I absolutely love this place! The esthetician, Andrea, does magic with the wax! Her personality and professionalism makes it almost painless! I’ve been coming here for months now, it’s the best place to get a vajacial.Plus they are very friendly, accommodating and professional! I highly recommend to visit!

This spa is UNETHICAL. They use human fibroblast cells that altered my cells completely. I no longer feel any pleasure and it has been months no changing back. Once a cell is differentiated it is permanent. I never would have used it if I would have known it was in the product. RUINED MY LIFE. It should be illegal to sell such a product. The biggest mistake of my life. The least the spa could do is tell me how to reverse the effects of this product, which is probably permanent cell change :(

I came in for a brightening treatment and even though I was feeling uneasy, Andrea made me feel so comfortable! If anyone keeps up to date with their gyno appointments (you know what I mean). She was able to answer all of the questions I had and she also provided details on how to take care of the treated areas post treatment. Andrea was very kind and was also very attentive (not in a forced manner) but a truly genuine and caring manner. She’s quiete the professional!It is now day 4 and the results are amazing! It’s only been one session and there is less pigmentation on the treated areas! VSPOT is amazing !

So where do I start? Parking is Monday Friday from 10am to 4pm if ur lucky to find it. Its located in the designer district. Love the location!. Isnt advertised outside so look for the bldg number 741 on Madison Ave. I walked up to be greatest by some really great energy. Filled out a form on an iPad and got started with my steam and wax. Andrea was so freaking good. I was a nervous wreck since it was my first time but soon enough, my legs werr wide spread with not one care. Wine was served and I had pretzels. Their water bottles are so classy. Im glad we can take it home. Everyone was super kind. Ill be back for a non invasive labiaplasty, a steam, a bleaching and a tightening. So excited!

I want to recommend this place to every mom postpartum! Not only is it in a perfect location, with a beautiful office, and warm, helpful staff-their services WORK. I did the kegel chair and the femilift after having a really difficult postpartum recovery. The two in combination made me feel like I never had a baby! And knowing this place exists makes me feel way more confident and secure about having another one. My pelvic floor got so much stronger, I felt tighter inside and out, and generally felt like myself again. It also significantly increased my sex drive! I highly recommend this place - its about time someone prioritized womens sexual health and healing.

Ive gotten two services done here, and really loved both. The V-Steam was amazing and the O-Shot was everything and more. The staff is wonderful and the spa itself is gorgeous in a beautiful neighborhood.

*Updated review: I have received a response back about my questions.I ordered one of their products online and had a question about it but have not been able to get a response back. The box the item came in doesn’t give much of a description. The box also list that 10 items will be inside and online it says 5.
