My experience with this office was phenomenal. The 2 ladies that work at the front desk, Kevita and Dihara, are amazing. I explained to them that I get claustrophobia and immediately they assured me that I was in good hands because one of them suffers from the same condition and completely understands my concerns. I went downstairs for my MRI and I met Steven. He did everything possible to help me with my claustrophobia. Head phones, blind fold, put me in the machine multiple times until I was comfortable enough to continue the MRI. Great sense of humor. I wouldn’t have been able to make it without the support of the team. Thank you all for an amazing job

I would recommend Alpha 3T MRI to anybody. Due to the Front desk person by the name of Dihara. She made it super easy for me and I loved that. I just want tell her thank you again. So thank you and I hope you see this review and continue to make alpha 3T mri a better place for the people who walk through the doors. The cab had left me and she made sure a new one was on the way immediately. Once I got there she asked me a couple questions. She told me about the machine and I let her know about my worries about being in the machine. Since this was my first time. She made me feel 100x better before going down to the machine. I honestly don’t think it would of been possible to sit on that machine without her help.She gave me water and everything to ease my mind. I also want shout the person handling the machines as they made it easier as well. ALPHA MRI 3T YOU ROCK. Dihara YOU ROCK. The Person Downstairs you Rock.

I came here for an MRI after being involved in a car accident and the service I received was exceptional. The receptionist, jay, was extremely pleasant and helpful. From the first time I called, she made it such an easy process to schedule an appointment and accommodated me around my work schedule. She also assisted me in filling out my paperwork and answered all of my questions upon arrival. The tech who performed my MRI was also very nice, and waited for me while I took off a million jewelry pieces. I highly recommend, everyone makes you feel welcomed and excels at their jobs!

I recommend this place for anyone who has to get any images done here. The receptionist Jay is hands on, polite, and knows exactly what she has to do. If it wasn’t for her and i think i would of been somewhere else. There is barely any wait time when it comes to your appointment. Thank you very much!

Claims to accept insurance but they only accept no fault, workers comp, and leans for MRI. That should be clearly listed on their webpage which it isnt.

My 2nd time at Alpha3T, and Dihara at the front desk was very accommodating. Steve was great in the imaging room. Both made me feel very comfortable through a difficult process. Highly recommend them. Great location as well. Easily accessible if you are taking a car into the city.

On Friday February 12th My cousin and I visited Alpha 37 MRI for a scheduled appointment that morning.We encountered an extremely enthusiastic front desk receptionist by the name of Flete she catered to all of our needs upon arrival and assisted with my cousin with the paperwork process. She took her time explaining the parameters of the form and answered every question with confidence and ease. Jadeen truly made our experience the best! She was amazing ! We appreciate her service.

Alpha 3t MRI had the best welcoming staff from dihara at the front desk greeting me with a warm welcomeand helping me fill out my paperwork to Steve the technician making me feel comfortable. I fully recommend this place !!

Great experience overall. I was greeted in a professional manner by Jadeen. She asked me some required questions regarding my visit and provided me with the patient chart to have filled out. She was very helpful with assiting me with any questions I had. Once she reviewed my chart to confirm all was filled properly she then asked me to be seated and await to be called. Once I was called I was then taken downstairs for the MRI procedure, the doctor was very nice and communicative. They asked if I needed a blanket because the room is cold due to the fact that the room needs to be kept at a certain temperature. They placed the headphones on me to mute down the noises from the machine and they did advise for me not to move and to lift my hand should I have any problem. I would Definitely recommend this location to anyone seeking MRI services. This company goes above and beyond for their patients to even offering an Uber ride back home; on them.

I called this place on April 28 at 6:40pm to ask some questions about a referral for an MRI, the lady that picked up the phone was rude and even hanged up the phone on me. Horrible service, this is not a way you treat people. YOUR LOST !!!!

I had two MRIs on head with Alpha 3T MRI, on Feb. 15, 2018, and Dec. 27, 2019, respectively. I was a victim who sustained serious head and spine injury from a workplace fall accident on Jan. 16, 2018 and some subsequent diagnoses and treatments from NYS Workers Compensation Board-authorized physicians/clinics. The treating physicians were referred to by my former WC case attorneys law firm Bangel, Cohen & Falconetti, LLP, and my head MRI referral physician Dr. Mehrdad Golzads New York City Medical & Neurological Offices, PC has routine business connection with Alpha 3T MRI. Just as some tests done at NYCMNO were claimed to be normal, the two head-MRIs at Alpha 3T MRI were even DUBIOUS to a medical lay-person as me. Both head-MRIs claim no intracranial bleeding of any age has been found at all! My headache has many kinds, which includes pressure-headache, blood-rushing or gushing sensation. Whats so obviously a foul play from Alpha 3T MRI is they gave me a BLANK DVD, on Dec. 27, 2019, the MRI scan day, with only the disk-skin printed with my information; and then they gave me a replacement DVD which could NOT function normally, on Jan. 24, 2020 when I was asked to pick it up. Alpha 3T MRI gave me multiple reasons why their replacement DVD didnt work on my laptop computer I brought there with me. The staff was friendly and kind. I have nothing but positive things to say after my visit. The facilities were clean and in the event I need to get another MRI I will definitely be returning.

Unacceptable, I did an MRI for a Brain on July 13th 2017, I was told it will be ready on 7 days, is August 4th and they dont have the results. I spoke with the Manager Keith, who told me the MRI will be ready on Tuesday of the previous week and I should ask for him. When I call back he did not pick up the phone and after I call the following 3 days he finally pick up the phone. He never apologize, put me in hold and 20 minutes latter a woman told me my MRI had mistakes and was not ready. This place is a scam. I am now have to do another MRI as I am not comfortable with the level of incompetence.

Absolutely the worst office I have ever been too. Never met a more unprofessional group of front desk staff, the main lady not only started yelling at me she actually asked me to leave because she was so disorganized they lost all paperwork for the patients that day.She said I cant find your paperwork or anyone elses so you have to leave.Crazy that I took the day off of work for these unprofessional people.Please go elsewhere, where they respect the people that travel to see them.

Very very disorganized! They called me to set us an appt and when I called back they said they never called me. They finally found my info and scheduled it. They gave me the address and did not mention there was a building next door with the same address. I found it and was in time. Been waiting 40 mins so far and they said it will still be awhile before my appt. and I am currently sitting in the waiting room listening to the three employees on the front fest yell and fight with each other. Not quietly but yell. I asked if is an issue with my appt that was 40 mins ago and they just said sorry. It will be awhile there is someone else on the table. Horrible place. Go somewhere else if you can!!

I requested copy of my mri and was assaulted by a staff member who refused to give her name & claimed she was the supervisor 6/30/2016 at 1621hrs.since i took her picture to report her she attempted to take my phone by force causing substantial amount of pain to my recently operated thumb ** she did that knowingly and maliciously.***
