I have a very bad experience last Friday July 12th .Ive been your customer for more than six years, and I started my treatments in Florida.Last year on October 2012 Ive moved to New Jersey, and continue my treatments at your office located at 2030 Broadway, 2nd FloorNew York, NY, 10023Last Wednesday I was offered a treatment for $1,000.00 , over the phone I agreed to be there for the first appointment . on July 12th .Last Friday July 12 , I felt very disapointed about the service received, I had an appointment at 10:30 a.m. and I got in the building at 10:25 a.m. ; at that time there was a problem with the elevator , and Unfortunately I had to wait for more than 20 minutes on the first floor.As soon as I got access to take the elevator I show up for the appointment. When I got in the office , there were two ladies one of her names were Melissa, she was very upset, Ive tried to explain her about the situation with the elevator, but she was in a very bad mood and started being impolite and rude. That day I could say was one of my worst days with American Laser Skin Care. Ive notice a big difference between the very polite service I used to have in Boca Raton Florida and the service I receive from these two inexperienced girls. They were very rude all the time not only in the way they behave, but at the same time they were making ugly face all the time.At the end of the service I was very confused, and I started to get upset. One of these two impolite ladies asked me to sing a form. I refused to do it due to the poor quality service Ive received.At this point Im feeling like I never want to go back to this location... I feel very frustrated, and I do not understand why companies like this have people that do not have the attitude to treat customers in a very good way.I was offered this Treatment for about $1,000.00, and I was treated like my money does not worth . I make a very big effort to make the monthly payments on time .I know there are other ladies that work with professionalism, they are very polite and they love their job . Unfortunately on that day they were not there.I do not want to blame of all them, but especially the two ladies that worked on that day in the morning time were very rude.
