I recorded my phone conversation with themAnd twice they told me I was not onFor any appointment nor did they have my name date of birth and phone numberIn the system. Yet my Drs secretary said she made the appt she didnt or theyre lying I am not sure who to believe either way they were nasty on the phone. EXTREMELY NASTY!

Do not go there. This place is extremely horrible. They are unprofessional when asked about the wait time when youre even given an appointment and extremely slow. You are better off asking your Doctor to send you to another place to get X rays done. This by far is the worst clinic I have ever been to just to get a X-ray done on my foot. You can have an appointment and youre still waiting more than an hour to be seen.

There was a person by the name Lisa very nice human being she was so respectful and sweet she really helped today and I appreciate her those are the kind of people we need never forget you lisa

Called several only to be placed on hold several times . Each time the person would hang up.

My cousin had a 10:00 appointment. We got there at 9:45 and they were closed. The doctor that opened up came after 10:00. That is un-ex-ceptable. Even the worker were standing outside waiting. Its 80 degrees outside, we standing in the blazing sun, there was an elderly woman out there in a wheelchair waiting in 80 degree weather in the blazing sun. That is really not acceptable. That lady should not have been made to wait in that heat. If the clinic opens at 10:00 then they should be there at 9:30 to let people in. My cousin can not see the doctor for her 10:00 appointment if the clinic is not open.

Before I went to this facility I wasnt sure what I was walking into after reading the reviews. I called and spoke with a very nice young lady who informed me of the walkin hours. After entering my initial reaction was WOW. This facility is beautiful. I came with my sister and son to do to do an exam and the front desk was very nice. She informed me of my wait time which was great that gave me an opportunity to decide if I wanted to stay or return. They provided coffee and TV for entertainment and I may have heard some music in the back ground, Overall I can honestly say that it was a great experience even though we had to wait. I mean walking into a walkin facility waiting can be expected. Its safe to say I will return. Dont allow the review to decide if this is where you will do your exam. The reception was very pleasant and the person who did each exam was great. The manager was great moving everyone around and getting others ready. All in all I say they all work hard and as a team. My DR will defiantly get my praises.

I have had good and bad days but I absolutely adore the front desk staff. At one point i had a full panic attack in an mri and although the tech was heartless the front desk worked with me and my medication schedule and rescheduled my appointment. I hate that i never remember her name but the lady with the glasses who works at the front has really helped me many days and i choose them for all my radiology needs!Side note, they do need more compassionate techs trained better to deal with patients with disabilities and mental illness.

I had an appointment with this facility on Jan. 7th, 2019, nice, big, spacious area. Receptionist didnt seem like she really wanted to be there. It was a good crowd of people when I walked in. I chose the seating behind the desk which was plentiful and less people. I didnt have to wait long for my MRI of the lower back spine and pelvis area. I was told its only a 10 minute x-ray. My preparation was a squeeze ball and was told when I cant take anymore just squeeze the ball and the x-ray will stop. Then I was sent into the tube. It sounded like a gigantic washing machine on an un balanced cycle in my ears which made me jump. I was told to be still. The different noises was irritating my leg and made it go into spasms. The 10 minute x-ray turned out to be 20 minutes and then he tells me it doesnt look like its going to be a clear x-ray, I may be sent back in. This would not work for me. If I was better prepped from both places my doctors and this facility I would not had to do it again! They are lucky, I passed.

This Place is not professional at all .my appointment is for 3 PM and its now 4:17 PM and still have to wait another 20 min to be seen and no body wants to tell you anything Im soaking wet from my knees down its cold in here as well .if you know you are running behind let your patients know that the right thing to do. I would leave but I needs this done like yesterday .plus the tech who doesThe MRI is rude too.If I didnt need this test real bad I would leave and go somewhere else but I need this test so I can get my ankle better before my trip

The receptionist didnt say good morning goes a long way. A good morning goes a long way. I decide to do a walk-in. They do not pick up the phone at all to make appointments. This my second time here but the tech Evla, was very nice and pleasant. thank you. I also got a doctors note. Thank you

Very bad service. They just want you to shut up and not ask any questions. They were also late to open the place by 15 minutes! I love starting my day like this, feeling worthless.

Atmosphere is comfortable, staff is very helpful. They don’t mind helping you with what you need.

This by far is the worst clinic I have ever been to so I come in to get a X-ray done on my foot and my back they lost the x rays from my foot and then had the nerve to tell me that I never came in for my x ray on my foot the receptionist is very rude and does not have good customer service none of the 3 women can do they job . The receptionist was sending my doctor a X-ray from 2013 and said she never had a record me of me coming to this place this place is UNPROFESSIONAL do not come here !!!

The radiology and imaging clinc located in east harlem is pretty good. The staff is freindly and takes care of business right away. The also give u copies of you images and the report diagnosis that goes with it.

Customer service was horrible. The physical disnt even introduce herself to me when she called me into her office.The workers were conducting personal conversations even though the patients were waiting patiently, and they exhibited horrible communication skills. I went there to get a sonogram done, and after 2 hours, I left and s hadnt been seen for my sonogram. It was a complete waste of my time.

The worst service ever I don’t advise anyone that has any self worth to go there , I do advise if you are refer there by your dr. Go somewhere else . The people there are very rude and wil take you out of your character .

This place is horrible after almost 2 weeks of their x ray machine being broken , I called Thursday July 12th to their general number (it’s the number for all their sites) to find out if they were fixed. And the only thing I was told over the phone was , you can come “anytime” after Friday and you should be ok . So when I get their Friday before 11am. I was told by the front desk that”all of a sudden they changed the rules in the morning and they only do x rays from 2pm-4pm Monday wensday and Friday. “If you work don’t come here. They are a really big inconvenience. The manager at the site is a rude Hispanic heavy set lady very rude . I called the other site around 155st in Broadway and they only do x rays 1-4pm. All their sites have horrible hours . I went right back to my clinic and got a referral to go someplace else . DONT WASTE YOUR TIME. Go to a hospital better and get your x rays . The girls in the front desk are in organized and unprofessional, they are upset because of the job they have. You would think they want your business and try to work with you . But. No ZERO STARS.

The people are personable. However, everyone moves at the pace of a snail.

The staff are very friendly. They also went out their way to retrieve my documents from my providers office which is something i really appreciated.

Disgusted, but not surprised!I had a Mamogram done at this facility in 2011 and needed copies of the images to be compared with images taken October 2015, I called and was told all I had to do was walk in, request images , show ID and they will be downloaded on a disk and handed to me. Well, after sitting close to a hour I went back to the desk and asked how much longer would I have to wait for a disk? At that moment I was told since the images were three years old and they were archived it would take a while, either I could sit and wait or I could leave my number and they would give me a call later that afternoon, I wrote down my number then left. Since I did not receive a courtesy call from these professionals I decided to give them a call the following day, I was told since theyre archived it would take longer but we have your number and we will call you I also received a call from my doctors assistant once he received the results October 2015 and said it was very important that I received a copy and send it over for comparison! Long story short, two weeks later and several phone calls I was told by Nikki ofc manager that the company they used was raided, all images between the years 2010 and 2012 were all confiscated by the police and there was no way I could obtain a copy of my images! She also took the time to explain to me how someone from the office tried calling me to relay this information, then she went on and QUOTED a number thats been out of service for two years! How nice...

Worst place ever. Went here to see why i was having abdominal pain and when i called for my results they said they didnt have any results. Then they asked me did i get a ultrasound on my chest. The machine did not even work when i was there so that should have been a sign for me. The doctor had to write everything down.

Do not come here. They make you wait forever.

My wife went to have a mammogram, they didnt gave any information about the procedure. They didnt offer protection for her thyroid gland, and when she asked for it, they look at her upset, and told her that they didnt have any. They didnt inform her about possible risk.

This place is very unprofessional never sending the radiology report to my doctor it’s been over two months and they never pick up their telephone !

I am sorry to hear of the bad experiences. Was referred here by my doctor twice, both the times was same: not too long a wait, courteous staff and friendly radiologist. The latest visit was in past 3 days.

Unprofessional client services. If you have any other options than this place, go elsewhere. I read the reviews and wasnt expecting a great service but I this is above and beyond rude and unprofessional.

I had an appointment but had to wait more than an hour to get in. very disorganized. If you value your time, this is not the place you wanna be.

I AM IN THE MEDICAL PROFESSION AND CAN HONESTLY SAY THIS IS THE WORST RADIOLOGY PRACTICE IN THE STATE OF NEW YORK. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE

2 hour wait is totally unacceptable.
