Had an appointment with Devin. Meticulous and detailed is an understatement. She does not rush so don’t go there expecting to be in and out. I even contacted her post procedure and she was so sweet and patient. Highly recommend. She loves what she does and you can tell her from her work!

Devins awesome! Very attentive to detail and never rushes to perfect her work. She made me keep my natural face, but just enhanced and I love it! Devins insanely smart and going to kill it in the medical industry.

I scheduled a 6:30 appointment with Devin. I waited until almost 8pm and there was 0 communication on what was going on. There was another person ahead of me, who waited over 2 hours and I didn’t want to wait another hour when I already waited so long, so I left.She then went to her Instagram saying “sorry but I will charge you a cancellation fee if you walk out.”She expects you to wait over 2+ hours with no apology AND THEN says she will try to take your money (cancellation fee) because you need to “be flexible and patient with her.” The Audacity is beyond me.I have worked with many other people in this business and this is the most unprofessional experience I have ever had. EVER.I will disputing my cancellation fee with my Credit Card even though Devin was the one who never showed up, offered 0 communication and allowed 3 girls to wait almost 2+ hours with no idea of how much longer they will be seen. Another girl she said this is common and last time she waited 1.5 hours. AVOID

Wonderful experience. Have routinely been seeing Devin specifically. Believe there location has moved uptown not sure if thats permanent or temporary though. From opening in front of you new manufacture bottle/box however your treatment is delivered to mixing solution etc..Her right hand lady Denise is amazing. Makes sure everything is setup, booked, confirmed and you are all set pre and post visit. Highly highly recommend Devin. Knowledgeable, honest, precise and personable. Not to mention her pricing is very competitive especially when receiving it from someone with her amount of experience and perfectionism.

Devin was very unprofessional and I would never her to anyone and she blames her clients for her mistakes. I will be returning back to James Christian Cosmetics where I typically go.

GREAT pricing here! I never even knew it was around. I like my body to be hairless so coming here and getting my chest hairs removed was an easy decision. It didnt hurt one bit.

Did one more session of cool sculpting a few weeks ago and that finished up my sessions. I lost a total of 25 pounds got rid of my love handles and been eating and working out. I weighed in at 178 and now I am down to 153. Thank you for the help

I went on Thursday to have lip fillers and the ladys name was Alla and she was amazing !! Made me feel super comfortable and made sure she gave me exactly what I wanted let me look every few mins to see what she was doing and made sure I liked them. Everyone was really sweet and helpful even the receptionist. Definitely look forward to seeing them again in 6 months !

IPL - Very limiting service at this place . They never answer the phone and only have limited availability to see you. This service does require you to be sun free and thus they will not treat you. I called to make my last appointment and was notified that my package expired in May and they will not honor the last session??? Completely rude and unprofessional receptionist. How am suppose to have safety and be treated properly during the summer months? It’s very contradicting and unprofessional.

I am receiving text messages that I have an appointment and if I won’t show up , they will charge me 50$. But I HAVE NOT MADE ANY APPOINTMENTS. I was their client years ago. I did fraxel that actually caused hyperpigmentation on my face and I now suffer from this treatment . VERY DISAPPOINTED SERVICE and SCAMMING MARKETING. I live in Florida for a year already, not in NY. I try to call them , but nobody answers. WHAT A SCAM !

This is a nominal price to pay for the phenominal work they do at MedSpa44.

You know I have heard of coolsculpting before but never really knew much about it till I came here. Now that summer is over and we are heading into fall I really want to start working on my body. I have a some love handles and coming here is going to help. I spoke and met with carmen who went over everything with me and I am so happy. I started my first session and healthy eating style last week. I am no in the healing stage i have two more sessions left to go which will take me through winter and ready for that spring body!
