Bad pharmacy with terrible customer service. You will find yourself left on hold for hours or mislead about the status of your prescriptions. Go somewhere else.

I love the amount of time you spend with particular clients, and the pharmacist was very professional and insightful. Every group was raised clearly, and every drug was dispensed safely and accurately counted. Continue your brilliant work!

They get worse by the minute. Ive been on hold for over half an hour and all I need to do is refill a prescription. If the pharmacists are busy, why not take down the name of the medication or ask for a callback number? They have no sense of customer service, let alone any sense of urgency. It is now late and I will likely have to wait until tomorrow. The young lady who answered my call continues to click on and off without saying anything - i.e. it will be a moment, just one more minute, thank you for your patience. The communication skills of a mime. They will lose our business. The local CVS is so much better. Third Avenue Apothecary knows how to treat their customers as well. But Zitomer should be called ZitoMEH.

By far the most amazing drug store I’ve ever been to. Aisles are a little narrow but it’s worth walking through them to shop here. They carry a wide variety of products, from your everyday drug store products to department store cosmetic brands and beautiful costume jewelry. They also have a kids floor and a floor full of accessories for women. I love this shop!

David the pharmacy tech is rude and does not listen to anyone. He refused to accept my military ID as my insurance card even though it is. Whej i told him to call Humana and tricare he said they would not help. I was not ablw to get my meds due to him not caring or teying. Definitely not a military dependent friendly establishment

Really expensive, but they have great stuff. I go there for specific items for my long hair that I cant get anywhere else. Be forewarned: these are Upper East Side prices, but I still really like it.

Before today, it had been many years since Id last gone to Zitomer (and I have a rather amusing memory of my previous visit: I was on the first floor and I was one of the few customers. A very well-known actress was there and the young saleswoman was falling all over herself trying to assist the actress. I was looking at items further down that aisle and I maintained my cool; I just nodded at the actress [so she wouldnt think I was ignorant enough to not realize who she was; ha ha]).

I like this place. It has everything from travel size to big items. It has toys and clothes. Also it sells attachments for phone etc. it’s on Madison Avenue so it is a little pricey but worth the money for one stop shopping

Called the pharmacy regarding a patient prescription, I spoke to Larry was very rude and not helpful at all. i express to him that i was calling from a doctor office and needed to call in a Rx for a patient, he promptly said you Does your office not use ELECTRONIC PRESCRIPTION. I advised him that our internet was down and that i needed to call this med as soon as possible per my doctors orders. then he said that he was not able to take my prescription over the phone it needed to be Eprescribe. Than a few min later i called back and spoke to Jennin was very friendly and very professional she was able to take care of the patient needs very promptly in a very efficient Matter. Larry needs more training in Dealing with customer and taking care of the patient needs

Yes it is a drugstore. Just doesn’t really look like it from the street. Staff are helpful but just ok. And place is really narrow.

Wonderful place.Incredible help. Brands are exceptional. You feel like you are shopping at Neimans or Bergdorf...and you are there for simple drugstore items.Best help on lipstick color Ive ever had.. .better than a makeup artist.Lingerie upstairs was a pleasant surprise. Mirror selection is from France and exceptional.You just need to go check it out yourself...and bring your ceedit card because you will want to take home a few treasures that you wont find other places.
