I went for a consultation today for reconstruction and cosmetic changes to my nose. Used to love going here until my last and final visit. Unfortunately my fav doctor left, so I worked with Dr. Pearlman directly - lip injections and botox on the forehead. While the latter never was an issue, this time it was. My one eye turned out kind of droopy. After contacting Dr. Pearlman he asked me to come back in. I said I’d prefer a video consultation first as it takes me 1.5 hours to get there. However, he insisted and I had hopes he could fix it. Well turned out he only made me come in to try to proof me wrong by taking a picture and compare it to an older one.He flat out said there was nothing to fix, but also admitted he saw the difference.When I said this never happened before he got pretty offended and told me how long he was practicing already and then next time the assistant could do the treatment.After I declined a free treatment, he offered me a free facial the day I was in. As I had to go back 1.5 hours and make it to another appointment on time, I politely declined.Which completely threw him off. The way he spoke to me made me feel very uncomfortable. He made me feel like I did something wrong.

Today I had my 2nd BBL treatment for Rosacea as well as a hydrafacial performed by Christine RN.Christine is a kind soul, treated me like family and I felt like I was in a spa.My skin looks and feels great and Im so happy to have found her. I needed a revision rhinoplasty, my fourth to be exact, due to a car accident I was involved in years ago. Ive had acne scars for YEARS. Literally some of my scars are from when I had acne 10 years ago as a teenager. Ive used so many products to try to make them fade, but nothing ever worked. After reading about microneedling, I decided to give it a try and booked an appointment with Christine. One week later, I have to say I am in love with my results!The staff at Steven Pearlman are super nice and efficient. I only had to wait for about 5 minutes before I was seen by Christine. Once I was seen by Christine, we discussed the procedure and areas on my face I wanted her to focus on (I have boxcar scars on my cheeks). The longest part of the procedure is the numbing cream which takes 30 minutes to set but after that everything is quick and painless! I literally did not feel a single thing and the actual microneedling process took less than 10 minutes.Afterwards, your face is a bit tender while its healing, but Christine gave me great post-procedure instructions as well as a face kit to help with the healing. Normally you need about 3 sessions to completely get rid of some scars, but after one session, all of my scars are a lot lighter, while some of them have already disappeared entirely! My skin is also a lot less dull and looks so much brighter. I did get some new breakouts after the procedure, but honestly, I think its because I have to wear a face mask constantly and it ended up irritated my post-procedure face. Overall super happy with my results and highly recommend Christine! I will definitely be back to finish my 3 sessions!!

What an excellent experience from start to finish. I have never had a cosmetic procedure before, so naturally I was apprehensive. This office quickly put my fears to rest. The receptionists were courteous and sweet, the waiting area was relaxing, and the doctors themselves are top notch. I am extremely pleased with my results and will be going back soon for more treatments.

Ive been to Dr. Steven Pearlmans several times a year for the past few years. All I can say is, what a wonderful experience it is every time I walk in the door until the moment I leave. All of the ladies (especially Donna) at the reception desk are extremely warm and welcoming. The nurse, Christine, is extremely gentle and endearing when it comes to the procedures Ive had done. And lastly, Dr. Pearlman - a man amongst boys when it comes to the elective surgery world. If I could give this fine establishment 100 stars - I would. Highly recommend.

I started noticing unevenness in my skin and no amount of products was getting me the results I hoped for. After doing my research and going on several other consultations I chose Dr. Pearlman and Donna Fay because of their knowledge and customer centric approach. I had some work done for the second time by Dr. Sina and it looks amazing!! He knows how to make things look very natural without looking like you got work done. My lips look bigger, but like I was born with them they fit so well on my face. He made sure everything on my face was balanced including my cheeks and brows. Also, no bruising either time since he was so gentle and takes his time with the needle (I’ve bruised every other time I’ve got work done elsewhere). Dr. Sina is true professional and one Dr I trust completely with anything he does.

Today was my two month follow up for my Primary rhinoplasty with Dr.Pearlman. I am loving the results & each follow up I’ve gone to he has been super attentive & answered any questions I had. One of the best experiences I’ve ever had in a doctor’s office! From the moment I arrived, the office staff went out of their way to make sure that I felt comfortable and relaxed. Everyone is incredibly warm and well versed in all skin related issues. The ambiance itself is elegant yet with a relaxed type of feel. It definitely doesn’t feel pretentious or snotty as so many of these well respected doctor’s offices are. And of course, my visit with Dr. Sina far exceeded my expectations. I had Juvederm Ultra put into my upper cheeks and I experienced minimal pain; the doctor even provides stress balls to squeeze in each hand during this procedure. I let Dr. P recommend what to do since I wasnt sure what facial flaws/lines I needed the most work on and I wanted his expert opinion. My skin is thinning and he evened it out, making my face more symmetrical. Im very happy with the results. The office is very clean and comfortable and the staff is friendly and professional.

I have no doubt he’s helped a lot of people with breathing problems and patients with very real issues, but from a cosmetic standpoint, I was left with more issues than when I first walked in. I should have looked more closely to his before and after photos...I knew not to expect perfection, but I thought I’d get improvement which definitely didn’t happen.I was left with a twisted tip and major visible scarring in my nostrils.Pearlman is a meannn person once you’re unhappy with your result. A bully. He put me down at each appointment, denied the problems I pointed out, and just made my revision experience a disaster.Like he did to another reviewer, he pointed out all of my facial assymetries to prove an irrelevant point and then proceeded to tell me I need to see a psychologist and get help...just unnecessary.His staff will turn on you just as fast too.Then he finally offered to do a complimentary revision after yelling and storming around for 3 appointments. I said no because I was terrified of having an angry person do surgery on my face. He said some really low and snarky comments to me for such a prestigious surgeon. Total lack of empathy and bedside manner. Waste of over $15k that I saved up forever. Sorry, but go elsewhere.

I was nervous to have the procedure done because I was getting married a few months later but Donna talked me through the entire process and could not have been more helpful in making me feel comfortable. I received a series of 3 Kybella sessions from this office and my review is based on my results, not based on the doctor nor his staff. During my first visit, I met with Dr. Pearlman...he was professional and administered the Kybella injections to my chin. I paid $3K for 3 sessions upfront. The next two sessions were administered by a different lady, each time. I have no major complaint about the individuals I encountered in this office. However, I am very displeased with the results from Kybella. My double chin was not reduced at all and I feel like the $3k went to waste. Very disappointing.

I had a revision rhinoplasty with Dr. Pearlman. I went in to fix quite a bit because my primary doctor really butchered my nose and it was crooked, bumpy, droopy, and all in all too big. In retrospect I made a huge mistake going with Dr. Pearlman for a revision because I did not trust him. Anytime I would ask him a question it was as if he didnt listen because he would answer my question as if I were asking a completely different question. I even had to go back to him for a second consultation. I decided to go with Dr. Pearlman primarily because of his positive reviews which was a big mistake. When I first had my cast removed after surgery I was pretty pleased with the initial results although I did immediately have some concerns. I made it clear that I wanted the tip of my nose to have a slight upturn (nothing crazy but just a slight lift to make it look more feminine) because his aesthetics lean more toward the droopy side when you look at his before and afters so I thought I made it clear I did want it a little higher and more defined than what he would do for his average patient. When I initially saw my nose I thought the tip was a little low especially because it does drop even more during the healing process. Then after about a week as the swelling began to hit its peak the bump that was on the left side of my nose came back and I also noticed the bump on the right side of my nose was still there. I hoped that it would just be swelling but to this day the bumps are still there as well as horrible scarring. When I voiced my concerns at the 6 month follow up appointment he raised his voice at me and got very angry. If there were ever a time that I thought smoke would come out of someones ears this would be it. He gave a facial expression ive only seen in movies. He tightened his jaw and appeared as though he had a giant lemon in his mouth, puffed out his chest and started to shake. I have literally never seen anything like it to the point where I was almost afraid he was going to hit me. Mind you this is no exaggeration. He was also completely void of empathy when I voiced that I saved almost 20 grand to pay for this revision and his response was well thats not my problem thats the problem of your primary surgeon... keep in mind he supposedly specializes in revisions so if he needed a blank canvas maybe he should go into another profession. He didnt take any accountability for what he did and then proceeded to insult me and told me that I have an asymmetrical chin therefore my nose should be crooked... he spent a good amount of his time insulting me then called me insulting because I told him he failed to listen to me... because, HE DIDNT LISTEN. Pretty sure you shouldnt have we empower beauty plastered all over your office if youre going to insult your patient... pretty contradicting dont you think? He will not listen to any personal preference (granted there are limitations when it comes to the nose but in regards to tip angle it is something patients have a say in). Hes got a big ego and thinks hes the authority on all things in regards to physical beauty but his aesthetic eye is terrible. Really look at his before and after photos... you can barely see a difference on anyone. I am only leaving this review because I do not want anyone to go through what I went through. It was a very disheartening process to go through. He had no remorse for what he did other than a fake apology message he left me only after I requested my records from him after 2 attempts to get them. I am now looking to get my nose done for a third time because of his terrible rush job. He does not have the temperament for this profession. I would genuinely not want him operating on me given that he definitely has some anger issues and performs way too many surgeries a day. Please do not use him. Do not go through what I went through. It is not worth it.

I would give a zero rating if it was possible. Dr Pearlman did Botox and fillers on my face. The Botox was okay but the fillers were terrible. My cheeks were uneven and I was black and blue for weeks. Horrible job overfilled. When I went back he told me and his staff nothing was wrong. I had to go to another dr to remove the fillers. Spent another fortune on that. Stay away from this dr and his office. Only hype.

Donna Fay has been consulting me and performing laser treatments on my skin for years, and Dr. Pearlman personally gives me periodic Botox treatments. I can sit here and rant and rave about the service and results, but the credentials of Dr. Pearlman, Donna Fay, and the entire staff speak for themselves. I will not let anyone else touch my face. The office located on Park Avenue is beautiful, professional, and the staff is welcoming and friendly. The environment and culture are one through a practice of always making the extra effort to treat patients according to their personal needs. If you want to improve the health and vitality of your skin or seek facial reconstruction surgery of any kind, I would not suggest looking any further. From major surgical procedures to anti-aging and prevention, Pearlman Aesthetic Surgery is the only choice.

I have visited Donna Fay at Dr. Pearlmans office twice now and I can assure you, SHE KNOWS HER STUFF! She is warm, wonderfully approachable and very caring. The first time I went to see her, I got the Orange Peel and LOVED it. Go get it now, please! You wont regret it! I have received many (many) peels over the years and the Orange Peel is an all time favorite. Chemical peels, in my opinion, are one of the best ways to combat aging and I have gone to various doctors offices around the city. Without question, Donna gave me the insight I needed which I was not receiving elsewhere. However, above all, she really cares and her bedside manner is heartfelt. You know when you meet someone genuine and Donna is it. I am THRILLED I found her at Dr. Pearlmans! I am now a regular and cant wait to see her and their wonderful staff again:-)

Dr. Pearlman is amazing. My son had undergone extensive surgery after being mugged as a teenager several years ago. His doctor planned to complete the facial surgery this year, but relocated to the West coast. We consulted with Dr. Pearlman, who offered to finish the rhinoplasty. It is now two weeks since his surgery, and for the first time in nearly five years I see my son with the face he was meant to have. Dr. Pearlman is fabulous! I had a rhinoplasty in January and 2 months later I am almost fully healed! I barely had any bruising or discomfort post surgery because Dr. Pearlman really knows his stuff! Dr Steven Pearlman is an excellent surgeon. All of his staff is very kind and caring. I had an ear surgery since I had a problem with my left ear which was a little bit larger than my right one so I decided to fix it. And it was the best decision Ive done. The result came out amazing. Now my both ear are matching and I feel more confident. The surgery was very affordable and dr Pearlman did an awesome job. If you decide to do any type of plastic surgery dr Pearlman is the right choice for you.

Dr Pearlman has now done work on 3 of my family members, rhinoplasty, , fixed a broken nose, and upper lids Surgery. He is amazingly talented. They have received compliments from total strangers that the rhinoplasty resulted in the cutest nose they have ever seen. Post surgery on the upper eye lids, there was a small issue with the skin healed which he expertly dealt with painlessly and it has been gone since. Everyone looks completely natural and we are all very happy with our results and experience.
