn’t tip enough. Plus, I asked the nail technician if the no chip manicure will last two weeks, and she said it will last. It hasn’t even been two days and it’s already chipped!!!!! I’m so disappointed:(

I can’t tell you how amazing Nikki is! She was not only well informed, she was kind and patient with me. I felt like she knew exactly what May faced needed and she delivered! She is by far a pro!!

I walked into the facility 10 minutes late and they were super accommodating. I read all these bad reviews about the receptionist being rude and the establishment having dishonest work practices and it was the furthest from the truth. Everyone there was very professional. The Doctor has over ten years of injectable experience and also reccomended other treatments for my hyperpigmentation I will definently go there again. Noone tried to upsell me me and the tac on the treatment wad only 14 dollars. I typed her $60 dollars and Ill definitely go there again. It was a great experience. Im not sure what the negative comments are about. I purchased the treatment onGroupon and I wouldnt min b.d paying full price for another treatment. They deserve every penny and more.

I went this morning for the first time for a body massage and facial. It was great. The place is nice and clean, and the staff very friendly and accommodating.

I got lip filler here and was not impressed at the woman’s technique. She doesn’t know how to inject for a sharp Cupid’s bow. She just put it all over my lip and left lumps that I’m still massaging out almost two weeks later. Now I have a big shapeless top lip. Go somewhere else. They also don’t give ice and the receptionist is rude.

They won’t honor Groupon prices and are unclear on their policies. The manager is not customer service friendly, rude and is terrible at making sure the client is happy. Just listen to every other review on here and go somewhere else, don’t bother.

I got a groupon for my boyfriend to get a reflexology, when he went they didnt want to give him the foot massage but gave him a deep tissue massage ...they told him thats the same thing ....nope he wanted his foot rub for an hour ...giving them two stars cause he said the massage was really good and thanks for looking out cause the deep tissues was more money than the reflexology

Well, thank you for asking;1, I purchased a Groupon, what said 60 min Reflexology with 30 min Swedish massage-- apparently this means the 30 min is optional. However, i was not told about this when I made the appointment.2, when I was rather disappointed about this , the woman at the front desk rudely told me, I can call Groupon to get my money back.Also- as I asked for the manager, she just told me she IS the manager.3, I scheduled a 2pm appointment-- when I was wondering why are we not starting, I was told No, your starting time is 2:30!I know it was not, because I had something before and I scheduled it right after.4, the therapist -David- started 10 minutes late even from the 2:30 time- and finished in 50 minutes! So instead of the expected 90 minutes I ended up with 50 —- and even that was too much!5, when I expressed, that I would like only the Reflexology, he was stunned- as it turned out5, he had no clue as to how to actually do Reflexology- he even told me, he is not good at it( but when we do the Swedish, you will be impressed!)6, when I asked him to please go a bit deeper , than caressing my foot, he told me if I dont like it, I can quit. I did not want to quit the treatment, only the non-existing Reflexology, and asked him to just switch to regular massage ---and waited to be impressed.7, asked him to focus on my neck --- which he did , so much so, that he did not do anything else but my neck to the point of soreness.8, several times I have asked him to please slow down!!! Nowhere was the fast paced Petrissage and Friction any relaxing.And just to put things in context; for the past 23 years I have made my living as a Licensed Massage Therapist and Certified Reflexologist.So , no, I would definitely not recommend this place not even to my enemies!Total rudeness and absolute unprofessionalism is not even for them .And taking the recommendation of the manager, I requested- and received!- a full refund.
