Stephanie my tech was amazing. She talked to me throughout the entire session. Which made the whole process comfortable as I was nervous.

I had my fourth session. Normally I get the same therapist and she’s little easy. This time i got to a new therapist and she was so rough and burnt my underarm as you can see in the pics below. My underarm kept hurting after the session. I had work right after so when I finally got home and saw this what the therapist did.

Totally worth the price which isn’t even much for a year unlimited! Can’t find that anywhere else! Staff is friendly and to the point, just the way I like it! The wait was no longer than 5 min each time I would go, everything is super clean and looks nice

Ive been going to Spektrum for 2 years now and have practically gotten my whole body done. I hate constantly shaving since it creates so many in growns and bumps. After coming here, those issues are in the past. I usually go with Anastasia or Ruslana, but all the technicians are great. I recommend this place to anybody trying out laser hair removal for the first time or wanting to try a new spa.

Spektrum’s staff was so easy going and helpful. The place was extremely clean and sterile. It was my first time purchasing a package, Nina was very friendly and welcoming!

Went for laser hair removal with a Groupon. Rusiana was my technician and she was excellent, really calm demeanor and good bedside manners. Everything is super clean. Also the front desk people were very helpful and pleasant to talk to. They adhere to the appointment times, so there’s barely no one waiting in the lobby.

Quick and efficient. Did not waist any time getting down to business. Answered all my questions. And was very understanding of pain level. Stopped every so often for my comfort. Super clean rooms. Would definitely recommend

Was recommended this place by a friend for good reason. The Groupon I got made the treatment price SUPER reasonable. The check-in is always seamless, Ive never had to wait more than a couple minutes, the space is clean, and the staff is always nice and willing to answer any questions!

You get what you pay for. I had an appointment at the salon today and initially the person had my chart wrong. I told the tech I was unable to shave fully because I was in a rush. I thought this would be fine because my other lazer spa Satori Lazer will shave any small hairs or areas you missed which does happen often. The tech here said I had too much hair in the area and said she could only do the bottom half. Which ended up burning. I have a dark mark in the stomach area already. I asked if they had a razor so I could shave the small hairs off in the area (happy trail) she said they don’t have any and they don’t do any shaving. SO... if someone was getting a Brazilian and missed a few spots of hair because thats a hard place to shave, there is no way to shave those small hairs off instead of getting burned? That doesn’t make sense to me as a lazer spa. I am going to finish my sessions because I paid for them but for future services I will continue with Satori. These techs don’t seem as skilled or prepared in comparison, especially for darker skin tones.

This is my 3rd laser spa I am trying out and so far it is my favorite. I never really had any complaints about the prior places I have been to but the results here surpass the results of the other places I have tried. I truly notice a reduction in my hair and have faith it will be almost permanently gone by the end of my package. The staff is excellent as well and listen to your needs/adjust the machine and ask if you feel any sort of pinching during the session. I am so thrilled with my results I have already added 2 packages onto my current one. I absolutely recommend this place!

The absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced. The woman who works the front desk is unhelpful, rude and has a serious attitude with all customers. She is not helpful answering questions and lies about appointments and how many you have done. When you walk in she doesn’t greet you but instead sits there with a smirk looking down upon customers, also there is no set reminder for appointments or follow up from visits. A basic customer service qualification for any business.She has also put me in multiple times for wrong appointments or for the wrong areas to be lasered.Additionally, the technicians arent skilled in what they do and are rude as well. When I was doing my laser I kept complaining that the laser felt too hot and was uncomfortable and asked for a break, and her response was we have to get this done i don’t have time for breaks. Forcing me to rush through my laser process and be uncomfortable for the entire session. If i hadn’t bought a pack i would have never come back, but i did and finished my 12 sessions and I’ve seen full hair growth in all areas. I understand it has to do with your skin color and hair type but Ive gone to other places where Ive never had an issue before.Will never come back here or recommend this place to anyone.

From someone whos had a years worth of laser at three other places.. Spektrum has been the best by a long stretch.. the results have been perfect. Ok, so its not exactly a friendly or glamorous place to hang out. But the results are the best Ive seen.

It really isn’t worth the money saved. The technicians aren’t well trained and as a result, the lady at my last appointment, went over the area too many times and ended up causing 2nd degree burns. It was more money than the laser treatment cost, going to the doctor and dermatologists. Not to mention the pain and fear. Needless to say, I stopped going and will never be back. It’s been months and I’m still praying there’s no permanent scarring. I don’t advise going here at all.

I found Spektrum on Groupon over a year ago, and have stayed with them long after to continue my laser hair removal treatment. The facility is clean, the laser is effective, and their deals on packages are unbeatable. Thus far I have done Brazilian and underarms with excellent results! Hair growth has been significantly reduced, and any hair that grows in is very fine and barely noticeable. Ruslana is my favorite technician and always does a wonderful job of making me feel comfortable, and she is thorough! Would definitely recommend this place and plan to continue my treatments there.

I am glad that my friend recommended this place. Its clean, looks newly renovated and has the best high tech laser machines. It also has a friendly and caring staff. I felt extremely pampered and relaxed at the spa.I signed up for full body laser removal and have seen the drastic changes with few hairs growing back after several sessions. It feels amazing knowing that I dont need to wax anymore.

I had a great experience at Spektrum with Zoya. Zoya was very attentive and always made me feel comfortable with the strength of the laser. She explained each step and what she was doing. The outcomes with the laser hair removal have been amazing and way quicker than I had anticipated. After the first visit, I saw roughly 60% hair reduction in all areas. While I did find Spektrum through a Groupon deal, I was skeptical at first. What made me most comfortable was that a friend had a very good experience here as well and recommended Spektrum. I would highly recommend too.

I bought a groupon, and it has been one of the best bargains Ive ever found. This place is quite small, but the staff is friendly sweet and accommodating. I just love this place, After look for so long for a good place, between many options, I finally found THE place, they are professional, fast, clean, organized and give necessary support to each client. A year ago I started the laser treatment with them and the result has been perfect.

My treatment was done by Zoya who was great, knowledgeable and patient. It wasnt that painful as I thought. Im definitely going back and Im looking forward to my smooth skin and no more shaving!

I just finished my year and couldn’t be happier with the results!Spektrum is clean and all of the staff are friendly and knowledgeable when it comes to lasering. They are able to explain everything you need to know and understanding of different pain tolerances. I’ve had great experiences with all of the staff I’ve interacted with in the last year but specifically enjoy when Zoya is around for my treatments.This was my first laser experience and I was hesitant about doing it but I would definitely come back here for more services in the future. Overall great experience and results!

So far this is one of the worst laser places I have been to. The service is horrendous (the girl answering the phone speaks so quietly that you can barely hear her, and thats if you get through to them on the phone at all). Their answering machine is an automated machine that doesnt even let you know youve reached the right place, which made me hesitant to leave a voicemail, but it did not take me long to find out that they do in fact play all the voicemails. How do I know this? Because they play them on speakerphone in the waiting room for everyone waiting to hear. So, in the event that you are getting laser in any private areas, I would suggest only leaving your first name and not specifying which areas if youd like to keep that between you and them and not between you, the spa and everyone and anyone that might be in the waiting room at that moment. How inappropriate is that?!Regarding the actual appointments, its extremely hard to book and Ive never waited less than half an hour for an appointment once I get there. On average Id say its 30-45 minutes after your scheduled appointment time, which is extremely frustrating.To give a further example of the type of experience Ive had there - I have a Groupon for 2 small and one large area here. They have full forms and charts and whatnot, so they know exactly why Im there, but the second time I was there, I came in and was extremely frazzled at how long it took to be seen, on top of other things going on. When I went into the treatment room, they asked what areas I was getting treated and I absent-mindedly only named the two small. The technician, looked me in the eye and said just those two right? instead of are you not treating the large area today or you paid for two small and two large is there a reason you dont want the large area treated today? and let me come and go without making sure that I was correct, even though she had it in front of her that I was getting three total areas treated. That really rubbed me the wrong way. Of course, I then had to come back a few days later when on my own I realized I hadnt gotten everything treated. Another few hours wasted getting there, waiting and getting it treated which, when you have a job, isnt always easy
