Every person in this office is courteous, caring, and professional. Dr. Eng has a wonderful bedside manner. I’ve been having G.I. issues for many years and have seen many doctors along the way. Dr. Eng made me feel that he cared about getting to the root of my issue and took the time to hear everything I had to say. I highly recommend this office.

I am sure if you are reading this is because you are experiencing some type of discomfort and are looking for a specialist in the field as I was. I booked my appointment via Zoc Doc at 10pm after some bleeding in my stool, my appt. was for 1130am the next day. The morning of the appt. I get a phone called from the doctors office, it stated that the doctor couldnt see me because he had 20 patients and no availability til the following week. The lady that called me mentioned that the Zoc Doc calendar and the doctors calendar werent synced. How is this possible with the technology available? Completely unacceptable. I will not trust scheduling any appointments with this doctor. My pain and suffering did not matter to this doctor!!!!

Doctor was amazing! Very smart, through and educated on his speciality. Front desk was professional, fast and easy. His staff throughout my visit were very friendly and very hospitable, def will recommend this place. Also his front desk is bilingual which was a plus!

I have seen Dr Eng twice for both an endoscopy and colonoscopy. This past time I had him do both in the same visit. Before being put under anesthesia I had looked at a wall clock to see what time it was. When I woke I looked at the clock again. Both procedures combined took ten minutes. What I got out of him was you have some acid in your stomach, otherwise all is fine. Im wondering if he did both or even one procedure at all in that short amount of time. Be wary is all I have to say.

Dr Eng knew a lot, and explained it to me in a non-patronizing manner. He had two clear hypotheses that he deduced from my medical history and they make perfect sense. I liked him a lot. He also listened very attentively.

Staff members were really nice, they even called me the next day to see how I was doing. Everyone was friendly and professional thus far. Dr. Eng was great.

Ive been coming to Dr. Eng for 15 years. He has a quick, comforting style and hes very knowledgeable. Id suggest that anyone having their first colonoscopy book an appointment with him.

Office staff was very pleasant. however my visit with dr eng, I can hardly remember. He barely listened to my complaints about my symptoms and just immediately put me In a next room, next a nurse comes to tell me I have to pay 800$ extra for a food allergy test that I never asked for or needed. then he recommended a egd which I also did and guess what.. im still sick! dr eng seems like he can be a nice guy but he is definetly in this profession for the money!

Im happy with my experience. I understood Dr. Eng and his treatment plan. I was excited immediately! I traveled 3 hours out of state to see Dr. Eng after years of being frustrated with my gastro doctors due to their; lack of knowledge, inexperience and ineffectiveness to treat SIBO specifically. I am grateful for Dr. Eng!

Terrible experience. No communication from the doctor, still not got my test results. Staff refused to help either. They might have lost my reports but still sent me a hefty bill. Worst experience!
