I had 2 weeks of physical therapy at home following a hip replacement. The physical therapist was outstanding- he was knowledgeable and highly intelligent, very professional, encouraging and compassionate.I have had PT at several top places and no one was as excellent as Nick of VNS of NY- thank you!

We initiated home hospice for a family actively dying. So much so that the intake nurse didn’t realize how far along she was and implemented crisis care. We discussed that including 24/7 nursing care. Yes, for sure. AND nope. Each day a nurse shows up to see if you still need the crisis care at night. She’s dying, what’s the difference between day and night when someone is comatose. The oxygen ordered was supposed to arrive at 1p, didn’t get there until 7:30p and no one could tell me why. Oh the nurse meant to arrive T 6p was nearly an hour late with no explanation. They’ve messed us about for the whole first day. Check out other hospice organizations, because this one is a mess with no accountability.

VN SNY dropped the ball! My nurse and PT wereexcellent for The few Visits I got! they are denying me services even though my home insurance is providing authorization. Numerous phone calls and dead ends !don’t use this company if you need to rely on getting health services!12/12/20I got a speedy reply from the company saying they wanted more details in an email. I sent that and then heard nothing so obviously that was just a false attempt to look “concerned”-Please advise if you did respond with some corrective action!

A representative by the name of ASHLEY is downright rude, condescending, and clearly hates her job. She constantly interrupts when you ask for clarification and doesn’t seem to display any fondness for her choice of work. She also will HANG UP on you when you ask a question.
