They run on schedule, its easy to find appointments, I never wait, and they even worked with me to get me on a payment plan so Id be able to take advantage of the discounts on bigger packages. Ive been to most of the satori locations but this is my favorite location ! If your scared because of covid DONT BE . The ladies at this location make sure this place is super clean (everytime someone even comes to the front desk and walk away they wipe it down even if the person doesnt touch the desk) even i was like shocked !! The location is NEVER crowded ....... most of all the staff is amazing there super nice and go above and beyond to make sure your comfortable. My experience at Satori Laser has been great! I experienced less hair growth after my first session, and after several more sessions I hardly ever have to shave anymore. At first i was apprehensive about getting laser on my chin and my upper lip being that my skin is so sensitive and i was also getting sick of plunking hair with tweezers WHICH WAS MAKING IT WORSE so i decided to check out SATORI LASER on 86 street being that it was close to my job and ask questions. First i was greeted with open arms by the receptionist she assured me that there was nothing to be afraid of and that they deal with sensitive skin all the time. I highly recommend the Satori Upper East Side location for anyone looking to do laser hair removal! I recently completed a 6-session package for a small area (upper lip) and am super thrilled with the results and the service I received at Satori.Every time I walked in, I was kindly greeted by the receptionist and offered a water or coffee. Theyre also extremely punctual- I think the longest I ever had to wait for my appointment was about 10 minutes and most times I walked right back into the procedure room on time. Huge plus of this location is the availability of appointment times. I often work late hours and could schedule appointments for 7:45 PM, which is a huge plus.I had never had any laser hair treatment before, so I was unsure what to expect. Aziza (the technician who did most of my treatments) was so kind and explained thoroughly the things I should do and NOT do before sessions (i.e. sun exposure) and how to care for the area afterwards. Granted, it was a small area, my appointment normally took a maximum of 5 minutes and really was not painful at all.To summarize, Satori was an exceptional first laser hair removal experience and I am definitely considering buying another package for a different body area! Highly recommend to anyone looking to try laser hair removal.*One pro tip to the newbies: I bought/started my package right at the start of summer, which was not super ideal (totally on me). I had no idea you couldnt be exposed to sun for 2 weeks before and after the laser hair removal sessions, so it made scheduling appointments for me a little tough. So be aware and plan your treatments accordingly!

This place is awesome! Very clean and inviting. I had three areas done: underarm, brazilian and happy trail. Im very pleased with the results so far, Im on my third session and very little hair grows back and much finer then before. I used to have darkness on my bikini line with made me feel insecure in a swimsuit but thats not an issue anymore. My technician was Oksana, very sweet and made sure I was comfortable during the entire procedure. My sister recommended this place to me and Im glad she did, very happy!

I’ve been to this location for a little over a year now with no complaints! Oksana is wonderful and explains what she does. I’m fair-skinned and I’ve learned that sometimes the same type of laser doesn’t effectively address the different types of hair on your body so in my case she switched to the YAG laser when I wasn’t seeing much improvement in one area and it worked! The office is always on time and accommodative.

They will let you know if there are sales you can take advantage of and are very accommodating if you want to reschedule or if you are running late. The place is impecable, they even have a coffee maker available to the customers. Overall, I couldn’t ask for better treatment than this. They offer advise on how to take care of the area prior and post treatment to ensure the best results. they are also fast and efficient!

I had spent years suffering from ugly, painful ingrown hairs on my underarms and bikini area. I never had the confidence to wear a bikini because my scars and marks were always so visible and so prominent. I never wore tank tops or sports bras to the gym because as soon as I lifted my arms youd see the marks. I started researching laser hair removal but it took years to find an affordable, reputable salon that offered monthly installments instead of requiring the entire fee up front. Enter Satori Laser. From my first appointment, I knew this was a fantastic institiution. The technician took me through a 101 Laser Hair Removal tutorial, answered all my questions and created a monthly installment plan that worked for me and my budget. The entire staff is skilled and so kind so dont worry if you cant always book the same technician. They are all fabulous. I purchased 6-sessions of Brazilian + underarms and strangely enough the Brazilian was painless. I had spent years having that area waxed so perhaps I was just oblivious to the pain at that point. Underarms, however, did hurt a bit but the pain was over in seconds. Literally seconds. I noticed results after the first session on both areas but please note that even after the six sessions youll need to return for a touch-up every few months or so. Its not permanent, its semi-permanent. However, I noticed fantastic results even after my first appointment. My dark marks and ingrowns faded and/or dissapeared entirely, my hair grew back much lighter, finer and thinner and I finally have the confidence to rock a bikini. It no longer hurts to walk around or workout, I dont have to deal with stubble, I dont have to waste time in the shower shaving and I have the freedom to live my life. Thank you Satori Laser! Thank you Clarissa, Aziza, Masha and Rachel! Ill be back for full legs!
