I was hesitant to go all the way down to Chinatown from Flatiron. I called in advance & the guy at the desk was very nice so i made my way down. He was very polite, quick & patient. Helpful as he reminded me to bring my Drs. prescription.

Just went there for the first time today and it was the best lab experience Ive had in my several decades of getting lab work done regularly in NYC. There was no wait time, the office was clean and the person at the front desk was really nice and skilled. The office was easy to find because it was marked on the big board to the immediate right when I walked into the building, and then on the 4th floor there was signage right when you get off the elevator. Im not quite sure what another reviewer was talking about when she mentions that the office smells like seafood? Odd. Anyway, another great thing about this office is its open on weekends. I normally go to another Enzo but I will likely start going to this one from now on.

If you are not Chinese, being in this building is awkward. The security guy doesnt speak any English and the directory is all in Mandarin so if you are looking for the right floor, dont do what I did and walk into random offices to ask other people who dont speak English where to find Enzo Clinical Labs. Its on the 4th Floor. And its walk-in you dont need an appointment, something else I figured out when calling. The nurse in there spoke English and was very sweet, so it all worked out. But the waiting room did smell like raw seafood. All part of the experience.

Excellent place very clean and very friendly staff serve you very fast, they even stop eating to serve you about :-)
