I love this place! Not only do they make choosing frames fun , but they go over and above to meet any circumstances that they can.. Yusuf , himself, delivered my glasses to my home because I needed them for a trip.. I couldnt ask for more! Just a pleasure from start to finish..

I walked into OPTYX on Lexington not know exactly what I wanted but Yusuf assisted me to find the perfect pair. Not only did he assist in picking a pair but it was a great experience. I cant say enough terrific things about my experience with Yusuf. Yusuf is extremely knowledgeable and professional. I went in expecting to have my glasses shipped because I was leaving 2 days later; however, he took it upon himself to ensure that they would be ready in the store before I left town so that my glasses were perfect. The fact that he went out of his way to make sure my glasses came in a day later shows what kind of service he provides. While the service is top notch, so are the glasses. This store has all of the top of the line glasses, with a wide variety of glasses from each of the top brands. I 100% recommend this location to anybody looking for new glasses, or anybody looking for advice on what to get.

Between the troubled approaching my first appointment to the point 3 weeks later when I finally have my glasses, I never would have thought I’d ever have an experience this good when looking for glasses!The manager at the location, Yusuf Green, was extremely patient with me and took the time to explain to me what exactly the digital lenses, I ultimately chose, can do and helped me find the right frames for my face!Dr. Visanji! Super kind and patient as well as she really took the time, upon request, to explain in great detail what my prescription really means and the physics of what is occurring with my eyes perceiving light!Great experience from start to finish; it was unbelievable! Given the price of glasses in comparison to how beneficial these new glasses are, I had to run out of there because it felt almost too good to be true! It was a steal.10/10 would recommend!

Ah such a refreshing experience! Everyone there was so sweet and accommodating. From the beautiful lady in the front (I never asked her name!) to Dr. Goretsky, I had the best experience ever. This will be my new eye spot. I’d give 6 stars if I could!

I went into Optyx on Lexington and found a gorgeous pair of Chanel frames that make me feel like a super star. The staff is amazing - and helped me pick out a pair of frames that I would never have chosen on my own. The store is like no other eyewear location I’ve ever experienced.

They were so kind and knowledgeable and repaired my old Gucci glasses for free! Highly recommend
