I came here for my DOT and I had a terrible experience. The staff here is so obnoxious and unprofessional. This one nurse in particular (with braids) whom is old enough to be my mother did not conduct herself in a respectful manner. She either had the last word or had something slick to say (pitiful). If this is how the staff treats their patients during a pandemic then they certainly do not need any business. Please heed my words. DO NOT waste your hard earned money or time here. Please invest your patronage where it matters.

Such a great place! Unlike many other competitors they just dont pass anyone! They actually care about the liability of the company and do everything to ensure the person meets the DOT requirements.

I send my employees here for all occupational testing: DOT exams, respirator clearance, fit tests, leads, OSHA exams, etc. Great customer service. They are not an urgent care , so Occupational exams and businesses are their top priority.

Is the worst place to go for a DOT exam, the nurse there fails you for every little thing and dont care about your financial status, Ill strongly recommend to go to 42nd st at medrite they are so much better..
