I also purchased a laser hair removal package and honestly, they are one of the best for laser treatments. Most places give you a rush job, not them. I have been SkinProLogicas customer for many years. Very loyal to them.After covid lockdowns it was my first time today. Made an appointment couple weeks ago.I asked the laser technician if she is vaccinated before starting our session today and she said she is not. In addition, she said its not mandated by NY state. This is true its not mandated by NY State, but I am a bit puzzled why a skin & body technician who is going to be in a small room with a client for about 1 hour will be not vaccinated.They mentioned I should have requested that when getting the appointment.It did not occur to me that a technician specialized in body & skin care would not be vaccinated.I asked for another technician who is vaccinated and I have been told they are not available at the moment. And I have to go back and reschedule.1 hour wasted commuting and another hour wasted commuting back... total 2 hours on the road without being helped.We have an open buffet menu of vaccinations in this country while there are so many countries in the world that cannot afford them and we are still choosing not to get vaxed while being in skin & body care industry for others. I am confused.

I just finished my last session of laser hair removal and couldn’t be happier! I noticed the difference after the second treatment the hair had already reduced. The staff is always friend and most importantly everyone there has a gentle hand. Ive used Alena and Tammie both were great!

I just started my acne treatment with them and got my silk peel first with Julissa (I hope I write her name correctly). She is very nice and makes me comfortable during the session. I cant wait to get my Microneedling next week and cant wait to see my result.

I came here For a chemical peel and the silk peel. I had Allana (I think that was her name). She was quiet but I didn’t mind. After the peels, I had noticed a sore, painful red spot on my skin. She had burnt my skin. I do not have sensitive skin. When I went back the next week, I was sitting the lobby and she literally walked passed me and did not even acknowledge me or speak to me about my burn. (Bedside manner: 0) Nor did she give me instructions for before and after, which was a fault on their part. They also forgot to include the free sheet mask.When I had emailed the receptionist, they never got back to me until I had to call and complain- twice. Literally a few days passed by and they ignored my emails however they had the time to post on Instagram. There I was, waiting for a reply and they’re there caring more about marketing. Ridiculous.Also, you have to pay upfront on the phone to book an appointment. That is so greedy and odd. So quick to ask for money to book an appointment, however so slow to even correspond.Overall, I am very sad that I came in for clear skin and i left with a big hyperpigmentation mark that will probably take a year to clear. Thanks a lot guys!

Please read this review carefully to understand how psychopath they are.If I had the chance to give them zero, I wouldnt have thought about it.  A friend of mine had a terrible experience here. She was their customer and had paid for it, but they were not answering her phone calls. So, we tried calling them from my number and they answered immediately. We tried the same with a few other friends and the same thing repeated. They would answer our calls but not my friend’s who was their customer. She had to call them because at her earlier appointments, when she showed up there, they said their laser machine was out of order. They would not call her in advance to inform it about it and she would spend so much time and energy to prepare and go for her appointments.So, it was clear that they did not care about their current customers but wanted to have new customers. Once we wrote them bad reviews, they found out the business that my friend was affiliated with and wrote fake reviews. We had to contact companies such as Yelp, Google and Tripadvisor to have their fake reviews removed. In the meantime, my friend continued her service here, after having a huge fight with them. Even though their employees were nice to her and were doing jobs, the managers there pressured my friend to delete her review. She told them that she can delete it once they completed all the sessions. Then, she told me that I can also go there as a customer and if they provide a good service, then I should delete my bad review also. I complied. Now, please read the rest to see their truly psychopathic mindsets.I went there, talked to them, agreed on a plan and paid accordingly. I got my first appointment, prepared myself, and showed up on time. I went to room, got undressed and was waiting to start the operation. At that moment, the owner, Camilla, came in and asked if she could talk to me for a couple minutes. Apparently, she made a research and found out that I was the one who wrote the review 8 months ago using my email account. She directly and in a rude way started to question me about it as if I was a in a police interrogation. I could not imagine this was happening. She came into the room right before my service time and started questioning me about my review and in a bossy rude and authoritative way! How terrible a business owner can one be to do this? I tried to explain to her that what she was doing was very uncomforting and threating but she kept going with her disgusting attitude. So, I up left the room and asked them to refund my money and cancel all my appointments. They seized my $50 and refunded the rest. As if terrifying me psychologically was not enough, they also took away my money. This is robbery at its worst!I write good and bad reviews for many places and I do read many reviews, but I have never seen anything like this. I will talk to my lawyer to take legal action for the psychological and materiel damage they have done to me. In the meantime, please avoid going to this place, your money will be used for the comfort of this sick owner.

Illegal (I will call NYS Professions Monday) and poor results as expected. First the employees are not NP or Physician Assistant to be performing fillers, IPL, botox (services that go beyond the dermis). They list themselves as LME. I went in for an IPL, the esthetician performed the procedure in 5 minutes. I asked if she was going to change the settings and work on the broken capillaries she said no thats another procedure and its $350(its the same machine!!). I have been going to a PA for the last 3 years for IPL s and I have had amazing results but she retired unfortunately. There is no such license as a medical aesthetician and I wonder whos license they are working under because they will need a high malpractice coverage to have 4 LME working under them. I still couldnt find a NP, MD or PA who is running the spa. I will call NYS Professions on Monday to verify the licenses and scope of practice.
