The first time I truly had a facial I enjoyed! They professionally complied with my request for a vaccinated esthetician, which made me feel safe! I saw results immediately after my session and fell in love with their products! Truly the first time I can confidently walk around without makeup.. I had the champagne facial and my skin was glowing- it never looked so good. I definitely recommend Savor Beauty and look forward to my next session!!

I just had a pre-wedding facial at Savor Beauty & Spa -- what a phenomenal experience! Welcoming, friendly and helpful staff... an extremely high-quality experience. Ive had a decent number of facials in my life and the 60-min champagne couture facial with Shadiya was undoubtedly the best! Would highly recommend.

Cielo is an experienced esthetician that has magic hands that make your face relaxed! She was an expert at diagnosing my skin type and identified what my skin needed to restore its glow. Savor spa uses natural products that are gentle on the skin. They are very professional and clean.

I really enjoyed the facial with Maria, but I give it 2 starts because of the painful experience of filling out the long questionnaire before the session. The company that owns this business requires you to give too much private information - your medical history, even your contacts. There were NO questions about my skin and my needs, but they asked me unrelated questions about my surgeries, injuries and medications. The company is more concerned with liability issues and selling products than with your cosmetic needs. I will better use local spas and cosmeticians, who are not corporate. I dont think I will come there again.

So happy to be back at Savour spa. I missed my monthly facials desperately during the last year. Their monthly subscription for the champagne facial is the best bargain out there. I have been going for years and never disappointed.

Sharon L. is by far the best esthetician at Savor Spa Upper West Side. I have been seeing her every four weeks since May 2018 to treat my acne-prone skin. She performs a facial with more precision and genuine care than anyone I have had at high-end day spas like Spa at the Mandarin or L.RAPHAEL Four Seasons. At those luxury venues youre paying more for the ambiance and amenities than the results.If you are looking to bring facials back into your life, you just have to make a choice: Do you want access to a sparkly steam room, free toothbrushes and combs and an endless supply of raw almonds and Conde Nast magazines?Or, do you want to see results? If you want results, I highly recommend Sharon L.During each visit, Sharon takes the time to learn about my concerns and briefly maps out the facial so that I know what to expect. And she knows exactly how to show my hormonal chin whos boss - gentle yet effective extractions, lots of high frequency to eliminate bacteria and a Korean-style lymphatic drainage massage.During the massage, it feels as if a mermaid is swooping, twirling and diving all over my face, neck and shoulders. Sharons massage pressure is on point.Also keep in mind that, if you decide to commit to the Champagne Facial Club, microdermabrasion is part of the facial treatment. But dont let this feature hold you back. I have the most sensitive skin on the planet - I cant even touch my face or scratch an itch without people asking me what happened and if Im okay, lol - but the diamond tip is very light, and it feels like nothing more than a cat licking your face. Most importantly, I never come out of treatment with any redness or irritation. I just have to apply an SPF 30+ for the next week or so.Savor Spa is an urban boutique spa, which means that you are going for the personalization and the results - not the extra amenities. In any case, it is a very relaxing and impeccable venue: There is a lovely restroom in the spa zone featuring their signature mint spa candle and an infinite supply of fresh pink hand towels.In the spa room itself, you will see giant white flower blossoms dotting the ceiling. When I close my eyes, I hear a bird flapping its wings but its really just the petals jiggling in the air current. The spa soundtrack is a unique blend of ocean waves, classical piano and ethereal Asian massage melodies.

My facial with Maria K was the most lovely experience. Her warmth and expertise made for such a restorative, helpful visit. Looking forward to returning again in the future!

Really great spa with lots of services. Ive had a handful of great facials (with extractions) here. Have yet to try any of their products, but I appreciate that the facialists dont push product while doing facials. It makes me more likely to purchase something

I had my first few facials w Erika at the Saugerties location when upstate seeing family, & had a great experience. The natural products & facial experience were equal to prior top facials. Now that Saugerties site is closed for procedures b/c of COVID, I was reluctant to try the UWS location b/c of concerns re. COVID precaution preparedness and the higher price. I was reassured to see they are taking all necessary precautions to ensure the health & safety of both their staff & customers. The facial by Tyann was brilliant - the most thorough extractions I have have ever experienced. While the cost is higher than I would like to pay, I am happy to be supporting a small business & their employees during this difficult time. So much else I usually spend money on has been decreased, & this is the one treat I allow myself - much needed after covering COVID ICUs for months and facing a possible resurgence, & 14+hr days in a tight mask. I will continue to enjoy them as long as they can safely stay open. I do look fwd to returning to Saugerties once able (the Alleyway ice cream across the road is an additional incentive 😉) & will likely alternate locations in future.

I met the Savor Spa founder at an event where she was mentoring entrepreneurs and was immediately drawn to her philosophy of giving back. I love that Savor Beauty supports many charities and local organizations. Ive since been to the spa multiple times to have Champagne Facials - so luxurious - and my skin always glows. I use the Savor Beauty organic skincare line and my skin is in the best shape of my life - ultra-soft and clear (seriously - sometimes I touch my face in the middle of the night and am so delighted at the smooth softness). Now if I can just get my daughter to stop stealing my lavender toner! 😊

Full disclosure. I am a huge fan of this brand! The skincare products are the absolute best for my 45 year old skin. They really leave my skin feeling soft and radiant. The carrot rose serum is out of this world. In terms of services, the facial I received was top notch. Truly. The service itself was lovely and felt luxurious and I really left feeling sparkling. But the vibe there is really what stands out. Warm, friendly and informative. Seriously one of my favorite self care spots in NYC.

I just got my first facial here and it was amazing! Alcie was awesome and gave me some at home tips which I already started implementing. She told me to cut back on exfoliating and to cut one product out. I left with my pores clear and tight and I cant wait to go back next month. I also love that they use organic (when possible) and natural ingredients! A must try.

Im very picky about my skincare since I break out easily. I attended a Korean beauty masterclass that the founder was teaching, and I asked if she could help decipher the label of a Korean cream I recently purchased. She went through the label to explain to me what the unpronounceable words were and educated me on why certain elements dont make her list, why others do. I LOVE their Pumpkin Serum (makes my skin feel velvet smooth), and I recently purchased their Face Cake mix on Good Morning America. Cant wait to try it!

My facial with Jenny T. was the best experience I have ever had with an esthetician. I had a Microdermabrasion Facial and it was wonderful. My skin was glowing!! She knows what she is doing and has the perfect balance of energy for a relaxing yet informative experience. I left feeling refreshed and like I understood my skin type and how to work best with it. Jenny informed me about the products she was using and why they were best suited for my dry skin. She was no pushy about purchasing products and I did not feel pressured to purchase (as has often happened to me in the past and turns me off to the spa and purchasing products from them). Jennys top priority was making sure I had a great experience and helping me understand how to treat my skin. The spa had an inviting atmosphere. And an added bonus is they have their own skin care line that is produced locally in the Hudson Vally with less additives and more fresh ingredients. Definitely give this spa a try and ask for Jenny.

I have been visiting Savor Beauty & Spa for over 2 years now and am in love. I started going because I get pigmented and dehydrated skin and wanted to use natural skin products. I go to Brittany who is a beautiful spirit and incredible esthetician. I now use only Savor skincare products and have glowing skin (to the point where people stop to tell me.) I am always on the go, but going to Savor Beauty & Spa is something that I do for me. I leave my facials feeling relaxed, happier and confident with and in my skin.

As a New Yorker, I treasure places that make me feel like I live in a small town where the staff remember my name. At Savor Spa, both the staff and owner greet me by name and a glass of complimentary champagne (a benefit of being a spa member). What more can I say? I’m addicted.

I love how luxurious the organic facials feel and whenever I come into town, I look forward to my facial that has the magical Korean beauty influence. What I like most about this local spa is the do-good aspect. I know the founder is very philanthropic and has given to many women causes that are close to my heart like Shes the First and domestic violence shelters. Women supporting women... a skincare business that does good from within gets my vote. The spa is clean, chic, and the staff is kind and friendly. My favorite product is the Truffle face cream to help with dry conditions as I travel frequently.

I had my first facial in this Savor Beauty location this month. The location and the atmosphere and especially the staff are welcoming and you are instantly transported into a calm and relaxing space. The staff is knowledgable about the products and really takes the time to help provide real solutions to create beautiful skin. The Vitamin C Glow facial was amazing and my skin is still glowing almost a week later. The facial experience itself was better than a meditation and my whole body felt renewed and re-energized. If you truly want to experience a slice of heaven on earth, you need to visit Savor Beauty & Spa.

Savor Beauty is one of my favorite places to recover when I am in the city. Their facials are by far some of the best that I have, I love the light scents and way my skin radiates long after Ive left. The facility is beautiful, and the staff is very friendly and attentive. I really love the natural products that come in travel friendly sizes. Plus, they offer facials and massages, which are nice ways to unwind from living in such a chaotic city. I would definitely recommend this location to friends and family!

I would give this spa np stars but thats not an option. I went to this spa about 4 years ago and did not go back because I thought it was poor. Because its in my neighborhood, I went back today and found the same unacceptable service! For $245 the person giving me the facial did almost nothing. What they do is sop a lot of potions on your face, and very little else. The steam which is supposed to open ones pours is a tiny spray that does nothing. I went to have my face CLEANED with extractions and I left with NOTHING being done that helped me. Its quite a bummer to spend nearly $250 and receive nothing for my money. THIS IS NOT A FACIAL BUT AN EXERCISE IN FUTILITY. I WILL NEVER GO BACK! LINDA FROM THE UPPER WEST SIDE

My time at Savor Beauty was absolutely fantastic. I had Brittany with the Vitamin C Boost Facial and my skin looks and feels radiant, soft and so much healthier. She was so lovely, and really took the time to personalize the experience for me. She was professional and knowledgable and I felt so comfortable with her. I even took a few products home and am truly loving them. The whole staff was warm and helpful, and the location is so cute, clean and promotes health and vibrance. Cant wait for my next one!

Friendly, professional staff, quality products that smell amazing & fantastic services

The staff was immensely friendly which I appreciated; however, their pricing is a bit dramatic for a basic facial considering other more affordable alternatives. One very huge factor that I did not quite understand its necessity was their 24 hour cancellation which states that even if you cancel your appointment, you would be charged for the full facial.

O-M-G: I heard amazing things about their downtown location so I thought Id try this for a skin renewal and some serene relaxation. It was such a beautiful space, the therapists were INCREDIBLE, and my skin has never looked dewier. I already booked for next month and bringing a friend. I cant wait to go back!

My wife loves this place and so I shop exclusively here now for skincare products. Usually makes for a pretty solid gift around birthdays / holidays too.
