Hello there,I simply wish to say that I enjoyed a pleasant experience at this pharmacy. I am visiting from England on a trip with my family. We were supposed to watch a play however they would not let us in. My daughter had not received her vaccine and she needed a COVID test. The wonder manager Pape assisted us in locating a rapid COVID testing center. He even directed us to the pharmacy where we were able to schedule a vaccination appointment for next week. Seeing how wonderfully my family and I were treated we will definitely be returning before our trip ends to pick up essentials.

It was one of the best Rite aid I ever been. The staff is great.

This store is great all across the board.The location is nice, its a large store, surprisingly very clean. But what shines most about this store is the customer service and care demonstrated by the employees. A young man named Ali was extremely helpful to me during my visit. I was on my way to visit by sister and her family and decided to pick up a little gift for my nephew who had been wanting some headphones for a while. So I stopped in the rite aid and was greeted by Ali who was very hospitable and friendly, he walked me over to the aisle with the headphones and could see I was a little lost.(admittedly Im not very well versed with technology). Ali began to ask me questions to help me ascertain which headphone I should pick up without being patronizing, he was clearly knowledgeable on the topic and it truly felt like he wanted me to get the best possible product for my nephew. I settled on a pair of earbuds that seemed like the best fit after answering Alis helpful questions. Checkout was smooth and I went home to a satisfied nephew.This rite aid is a great location and the employees make it so.

Great place, I usually come here every other day after work to pick up some things and they always have what I need. I also got my Pfizer doses here without any trouble!

Great place!!! Great staff…. We had our Pfeizer Vaccine here, just walk in. No appointment needed. They safe out life, because we are on traveling.

Me and my husband both got our vaccines here, the workers in the front immediately greeted us and directed us to the pharmacy staff who proved to be very helpful

Helpful store associates are always there, they were so friendly when helping me with bottle returns and shopping after!

Great store location and even better customer service, never had a problem with the employees and the facilities are well maintained. I come here all the time for the pharmacy, love it!!!

I’m writing this review because of a Rite-Aid employee, a young man named Vieux. He helps people at the self-checkout registers. A lot of old people have difficulty with this process. He is so eager to help and so patient. It just takes away the dread of trying something new. Now I don’t need help anymore because I go there all the time but am disappointed if I go and he’s not there. He’s so warm, so welcoming and he’s that way with EVERYONE. It makes all the difference in the world.

I usually come here late at night after work. They have a lot of what I need and the store is clean but I wish the cashiers were more friendly and professional. Not comfortable having to stand there while cashiers bicker and fight with each other or are rude to customers. Also tried to get someone to help me with getting headphones and it was like trying to pull teeth to get him to do anything or answer any questions and he was just annoyed. These problems in a company are usually systemic from management. It trickles down into the employees. Hire good people. Appreciate your staff more for good work.Give incentives.

This store is so clean, nycs streets are nasty so coming into this clean shop is refreshing and makes shopping better. As I always say “A clean room, now that’s a clean you”. At rite aid they definitely clean

Im writing this review on behalf of of my elderly mother who had such a great experience at this rite aid, that she wouldnt stop going on about it when she returned home. My mother is a proud but shy Russian woman who is often made uncomfortable by strangers, so when she came in to the store for indigestion medicine she was plenty anxious. Thankfully two employees she named as Pape and Vieux were extremely warm and welcoming to her and actually helped ease here anxiety. My mother wasnt exactly sure about which medicine to get but the two young men. They actually made sure if shed need help instead of simply sending her off to the medicines aisle, and were accommodating and took the time to get her what she needed. She said Pape and Vieux were very kind to her and the duos banter made her feel welcomed, she enjoyed watching them interact as a team and their conversation was both entertaining and helpful to her.As a daughter with many personal responsibilities, it makes me so happy to hear that my mother is getting the help she needs and is getting to socialize more.With such amazing and above any beyond customer service you can be sure shes going to be a regular at this store

Best drugstore in downtown .The afternoon shift is really the best one .The afternoon managers are just so kind and open as well as the associates .Good work !

Below you can see my previous review of this location I just want you to know that now January 2021 my review has not changed. they have one cashier if youre trying to use cash to pay for your products and five robots that only take debit or credit cards. And I have the cash register theres not even a device to display my total. I had to wait 20 minutes to buy a pack of Band-Aids because this chain wants to cut costs with robotic cashiers and is attempting to eliminate cash from their processes. Believe they wont be passing the savings down to their customers.Horrible location. They didnt even have rubbing alcohol. Every single time I come here I have to wait forever even when there are like 2 customers in the store. They have all these cashier machines which dont take cash, and one slow person accepting cash. This is a punishment for using cash. Since theyre saving so much money using robots as cashiers they can afford to not charge me so terribly much money for toiletries.

Went here to buy cream with my child and workers sent an African American worker to follow us as if we were stealing. He followed us until we reached the cashier. Then an Indian cashier tried to charge my card twice for the cream and when I said that I had already been charged she got an attitude. Would not recommend shopping here if you are African American. They will have someone follow you !!!!!!

I’m shopping here for years, this store is clean, the staff are always helpful and nice, I find most of the items I need, this is a good place.

The store is the cleanest rite aid I’ve ever been too. In a convenient location. Most of the evening staff is very helpful and go out of their way to make sure you’ve found everything you needed.

Shop here all the time though I do prefer cvs but they are not open 24hours

Went to this location employee standing next to the entrance took a customers items and scanned them I was next in line because the lady was a senior citizen & both of them spoke Spanish. After the employee realized I was angry she went to the back of the store. The employee knew I was going to tell her she was wrong!

The management is extremely professional and always go out their way to resolve any issue. Really appreciate it. Store manager Jaipaul Khan is definitely the most knowledgeable and professional store manager of any rite aid I’ve been to.

You guys are awesome👍..there was a guy called Efaz..He is so much friendly & helpful.Im looking for my staffs cant find & asked him..hes working with his items..he instantly came to me & help to find out my staffs..he also carried my staffs to the register....service should be need like to him.👍

I have been a loyal customer here in Rite Aid since 2015 and never did I had a bad experience with them. All of the pharmacists here are so kind and very accommodating in their customers needs. Especially right now that we are experiencing a serious issue, they never let their service be affected by this pandemic. They did not make any rise in their prices and they maintain the proper sanitation in the store. It is a good thing as well that they are open for 24 hours which is a lot convenient for people nowadays.

I find most of what I need and the store is extremely clean. Very well run in my opinion.

One of the nicest Rite Aids in Manhattan. Usually very clean. Could do a better job of keeping some items in stock (especially sale items). Open 24 hours, including the pharmacy. Generally much better prices (other than sodas, where they do not seem to have as many specials) than the other drugstore chains nearby. Great loyalty program.

Didnt know the price of an item that was clearly shown on display. Wanted to charge extra just because the attendant knew the price by memory

Came with my family and we were able to find all our products within 5 minutes. Please is very clean and kept up to date in terms of inventory. We did not ANY need assistance from staff given how organized everything was.I recommend everyone checking this place out.

I usually try to give people the benefit of the doubt I have called this store to report that every time I come into their store I’am always followed being that I’m a woman of color this can be very uncomfortable; before I try to make any attempts to report them for discrimination . I spoke to the manager Jay that reinsure me that the next time encounter his store this would not happen again. I spent a couple of months without encountering the store for I longer live in the neighborhood. I went inside the store and once again the events took place. This time I wasn’t followed as much but I was watched like a hawk. I want to also emphasize that when I spoke to Jay he also told me he would give me a call back and then he would make his business that he speak to his guards ( which of course never happen) now every time I’ve come to the store there are different guards so clearly something is being communicated where guards are following people color around. Usually they themselves are men or women of color dressed in regular clothing. I witness these guards following two older women which were doing nothing, but shopping. My mind was blown away. Now that I have posted this please make sure if you or someone you know has experienced this you too follow up and report it. Please call 311 and a full investigation will take place.

Easy to locate items. Not too pricey

I have a prescription that is constantly sold out. CVS had me come back after an hour only to tell me they didnt have it in stock. I took it here. The first thing they did was check availability and they filled it in about 10 minutes. That is how you imagine it would work when there are no customers there and somehow other pharmacies cant manage it.Regarding the store. The other pharmacies are very slow. This one is fast. There is a HUGE volume of traffic in the area and at this pharmacy. They have a bank of real cashiers and not machines. I forget how many registers but I would like to say about 10 just for checkout and they keep cashiers there doing peak times.Unfortunately there is a wait because that encourages more people to come in but its not long. The single queue system is actually the most efficient system time wise although it looks like a long line it moves quicker than you would expect.

Store is great. Its always clean and checkout is quick and friendly. I come here right after work and always find the products I need.

Smaller selection of items than other pharmacy/stores but had more open registers so checking out was faster.

Its conveniently located above the 50th Street subway station (C, E trains).

Has what you need but cashiers upfront are busy talking instead of working the tills wasting everyones time.

This is a large, clean and fully stock pharmacy. Staff members are always pricing and packing the shelves which are neatly packed with the stocks. They have everything that you will need. The line moves fast and you do not have to wait too long to cash out. It is a busy store & serves all customers with care. These are the reasons why I come here often.

I go for the sales but so does EVERYBODY ELSE(that’s why you won’t find sale items on the shelf) I think you gotta stand outside and wait for Rite Aid to open it’s doors and run like it’s a “BLACK FRIDAY SALE”! Other than that it’s not a bad store. Cashiers check out items pretty fast!

If I could give it 0 stars I would. Bought a salad there. Simple right???? - Nope, the line was longGuy gave me a spoon to eat my salad. He said they had no forks and napkins.. ....Got on the train, opened up my salad (cause I was starving). The thing is frozen. I mean frozen. Its been like 3 hrs and its still frozen. Despicable!

The store is nice. The problem is the employees. They are the rudest. Ive been shopping at this location for over 10 years now, and I still feel unwelcomed everytime. Theres a very unnerving feeling as you walk in or out.

That pharmacy did everything it possible could to help my dependent last night, which included not giving up after being on the phone with my insurance for over 90 minutes. The Rite Aid crew was able to force the insurance to review its own rules and double check the history of the account for the past few years; therefore, instead of paying $3, 000 for an oversight in ordering, we only had to pay the 15 dollar copay. Thank you so much, Rite Aid!!!! We can now pay our rent and buy groceries!

This is the worst run store I’ve ever been to in this chain; I am blind and have had great difficulty getting service every time I go in to this place; the workers are very unprofessional, have loud enough noxious conversation and seem unwilling or unable to provide any help whatsoever! I do not recommend this location to anyone but if you are blind, forget it!

Please is usually pretty well stocked with pretty useful stuff specially if you work in Manhattan. Staff is rude, have been there millions of times and is always the same thing. They say hi because they have to, but overall is pretty uncomfortable to even pay for your items.

I always stop in to see what kind of a Sale they have going on.nice place for occasional deals.

The pharmacy staff was very helpful filling prescriptions that were sent from California because I forgot my medicine. I would not recommend Walgreens as they were more concerned with who was going to get their lunch.

Store always has the right mix of merchandise with impeccable customer service.

This AM, I specifically went to the Ride Aid for Loreal Everpure hair conditioning, and the cashier didnt put my purchase into the bag.The purpose Olof me getting this conditioner was for my roommate. And now RideAuf has stolen $7.00.And when I called, then the phone attendee didnt seem concern, or very helpful.I have to get up in the morning from work, and Im told to come all the way back to get it, verses accusing me for fabricating the situation.Aweful service.

This is literally the WORST Rite Aid pharmacy in all NYC. One of their female pharmacists is rude and has an annoyed look on her face as if she would rather not help you get your medication. One of their other pharmacists has NO CLUE what hes doing.. I called and asked for help finding a specialty pharmacy to dispense my meds and he didnt even think about looking up my info on the computer he just said I dont know anything about your case without even trying to help. The only positive quality this store has is that its open 24 hours.
