Farha always does such a good job. Shes really good. Ive been a lot of places and Im just happy with how its gone here after a few times; so yeah, I highly recommend.

Maritza Is The Best!I have been going to the Hairless Electrolysis Clinic since September of 2019. I was struggling with facial hair for years. The older I got, the more facial hair I was getting. The ingrown hairs were so painful and cyst filled. Shaving my face everyday made me feel less feminine. I decided on Laser treatment for the facial hair. But the laser treatment woke up all the dormant hairs. I ended up with more facial hairs after 6 treatment sessions. I was furious. A good friend suggested I consider Electrolysis for hair removal since it works better for Black men and women. So after looking at all the reviews, I decided to call Hairless. First, I had a consultation with Maritza. She actually LISTENED to my concerns and frustrations. She started my treatments the same day. It has been a journey. But Maritza has been the best. I am getting the results I expected. The hairs are not thick and coarse as they once were. I have not noticed ingrown hairs for months. Due to COVID, I could not go for most of 2020. But Martiza got me back on track and I could not be happier. Patience and following the Home care Instructions is a MUST.Maritza.... you Rock.

All technicians are all really nice and professional. I did most of my treatments with Samantha who was so great to work with. I will say the treatment is pretty painful but a prescription numbing cream did the trick for me and made it totally manageable. It is on the pricier side for electrolysis (definitely better value if you do a package) but you do get what you pay for in terms of quality.

I highly recommend Electrolysist Farha for her exceptional standard of care and gentle touch. I have had two sessions so far and I’m very happy! The clinic has a calming atmosphere and the staff is friendly and professional.

Wow. What a great experience with electrolysis. Hairless is clean, professional and the receptionists are very pleasant. I was very nervous beforehand but Akiko made me comfortable and before I knew it 30 min was over. I’ve been struggling with unwanted hair for 10 years and after my appointment the hair took 2 weeks to grow back and it’s much finer hair! Imagine if I’m consistent...book your appointment, it’s definitely worth it.

I’ve had 4 sessions so far and they went very well! Fahra is a great specialist and a very nice, sweet person, I would definitely recommend her!

I don’t typically post reviews, but felt compelled to post one for this business in case I can prevent someone from going through what I did. I had a terrible experience at HairlessNYC. I was treated by Samantha Gorovets months ago, and am still dealing with the damage to my skin. She completely burned my skin in just one treatment session. A dermatologist has since diagnosed me with a thermal injury and I have had to regularly see my dermatologist to manage the issue with topical and oral medications. So if you come here, I hope you at least have good health insurance. I’m a very informed consumer, so I went in for a consultation and test patch prior to making the decision to return, but, unfortunately, during the consultation, Samantha completely downplayed the potential side effects of the procedure, despite me asking many questions about it after having done research. She also insisted on only doing four hairs as a test patch, even though I asked her to do more—I was paying the price for a full session. By doing such a small amount, I was not able to see how my skin would really react or what her skill level was (or lack thereof), but I trusted her and thought it would be fine. Then she told me to come in for an hour-long treatment session if I wanted to continue. When I returned she over-treated the area. My skin got dark red and lumpy, but she repeatedly assured me that this was normal. At the end of the session, she told me that the swelling would go down in a couple hours. It didn’t: for the next several days, my skin became hard as a rock and the area continued to swell bigger and bigger. This is a sign of severe over-treatment. The calamine lotion that they recommended clogged my pores and caused the area to breakout. Most other places recommend using aloe vera gel because it is lightweight and non-comedogenic, so it seems that they can’t even get the post-care instructions right. Now, months later, the area still has lumps from scar tissue underneath the surface of the skin, and this may never go away. There is also copious discoloration, hyper and hypo-pigmentation, all over the area, and this will, at best, take months to a year to resolve. I can’t even wax the area now because the skin is damaged and will need a lot of time to heal, so it has really made the whole situation much worse. It has been a very stressful ordeal. Needless to say, I would not recommend this place.

I found Hairless NYC after browsing tirelessly through other sites. I decided to give them a try based on the great reviews, and I can definitely attest to how great they are. Very friendly and professional staff! I have had two sessions with Samantha and she is amazing. She walks you through everything, and is very detailed. I will going back for more sessions for sure!

I gave them 5 stars because this is a super clean environment and the staff is always so friendly. I have never had a bad experience or any scarring left behind. I highly recommend it.

Today was my second time at Hairless NYC Electrolysis Clinic. The service is very professional, prompt, and safe. All customers have their temperature checked and are asked to wash their hands upon entry. Everyone is required to wear a mask as well. I already saw results from one visit. I received service from Lia both times and she is very friendly and professional. I highly recommend Hairless NYC.

Samantha is AMAZING! I came in around a week ago to get Electrolysis done on my upper lip and my uni- brow. The experience was very relaxing and painless, she was very gentle and thorough. I’m a student from California, and decided to get electrolysis when I moved here. I found Hairless NYC Clinic online and went in for a consultation. They took precautions due to COVID, like taking your temperature and asking you to wash your hands. The place was very clean and I didn’t see any other clients while I was there. There was sanitizer placed at the front desk and both rooms. I’ve seen two electrologists so far and both were super nice! They wore a mask and face shield, and made sure I was comfortable. It was a great experience and I can’t wait to go back!

I came to Hairless NYC Clinic in hopes of removing the hair I have in my ears and to get some hair above my beard line removed. I left the office completely satisfied. I wish I could give no stars. While there about two weeks ago, I heard drama in the office, very unprofessional to hear. I also saw long black hair in the bathroom all over the floor. That says that the office isn’t very clean. And I believe it was one of the electrologist’s hair. I believe her name is Maritza (I didn’t have her) I left before my appointment because of this.

I have been at hairless nyc Clinic twice ever since theyve reopened. I was extremely nervous about the pain I might feel and of course with Covid19. Once I got there, I wasnt nervous at all anymore. The entire staff there is 100% following regulations. Everyone was wearing masks, everything was extremely clean. I got my temperature taken the minute I walked in. I got work done on my eyebrows and it didnt hurt at all. The girls who have seen me so far are Akiko and Lia.They have been extremely careful and gentle. They do their best to make me feel comfortable . Aside from wearing a face mask, they also wore a face shield which was more comforting to me. The staff at Hairless are very welcoming. I am happy about finally finding my permanent electrolysis spot. I would 100% recommend this place to anyone. Cant wait for my next treatment!

Although it is more expensive than the previous location, I am LOVING the fast results that I am seeing. The staff here is very welcoming and makes you feel comfortable. I didn’t have too much luck with my first Electrologist when I first went to Hairless but later I switched to Akiko and she has been wonderful.Everyone in the office works very hard to make it as comfortable to you as possible. Getting off the elevator the start to an amazing experience. The smell of the aromatherapy just relaxes you which is perfect to have an overall great treatment experience! I have been worked on by most of the girls. What I love is they all have slightly different styles so I feel I am getting the best treatment and results. This was my first visit to Hairless NYC. I chose to go here because the location was convenient and they offered the blend method. The office was clean, and the receptionist was very nice. The actual treatment itself was seamless. The electrologists technique was very good - I almost dozed off a few times.The only Con among the Pros: The rate was $240 for one hour and 15 minutes of treatment.

I have PCOS and I suffer from a lot of dark, coarse unwanted hair along my jawline, chin and neck. I would shave and always put a lot of makeup to cover it.Finally I decided to start Electrolysis and I am glad I did.The electrologist was familiar with my problem and knew how to tackle it, she explained to me how long she needed to clean the area and when to expect a regrowth.It took quite a few hours, but they also were generous enough to give me free time. I also took advantage of the packages with discount they offer, which in my case helped a lot to make it more cost effective.Lia has a gentle touch and she always applies ice during treatment so I must say its not that bad. The rewards are amazing! My face feels smooth and I donthave to hide it under my hair anymore.I will definitely recommend this place.

Ive been looking into all of the various hair removal methods, and came upon info about Hairless NYC --- the type they do is completely permanent, so i wanted to go and check it out.The staff was knowledgeable and courteous, and the office was clean, stylish, well equipped .... basically everything you would want. My technician didnt mind that i was asking questions constantly, and did a great job of explaining electrolysis, and the benefits in comparison with other methodologies.Overall excellent experience.

Worst experience with electrolysis.The procedure messed up my face , I ended up having scars . Now it’s easy to tell I’m struggling with such problem since my chin look like I had a bad reaction due to hair removal.The technician could have told me in the beginning to Let hair grow in order to start the procedure but she proceeded with a 30 mins procedure .

Although some other methods or hair removal, like shaving and trimming had previously helped me with my clean up and some of my manscaping needs, I decided to do electrolysis and get rid of my unwanted hairs permanently.At Hairless NYC Electrolysis clinic, during the consultation, the electrologists assess length and frequency of treatment, and although it is a commitment I must say they are very generous with their time. Both Lia and Maritza have worked on me, they are great professionals that value your privacy and make you feel comfortable during treatment.I don’t have to deal with razor bumps and ingrown hairs anymore.

Very Poor experience each time. Business practices WRONG ethicsOn the first appointment that I took for 15 minutes $70, the tech went over time and then charged me for 30 minutes ($90)- without my knowledge and without taking my permission. I let it pass..I asked my daughter to try them - (a big mistake on my part in hindsight) and they gave me a 15 minute complimentary session voucher. I forgot to use/mention it during my next appointment. I was early so paid for it ($70) before starting the session. The tech this time (owner) encouraged me to get more areas done and in the end said it took her 30 minutes (one looses track when lying frown somewhat) but said she would not charge me - I thanked her and left.The next time I made sure I used the voucher so mentioned it as I walked in. They said it got applied that last time..and expected I pay $70 for the session.So they try to get extra dollars from you - unbeknownst to you - $90 instead of $70 by adding on areas you had not planned on treating. They apply the voucher so instead of the $70 value you think you are getting, it is applied as as extension - and that too without your knowledge..

Samantha made me feel so comfortable with this process. I’m thankful to find hairless NYC. It is pricey, but it is worth the sacrifice and commitment.

After each session results were very obvious. Currently I will be taking my fourth session and my last. The doctors are very friendly and strive to do whats best for you.

I wish I could recommend them but unfortunately I cant. My first session was fine. A 30 min session with a very nice technician. Then I returned for a 60 min session with the same technican 1 week later. She definitely took a lot longer than she did the previous week on each hair plus after the hour was up and she was only partially done on the left side of my face, she tells she can finish that side if I give her more time. Im there face red (due to the electrolysis not embarrassment) face mask still on asking her how much thats gonna be since Im already paying $160 for the hour. She leaves then comes back to tell me $275, are you kidding? You take longer dont finish my face then want to charge over a $100 for an extra 30 mins or however long itll take you. No thanks... I smiled, acted like Id ever be back to her face (the way any outraged yet overly polite person would do) then cancelled my upcoming appointment. Im scheduled to see a competitor next week. She left me feeling like she was fishing for more money with me vulnerable on the table and it left a bad taste in my mouth... Plus a sting on my face.Well I definitely learned a valuable lesson.

At my first visit, Lia told me how long it would take to remove all the hair that i didnt like.I am right on schedule and almost finished.Electrolysis is permanent as long as you follow the rules:NO tweezing,waxing or laser.That causes a lot of regrowth.My hair is now almost completely gone after less than a year, and my confidence is back.They are always on time,the office is clean and attractive.

Friendly staff, clean place, they use some numbing cream to make the operation less painful, and I didnt feel much plucking. Unfortunately I got redness that lasted for a few days, after only two 1-hour sessions, and my skin looked damaged and irritated for a week at least.In comparison, a few of weeks ago I had been to another place, for the same body area (but different method), and at that other place I had some sensation of plucking, but left with just a mild redness that only lasted for about 36 hours.

I saw amazing results immediately and only needed three sessions to get rid of dark hairs.Highly recommend!!

Six months ago my wife went to Hairless NYC for facial hair removal and she has constantly been recommending it to her friends. Last month while trying to remove unsightly hair from my ears with a razor while shaving, as usual i cut myself which made an ugly situation worst! Finally, listened to my wife and went to HNYC for treatment. They r way too expensive. I scheduled for an hour but they took one hour and some minutes more to complete the electrolysis. I had t pay $250 instead of $160. Trust me people its way too expensive.
