This local pharmacy looks like a Duane Reade (lots of blue) but is definitely not. Good selection of items and reasonable prices ($9.99 contact solution in the city? What a steal!)

I have been going there for a few years now. They are part of an ever-diminishing group of local pharmacies with old-fashioned customer service, and a wonderful selection of other every-day food and household items. The pharmacists address you by name before you say anything, and if you call in to refill a prescription, they will usually know what youre calling about before you even say anything.They handle all insurance issues quickly and efficiently, so there is no downside as far as that is concerned.I recommend highly. They provide a better experience than the chains, and youre supporting a local business at the same time. What could be better?

Lovely alternative to the big chain drug stores! The pharmacists here are personable and take the time to inform you about the usage directions and any things to note while on your prescribed medication. The non-prescription items are slightly more expensive than sold at the chain stores, but the service makes up for it. They will even deliver if your office or home is nearby.

Started getting my Grandmothers medications there and they are never out or make me wait for the delivery. the employees are really friendly and nice, always willing to help.
