One of the staff told me they never throw out the needles that they call probes because its 2 expensive. The soak them and dry them instead

Very professional operation. I wasnt pressured to buy anything. The technician explained my options and was very transparent on what the treatment involved. Its very easy to schedule appointments and they send you reminders. The front desk receptionist (Judith?) is excellent - she is very professional and very friendly. And my technician Agata was great. It was also very important to me that they had experience with black skin.

They were consummately professional at my Electrolysis appointment. They showed me the bagged clean tip before they started, told me what to expect, and worked fast to get a lot of hairs done in the 30 minute window I booked. It was $99 for 30 minutes for me and they even did multiple areas at no extra charge. Highly recommended!

Kinga, the manager, has given me several excellent laser treatments. She is expert, gentle and explains everything in detail. I had a prominent forehead bump after a fall, and she has helped diminish it. Cheff does expert filler injections, too, but hes not there every day so you have to plan in advance.

I was treated by a female injection specialist w/ an Australian accent at this office with Sculptra. I told her I wanted to get rid of the nasal folds and minimize my developing jowls. So she suggested Sculptra and proceeded to inject said labial folds and jowls with it saying it would lift my face overall. Six months later I had bigger nasal folds and jowls than ever, and no lift! She actually succeeded in making me look older! (Im only 46 and I now look like 60!) When I went back to ask her to fix it, she refused saying she was afraid I would not be happy with the result. When I asked her to refer me to someone who could fix it, she referred me to someone in L.A., across the country from where I live. It is now a year and a half later, and it still looks horrendous. If I could give negative stars, I would.

STAY AWAY!!!! MOST UNPROFESSIONAL, VERY RUDE! NO RESULTS, ON THE CONTRARY, MORE HAIR AFTER TREATMENTS, HIGHLY RUDE WHEN TRIED TO TALK ABOUT INFLAMMATION AFTER TREATMENTS! MY FRIEND TRIED FOR A YEAR AND NO RESULTS AS WELL!
