You cannot physically call the place. Instead it is all automatic. Last automation told me the office was open until 4:30 so I got there at 4 and there was a sign on the door saying starting 4/2021 they are closed at 4 pm. The appointment times given through the automatic system are not within the timeframe I need....and I cannot physically speak to anyone. From the other reviews the staff seems very unfriend ly. Cant wait for my 8 am walk-in tomorrow......Also I noticed in other reviews my same concern has been voiced 11 months ago. The team seems to respond to the reviews with sorry for the inconvenience and dont actually do anything to fix it. I would recommend MedRite for NYC people

This place is HORRIBLE!! I arrived before staff and the office opened, I waited for over an hour for a drug screening to be told by one of the MA I wouldn’t be seen until after those with appointments. This is the worst system every!!! It should be first come, first serve or have two MA’s one for appointments the other attend to walk ins. Oh did I mention there were only two staff members the third MA came in and acted as if she didn’t want to be there (attitude and unprofessional)!.

I have very small floating veins and most of the time it is very difficult to take blood from me . Roopa succeeded the first time by finding the right vein.I am so appreciative to her.Thanks you, RoopaElaine Vipler

Went in after 3pm, as a walk in. Was seen, and got my order taken care of. No fuss or mess. Just talked to the woman in the office about my situation and they did my urine test in 10 mins. Its not that hard to look at an ID, scan the order, collect the sample, and bag it up. Thanks for doing your job despite other workers or locations being so inconsiderate.

Sometimes I wonder if machines are taking over and I get it, we need to evolve and make things fast and easier, but when it comes to a 77 yo patient dont expect them to know how this works. I waited for a good 10 minutes to ask someone for help, because theres no one around to ask. When I finally saw a human being she wasnt friendly at all.

They were supposed to text me when it was my turn, since there was no space in the waiting room. Never got a text. Make an early appointment! Make an appointment earlier than within an hour of closing!

This place is horrible. Why does it take SO LONG TO GET A BLOOD DRAW??!! I was in here for over an HOUR. HIRE MORE STAFF!! THIS IS RIDICULOUS if i could gove zero stars i would stay away from this place!

It was pouring rain and gusting winds and the woman at the front, after taking my temperature and it cleared, told me to wait outside because there were too many people even though a man was leaving. I asked if I could stand in a far corner away from everyone and she said no you have to go outed in the rain (my umbrella had just broke from the wind). That is in humane. Horrible facility! Never coming back! They don’t care about people at all. Worst experience of my life. And now I can’t get the proper diagnosis I need. Being there and the way I was treated was worse than a third world country!

The staff was friendly and efficient. Even with an early morning appointment, they were already juggling a lot of stressed out people in this difficult time, and I could not have been more pleased with the work of my phlebotomist (I wish I remebered her name) and the general care provided to me. Thank you.

Just went to this location. This was the third Quest Lab that I have visited and in comparison to the other two, it was the best. They called me in shortly after my appt time (much quicker than the other two). Tonya was thorough and diligent. She extracted my blood much easier than any other technician. Her simple suggestion on when to breathe made all the difference. The lab is clean and appears organized with ample staff. Thank you also for helping me get back to work on time😊

I am a physician, and I would not want my patients to have this awful level of service. They have a large part of the market share so they feel that providing good service is irrelevant. Poor attitude of staff.

I have weekly testing done and all the staff are very nice. Tonya is especially nice she make sure she has the proper needle to take the blood since I have problem veins.

Im giving it one star and Im taking the time to write this because I had an horrible experience last week. There is a woman there with orange hair who was BEYOND nasty and disrespectful. The entire time she treated me like garbage, yelled at me, rolled her eyes. I left in tears. I am never going back there. How can people like this still be employed? Dont supervisors know that this is happening? I was so upset I didnt even think of getting her name. Everyone else there was very nice but Im traumatized.

I do not know maybe it is just me but a staff member walk in without a mask on. She also did not put one on immediately upon arrival. I am confused as the customers are instructed to wear a mask.

I’m giving this place 2 starts because of one person- everybody else has been great so far. The African American lady made my experience terrible. She was cold and insensitive. I felt like I was an inconvenience to her (both times). She also bruised my arm (both times). I will never let her touch me again.

DO NOT USE GOOGLE MAPS! Actual Location: 96th Street b/w 1st and 2nd AveSave yourself the trouble walking back and forth for 20 min and asking around. No one seems to know where this place is. Phone operator has a direction option but the message isnt recored and itll just repeat the hours over and over again. Customer service will not pick up either. Thank you UPS driver who helped me find this place... real MVP.

Terrible service!!! Rude and unfriendly workers! Waited to be seen over 30 minutes just to ask a question about insurance( don’t have insurance, was willing to pay cash) nobody even answered a single question. No receptionist at all, just waisted my time
