Smallest office I have ever seen in my life. Im pretty sure my bathroom at home is bigger. Never the less the receptionist was efficient and friendly. The tech was very good when drawing my blood, I didnt feel a thing. Overall it was pleasant.

The tech who checked me in also did the blood work. I waited 5 minutes even though no one was there. She stabbed me 2 times and couldnt get any blood. I asked to leave and she told me to drink more water next time. Went downstairs to the lab the medical offices of Manhattan and asked for Nelsa who got the blood in one go. Dont come here if you are sent here, try to go see Nelsa at MOM!

Please change whatever brand of bandaids you guys use, they rip skin off when you remove them. staff was really cool and the phlebotomist was smooth as butter.

Had to call 3 times to get them to send results to my doctor. First, would expect them to send automatically when results are done. Second, when I call you and tell you to fax them, please do that. Dont say you will, but dont.

I have very difficult to access veins according to literally every phlebotomist I’ve come across, and I have really been butchered in the past. I have never once had an even a little uncomfortable blood draw here, and I’ve come here like 10 times now. They haven’t even had to go to other parts of my arms or hands. They are just insanely good at this. I’m not even afraid of getting my blood taken anymore because of them.

Nyu sunrise way overpriced. Labwork that quest would receive $200 is getting reimbursed $2000. This is abuse of insurance.I shall switch MD. And I will keep posting this everywhere possible.

21 days without showing up the results and the phone is not answering all the time !!

Always in and out within 10 minutes. The receptionist and technicians working are too chatty and the patients waiting do not need to here their conversations as this is a very small office.
