I was greeted warmly and professionally. Next the wait time was short.The service representative registered my visit efficiently and effectively and not too long after I was called in to have my chest x-ray done. The technician was lovely. I am glad I made the trek downtown to this facility.

The staff were amazing, and I was taken in on time.Also, something happened to me that has never occurred during a mammogram, I got very woozy and almost passed out! This was no one’s fault; I simply hadn’t eaten enough before I came in. But all of the staff were so kind and attentive. I felt like I was in wonderful hands. I’m very grateful and would not hesitate to use your facilities again.

Ive been going to the 1790 Broadway location for years. I have tried other locations, but i keep coming back here. Everyone is super professional. The office is clean. Now during covid its social distanced. I can do everything online, like schedule my appointment, upload my documents, precheck-in, etc.

Well so far, the staff is mostly pleasant and informative. For the mammogram is usually quick and a lot less painful, however the ultrasound seems to always take longer plus its freezing in here. To put it in a nutshell, Its all good but theres room 4 improvement. Stay safe & have a wonderful day ☺.

I was able to schedule a mamo for Saturday at 9 AM. I arrived on time, and the staff was pleasant and professional. They have an amazing system where you upload your insurance card, referral, and health information. The entire process was seamless. There was some construction going on, but it was far away from the exam room and locker room. I appreciated the attention to detail and social distancing in the waiting room; there were plastic partitions between the chairs, and it was clean. The technician was gentle, answered all of my questions, and even verified if my insurance would cover the visit because I was one month short of my annual exam. High five and gold stars all around! Thank you LHR!

I love Lenox Hill Radiology because of its location, their professional and courteous staff; along with the availability of appointnent scheduling online. I love the fact that appointments are available on the weekend with flexible hours that accommodate a persons work schedule. In addition to their amazing service, staff and hours of operation, I can obtain a copy of my results online. So way to go Lenox Hill Radiology keep up the good work!

The team at 5 Columbus Circle Lenox Hill Radiology are true angels. After a terrible experience with a different radiology center, I made an appointment here for a guided core biopsy. The first radiology office never sent me or my OBGYN my images, so when I got to Lenox Hill they informed me I would have to reschedule because they couldn’t do the biopsy without the first set of images. Due to various personal and professional circumstances I could not reschedule, I needed to have it done that day, so Tricia, the supervisor, thought of a way to help me and truly went above and beyond to get me my mammograms and biopsy performed that day. It was such a stressful, emotional day but the team at Columbus Circle Lenox Hill Radiology treated me with such compassion and care that most of my tears that day were due to their overwhelming kindness. I will never forget Tricia, Marina, Dr. Licht, and the wonderful mammogram techs who took care of me. They were empathetic, professional, and informative- truly a group of angels who were on my side that day. Thank you, Tricia, and all the women at the Columbus Circle Lenox Hill center, for supporting me and helping me! I will never forget you!

The billing team made a huge mistake and Im dealing with it 8 months later. The staff onsite were super nice and efficient. Unfortunately the bill I received was completely wrong so I cant give them many stars. My insurance company and I called them to resolve it and they still sent me another bill which is incorrect. Its unfortunate. I asked the billing manager to call me, but the person on the phone said WE dont do that. Ok, well then....that is completely unprofessional. What happened to ownership.

I had a Breast MRI today and was quite pleasantly surprised to learn that it took much less time than the last MRI I had. Your wonderful technician told me that it was because of Technology, my friend! He put me at ease immediately. Unfortunately, I didnt get his name, but he spoke with what I believe was a Russian accent. He was absolutely marvelous! He kept me apprised throughout the entire procedure, so I felt comfortable throughout. I had been pretty nervous before I came, but thanks to your wonderful staff, I quickly felt at ease. Thank you so much for making an otherwise unpleasant procedure as comfortable and pleasant as possible. Maybe next time I wont be so nervous beforehand!!

Be warned, their billing department will purposefully overcharge you and then not refund you. Most egregious case of billing fraud I’ve ever seen.Unlike most “normal” medical providers, they ask you to pay upfront even with insurance based on their estimated amount. Then after it’s submitted to insurance and you get the EOB from your insurance provider telling you the maximum allowed in-network amount is half of what they charged, they don’t bother to follow up probably hoping you won’t even notice.Then if you take the time to call their billing department and point this out, they claim they your account needs to be reviewed and they might cut you a check and mail it in 10-14 days. If you ask for a refund to your credit card you paid with they’ll tell you they can’t do that somehow.If you insist they’ll tell you a manager will call you back in 24-48 hours to discuss. Surprise surprise, no one ever calls or leaves you a message. Luckily my credit card company covered the disputed amount.Stay as far away as possible from this shady operation. They should act like every other medical provider and know that they can’t charge you upfront with an estimated amount that’s at all accurate. So they should bill you the correct amount when they actually know. Instead they take the low road and force you to fight for your money back.Be warned.

Usually the experience at Lenox Hill Radiology is mediocre but today it was awful. I arrived at 11:15 am for my 11:30 am appointment as instructed. Then proceeded to wait until after 12:15 pm to actually be seen. The staff at the front desk refused to provide me any estimate for how long the delay was at the 30 minute late mark (both front line and manager). Generally they don’t care but today it seemed like they truly had no remorse for their scheduling issues, nor any interest in helping. When I finally got in the machine, the first two tests went fine. After the first two, they had to administer the contrast. This was done later due to a phobia I have of IVs. As expected and explained, I began to panic and asked that the face shield be removed during the injection. As this was done, a dark haired tech came in yelling that I had messed up the images by moving. What fool sees someone having severe anxiety and thinks “the best thing to do would be to yell at this person right now”? Further, he said the last image had been “compromised” but refused to elaborate on what that meant (a redo? Potential false test flags? He didn’t care). An awful visit with Lenox Hill Radiology Columbus Circle.

This is the first and only negative report I’ve left for an institution or business. Checkin staff were unfriendly and abrasive. Had to enter through the service elevator because I had a scooter which I needed as I have a knee and hip injury preventing me from walking. Took the service elevator with stinking garbage bags and had to the transfer to another elevator to get to the MRI Center.Lockers did not close or lock to secure wallet and valuables during MRI. Had to wait to get out of the buildng for approximately 10 min after the MRI as I had wait for someone to take me in the service elevator again. No one came so I took the regular elevator like I any injured patient that can’t walk should be allowed to.Very very disappointed with Lennox Hill Radiology. Will avoid it at all costs and encourage others to do the same. Definitely the worst experience

I received a text to confirm my appointment today. It said 10:10 am. When I arrived at the desk, the clerk told me my appontment was 10:45 am. It is so confusing. When the technician conducted the ultrasound test. I was not given a gown to change and told to roll up my top in order to save time.After the test I was told to grab the paper which covered the bed that patient lied down to wipe my body. This is so unclean especially during this Covid-19 time. I have been coming to this location for more than 5 years and never experienced such unpleasant treatment.Why save the gown and the roll of paper? Its beyond my imagination.

My original appointment was cancelled by the girl at the front desk since she told the radiologist that o was allergic to the contrast instead of saying I was allergic to Sulfa. Had to wait several hours to speak with the radiologist who informed me what the girl at the desk said. Once he found out the truth was told buy same girl that they couldnt see me for several more hours. Had to return 2 days later.The staff in the back was fantastic but the treatment at the desk by a single person caused a low rating.

My elderly mother was referred here for an open MRI. I did not know what floor to go to for the MRI and the doormen in the lobby were rude, unprofessional and initially directed us incorrectly.We were a few minutes late but it wasnt a problem. The front desk and the technician were all very polite, kind and professional. My mom was escorted to room #9, given a gown and socks. She changes and I place her belongings in the locker.While she was inside with the technician another patient is brought into room #9.. the SAME room my mom has to go back in to change. I assumed there was as inadvertent mix up, so I mentioned to the employee (young Black lady) that my mothers clothes were in that locker and she would have to change in there.I was given a rude, unconcerned look coupled with an nasty Okay that to me translated to So what! We are still in a PANDEMIC, I did not see anything wiped down or sprayed AND the woman was still in room #9 after the technician completed my moms MRI and walked her out. 😩I eventually said excuse me, opened the locker and took my mom in another available room.. with NO assistance from an employee. Never again!

Were should I start, ladies at the front desk, not helpful at all, the place was packed, no seats available (we are still in COVID, and not everyone is vaccinated, no good having more that 30 ppl breathing the same air) front dek ladies again not helpful at all, and they do not respect time, my appointment was scheduled for 11:45 am and it was 1pm when they finally took me in (and I arrived earlier @11:00am) I understand a 20 minute delay but more than an 1 hour is too much. They should be prepared for any delays, since my appointment was booked with a 2 week notice and are experts on thekind of testing I needed and they should organize their calendar accordingly, and foreseen difficulties regarding tests, or at least warn patients by the time we book with Lenox Hill that it might be delays with specific tests. Finally when you are inside, workers are much more nicer, very helpful, and they try to work as fast as they can, but again delays, they disappear and you dont know when you are next, New people arrives at the different waiting rooms and tFor some reason they go first, and you get skipped. There is no respect the order in which they take patients we were all mixed up, and we are moving between floors. They should be more organized regarding time wise, and I insist front desk people should more helpful, and have translators since I personally helped 2 people to fill out their forms since the lady that spoke Spanish did not help them. Time wise for me not worthy there are other locations with better service. Again my complain is because of timing and front desk workers.

I had a terrible experience at Lenox Hill Radiology in Columbus Circle yesterday. I was informed I needed to return to their facility for a sonogram due to breast density. It was when I arrived that I was informed that I instead needed a rescan of my monogram & sonogram. At no point was this EVER communicated to me so I declined the mammogram and proceeded with my scheduled sonogram. By their reaction and unprecedented change of attitude I could tell this was not what they wanted to hear. They went ahead and charged me for the mammogram and sonogram (later having to refund me) and when they were able to tell me that it was a normal cyst I thought I would just go about my day. Not the case. A short, stout, brown curly haired doctor then started squawking (very loudly so I could hear) that I wasted 45 minutes of her day and that she didn’t even know where I was. When I realized they were taking about me I spoke up, said it wasn’t nice to talk about people like that and she got scared and galloped off. I will never return to this facility. They were rude and Dr Burns (or some name like that) even came in the room to reprimand the photos my really sweet tech captured because they weren’t good enough. Never again.

I reviewed this facility 5 months ago. I was going to add one more star since they improved their check-in procedure and made it available online. They still don’t provide socks. 😔 However, instead, I have to bring it down one star because I got an MRI done on 3/18/21, and their portal is telling me the results/report will not be available until around 3/28/21 (ten days later). They used to produce their results/reports within 3 days. I might as well just go to my hospital’s imaging facility going forward. It’ll be much faster and my doctor will have quick access to the results/reports and images. Lenox Hill Radiology does charge much less, but I guess as the saying goes “you get what you pay for.” 😩

The technicians were great and they made sure I was comfortable during my visit. However, I was super frustrated when it came to getting my results. I called to inquire when the results would be put on the portal, but the person in the results department was super rude. These are the exact words she said to me. I have nothing to do with the portal. The only things I can do for you are fax or mail the results. Okay. Thats fine, but I felt like she was angry at me for even asking. This is such a nerve wracking time for me and this exchange did not help. I didnt feel like she was being courteous at all. I dont think Ill be coming back to this location in the future.

Lenox Hill Radiology is where I choose to go to get all of my imaging tests. The staff are very professional and warm. They schedule appointments so there is little wait time, if any and I was able to do all of the registration forms in line prior to my visit. The entire unit is comfortable and clean and I’m happy that it’s centrally located so it’s accessible by many forms of transportation.

GI doctor sent me here for a colon X-ray prior to my colonoscopy. The ninth floor person sent me to the sub-basement. (Elevator down and then two flights of stairs). I had to wait 45 min to be checked in. Then another 90 min until they would take me. Nobody was going around cleaning up as people came and went. There was no fresh air coming in that I could sense, and too many people in too small a space. In times past, this might be acceptable but not while this virus ravages our Country.I’ll find a place where I feel safer for my next tests and scans.

I showed up 20 minutes early for my appointment with all of my pre-authorizations in order to find out that my appointment had been inexplicably canceled a couple hours earlier. No one knew why the appointment had been canceled, no one explained or acknowledged the error. The staff refused to try to fit me in and told me my only option was to reschedule. No one ever apologized. I understand that mistakes can be made, but I found the response to the situation to be lacking in basic courtesy and respect.

I was informed the address was 1790Briadway and the actual address was #5 Columbus Circle. I utilized medical transportation and even the driver with a CPS had an issue. He left me @ 3 Columbus Circle and apparently this has happened before as the security guard at 3 Columbus Circle informed me it was across the street. It was extremely confusing.I had to ask for a 4p.m. appt as the Friday before the medical transportation came over 2 hours late. I called the Clinic in the car and was told the appt was cancelled.To make sure I would be p/u in time I made a 4 p.m. appt but informed transport it was for 2 p.m.When I made it to the clinic I informed reception what had happened the week before and I made a 4 p.m. appt despite the appt time I was seen immediately and was finished by 3 p.m.Very annoying with all these issues.The actual picture taking etc was a great experience as the photographer was very courteous and professional with what was being done. I was totally satisfied with the actual procrdure.

This place is not bad. Staff are friendly. Service is generally good. Their facility is close to the subway and is fairly clean. They should upgrade to an electronic registration/check-in system and offer that to their patients/customers. Having this feature would make them more efficient and make this review a 5-star. I also find myself writing the same information on their multiple forms over and over every time I visit, which can be annoying. They should also provide socks automatically. Communications is somewhat lacking at times. They should proactively inform their patients/customers if they are running very late (30+ minutes), rather than having them wonder why their names have not been called.

Nice staff - for the most part. Seems to be doing a good job with covid precautions. Running very behind in appointments. I’ve been waiting for 30 minutes. Was just told that 2 more people are to be seen ahead of me. When I asked when I would be seen, the staff acted as if I was asking an impossible question. I had to push a bit to get an answer. Any answer. I don’t expect things to run smoothly given everything that’s going on but I do expect my questions to be answered and addressed with respect. Most of the staff was kind and supportive but a bit more training for how to answer basic questions needs to be delivered.

This, however, was the third Lenox Hill Radiology site I visited wasting an afternoon at each previous site and leaving without the x-ray that I needed. Excellent staff, very kind and attentive, but...What I didn’t care for was their broken data onboarding system. They sent me no less than four different automated text messages ahead of my appointment, prompting me to log in and submit various information, much of which had already been asked of me verbally when I scheduled the appointment over the phone in the first place.They first texted for me to fill out medical history forms. Fine, done. Then, days later, they texted again asking me to log in again and upload my insurance card and photo ID. Then they texted me again to upload the doctor’s order, which I’d already been asked the details of when calling to book the appointment. Then they text yet again, making me log in just remind me of the appointment. As if the first 3 texts hadn’t been reminder enough. And why couldn’t all this been requested at one time, or mentioned when I gave much of the same info to them on the phone?This was a lot already, but the most frustrating factor of all was that when I arrived for the appointment, they STILL required the above documents again, in physical form.Seriously, what’s the point of being required to log in 4 separate times, finding the right documents each time, finding the right lighting to take a photo of them, uploading them all separately, and dealing with a system which failed repeatedly to save the items, forcing you to start over multiple times, only to require the exact same documents in person?I get that they’re trying to be tech-forward but clearly their system in its current state is broken, and a waste of valuable time. I’m an IT professional and even I spent an hour over the course of a week repeatedly responding with an automated computer system (about a procedure that would take two minutes) for ultimately no reason whatsoever, as they just required all of it again at the office.Thanks for the professionalism and otherwise exemplary service, but for the sake of other patients, please fix this.

First off the building was very clean, the guard in the lobby very professional. Now for the office staff, they made me feel so comfortable and Samantha was very nice, my X-ray techs very friendly. I come here for all my radiology.

I was terrified going in to the office because I am claustrophobic. I was amazed at how easy the process was. Right from the receptionist, who was so kind to the technician who took such good care of me. I could not recommend this facility more. I want at 7:00pm if that makes any difference. No wait time either. They also have a huge open MRI which I was pleased with. Half way through the MRI, the technician took me out and moved me so that in the second half of spine MRI my head was actually out of the machine and could look around.

The staff at the facility were very courteous and helpful. Upon checking in, Mayra actually coordinated me to have 2 related exams done at the same time rather than go to another location. That is a true example of being considerate and professional.

The place is very clean. All Covid 19 distancing regulations are applied. The staff is wonderful and very professional. All of the staff and Dr. Levy was very Caring, Professional, Courteous, and through. I highly recommend them for health care. Dr. Rosenbaum-Smith was awesome at surgery as well.

My check-in process was nice and quick. The front desk staff was friendly and had most of my info filled in for me before I arrived. Everyone observed social distancing guidelines and wore masks. There are seats in the waiting area separated by plastic dividers and the place was very clean. The x-ray technician was friendly and efficient. Overall, my experience was as painless less as can be. I would recommend this facility for x-rays and would return if need be.
