Top of the art dental care! I have known Dr. Boris for a long time, I don’t live in NYC anymore but where he goes I follow!Very please with the work Dr. Boris had done!

I love going to BP Dental Solutions! The front office staff are extremely courteous; they always reminds you ahead of time about upcoming appointments (via email and text), and are flexible about rescheduling if necessary. Dr. Boris and the hygienists are equally wonderful. I always feel very comfortable throughout my appointments, and Dr. Boris always takes the time to go over any questions or concerns I may have. I have been a patient for over 2 years, and am appreciative of the consistency in care. It is an overall great at the dentist experience.

I highly recommend BP Dental solutions. I went to Dr. Pinhasov in quite a bit of pain from an old root canal. It turned out that I needed extensive work (I could certainly feel that, from the pain), and I am happy to report that I love my new crowns. Dr. Pinhasov was courteous, a great listener, non-judgmental, and he took the time to answer all my questions. He followed up over the phone the evening of my first appointment to ensure that my pain had abated. I have been back many times since for follow-ups and cleanings, and found a consistently high level of professionalism in every visit. I am very happy with the results. Also, his staff functions with the same level of warmth and professionalism. Highly recommend!

They have wonderful hours to schedule appointments. Great for people who work and want an appointment after 5pm. Dr. Pinhasov is a straight forward guy who tells you exactly what you need to hear without any fluff. Im happy I finally found a dentist who isnt trying to steal your money. I came to Dr. Boris after moving to the city and having issues with my temporary bridge. He was very accommodating to see me on such short notice when the bridge would be loose. Dr. Boris suggested an implant as the best permanent option. He made me feel very at ease with the decision and explained the process step by step to me multiple times. He did a fantastic job making sure I understood exactly what he was doing each time I went in for a visit. Excellent Dentist! Very professional and knowledgeable.I recently completed an implant procedure (including tooth extraction) and I cannot recommend Dr. Pinhasov highly enough.Dentist visits typically unnerve me, but the doctor put me at ease by explaining each step of the process. And each step of the process was virtually painless, which I know has a lot to do with technique, and my implant looks beautiful.I should also mention that there were no surprises at the time of payment because he thoroughly explains what your insurance will and will not cover in advance......five stars :)

Lucky us! My daughter complained of a pain in her mouth and as we didn’t have a dentist in the city yet, I searched Google and Yelp and saw Dr Pinhasov is not just open on Sunday’s (unheard of, right?!) but also had a very high number of 5 star reviews on both sites. I called and though the doctor was booked for the day, they squeezed my daughter in that afternoon. Everyone in the office was nice and skilled, my daughter’s mouth feels a lot better and while I was prepared for Sunday / Emergency visit pricing, the charge was very reasonable and in line with our other dentist in Westchester. The 5 star reviews are well deserved and I’m glad to add another one!

Last year, I slipped at a concert venue and somehow managed to catch myself on my front teeth which resulted in breaking both of them. I was bummed. I liked my teeth and I was not really a huge fan of dental procedures. However, the silver lining in that was finding Dr. Boris. Dr. Boris made a not so ideal situation a breeze. He was easy to deal with, and walked me step by step through the process which made me feel comfortable and at ease. He worked meticulously in replacing my lost mouth bones with a veneer and a cap to aesthetically match the rest of my teeth to a perfect degree. Even going as far as to take small calcium shading that is apparent on the others into consideration and having the new teeth match that same pattern. When i saw the results, I was blown away and still am. Since then Dr. Boris has become my regular dentist for check-ups and cleanings and I always have a positive experience. I cannot recommend him highly enough and encourage you to consider him. I am very happy I did.

Oh how I despise trips to the dentist. I felt otherwise when I called to make an appointment at BP Dental Solutions. The young lady at the front desk assisted me (without putting me on hold every second) with making an appointment that works with my crazy schedule, filling out initial paperwork and verifying my insurance. When I arrived to my appointment there was no wait time! (Unheard of)! Dr. Boris Pinhasov’s patience, attentiveness, professionalism and bedside manner are impeccable. I had a lot of dental work to catch up on a couple of days before Thanksgiving. Dr. B and his team put me at ease by showing their care and being informative not only about my dental health but also about my insurance costs/benefits. Dr. B made all procedures painless and efficient. Needless to say, I enjoyed my holiday meal to the fullest. So grateful for out of this world service and cannot wait for my next appointment at BP Dental Solutions!

I’d never enjoyed a dentist visit before coming to Dr. Boris’ office! The office itself is small but the waiting area is super comfortable with plush couches and a closet for your coats and belongings.Mariah the receptionist is super welcoming and friendly and gets you organized for your appointment right away.Dr. Boris himself is very warm, friendly and easy to talk to. I felt very at ease while discussing my dental concerns and he answered all of my questions straightforwardly and helpfully.Finally, I got my teeth cleaned, and the practitioner that cleaned my teeth Candace was So good. She was gentle but very thorough. The process overall was easy and normally getting my teeth cleaned is super uncomfortable. I had a strong ache from one of my wisdom teeth coming in, but she took note that and minimized any pain I might have had as much as possible.At the end they gave me a parting gift package which I appreciated. Overall I had a wonderful experience and would recommend this dental office to anyone look for a soothing yet efficient environment.

I have now been to Dr. Boris on two occasions. Both visits were for routine cleanings, and he was was very attentive to my specific needs and concerns each time. There are no long lines in the waiting room, and everyone in the office makes you feel very welcome. Dr. Boris is extremely punctual and efficient, yet still happy to take the time to get to know each of his patients and answer any specific questions you may have. I would absolutely recommend his practice to friends and family!

Dr. Boris has been my dentist for the past three years or so and I cannot recommend him enough. Every single cleaning and check up Ive had with him has been efficient and painless. Last year Dr. Boris removed one of my wisdom teeth and I had minimal pain and swelling. Over the next few days after the procedure, I received text messages checking on my progress, pain and swelling. This year, when the permanent retainer in the back of my bottom teeth broke, he walked me through my options in detail and did not try to push me for the most expensive option, he simply provided me with all the info I needed to make the choice that worked for me. Hes extremely professional, knowledgeable and truly a nice person.Ive never had to wait more than a five minutes to get seated and Dr. Boris has pretty flexible hours which is helpful if youre looking to get an appointment after work. Dr. Boris is by far the best dentist Ive encountered. No one actually likes going to the dentist which is why I prolonged it for years. However, once you actually meet Dr. Boris everything changes. He is so friendly and explains everything in detail. There was absolutely no surprise and no pressure at all. He is very friendly and after conversing, you fail to notice the intimidating machinery and the fact that youre at a dental office. Dare I say...Im looking forward to my follow up? Dr. Pinhasov is incredibly professional and the best dentist Ive ever had. He takes the time out to explain every single step and before a big procedure, tell you the ins and outs of everything so you know exactly what to expect. In terms of price, he is comparable to other dentists Ive been to, however, he breaks down the price for everything and his office is pristine and his staff is friendly. As a former OR nurse, I notice their aseptic technique and they have sterile covers for everything in this office - even the computer mouse! I have not had to wait more than a minute past my appointment time to get into the dental chair and have been accommodated for any dental emergencies regardless of the time of the day. He is very attentive and thorough - definitely the most pain-free dentist Ive ever been to - and believe me, Ive been to a lot of them. I dont see myself ever leaving Dr. Pinhasov because he and his staff are 100% awesome. Their scheduling system is on ZocDoc, which is super convenient and they send out email reminders through Google calendar and texts. He and his staff make you feel like a VIP every time youre there and they call you after all appointments to make sure you are doing fine. Finally, the office is in a midtown office building very close to Grand Central and Times Square, so I have no problems getting there - its in a nice building but his office is not pretentious or intimidating! Highly recommend him!

I have been using his dental services for crown, filling, teeth removal, cleaning, visioline, X rays etc. for more than 2 years. He is consistently deliver excellent service, including great scheduling, no waiting time, calling back also in weekends late/early hours. Also, Dr. Pinhasov takes time to explain the treatment options and the insurance coverage. He is very personable and competent. He is quick but does not rush. I highly recommend him to everyone.

Once i moved to the city I had to find a new dentist which was not an easy task. I went on ZocDoc and found Dr. Boris, I was sold on the location and the pictures posted. When I showed up everything was as pictured and most importantly he does excellent work. His office is always clean and he has all of the latest equipment and a professional staff. Dr Boris himself is professional, patient, friendly and very knowledgeable. He has been very helpful on every trip I make there. I have been to several dentists before him and all of them required extensive waiting and the service was very inconsistent. This is the best dentist I have been to and I highly recommend him!

Dr Boris is great. I started going to him when I realized I needed a provider who I can trust. It’s one think to have teeth that needs work, because any dentist could do patch up work; it’s another to know you’re getting a person who genuinely cares. I’ve been seeing Dr Boris for three years now and he has never disappointed. My teeth are functional as well as cosmetically very appealing (mind you they weren’t before I started investing in myself). I had issues as a child with braces of FOUR years. I really messed up my teeth not brushing BEHIND the retainer I had to perminetly wear at the time (and yes my parents took me to the dentist every six months). Clearly there was a lack of expertise on the family dentist that missed all the cavities that developed hence my skepticism of dentists. I want to thank you Dr Boris and hope you only prosper because you genuinely deserve it.

Ive known Dr. Boris Pinhasov for many years. every since he was in dental school. I did not like going to dentist. Ive always had bad experiences with dentist. I only went to the dental school because I had no choice. I was losing my teeth and my gums were receding. I didnt want to loose my teeth. When I met him I told him my problem Im afraid of dentist. He worked with me , he was patient and understanding. He explained every procedure and gave me options. No other dentist gave me options they just wanted to pull my teeth. Their needles were no joke either. He made my visits pleasant, every procedure I have had from dental inplants, root canals, regular cleaning, and fillings. Has not been a waste nor has it ever been unpleasant. I am still a little nervous when I hear the drill but it has not prevented me from enjoying the experience of having good teeth and a great smile. He works hard to make you look good. Its been worth it. Give him a try. I promise you won t regret it.😀😀😀😀😀😀

After previously horrible experiences at other dental offices, I was referred to Dr. Boris by my colleagues and I have to say he is one in a million! The first things that I noticed was how impeccable his office was and how friendly and polite his staff were. They offered me water and coffee (I never experienced that at another dental office) and made me feel as if I was a guest and not just another patient. The waiting time is a breeze, I was seen right away! Dr. Boris was very professional, warm and genuine. He walked me through the procedures, costs and insurance breakdown. Dr. Boris is absolutely amazing! I had my routine 6 month cleanings and x-rays taken. “Came for the baby tooth extraction, stayed for the service.You’re not supposed to look forward to going to the Dentist’s office, but I do. Dr. Boris, Gregory and Mandy have turned the dental experience, one traditionally synonymous with torture, into something not only enjoyable, but educational and entertaining. I usually arrive early and enjoy a cup of coffee, which Gregory makes . Aside from being a masterful dental assistant he’s also somewhat of an artist with the Keurig. Who knew? Also, if you can get him to sing you’re in for a real treat. Dr. Boris is fantastic. I’ve never had such thorough cleanings. Additionally, he extracted my precious baby tooth, my original reason for seeing him, which I had been carrying in my mouth for 33 years and replaced it with an adult tooth (technical term). Another exceptional job. Mandy remembers what I like to watch on Netflix and puts it on for me in the morning while I’m having my coffee. She’s not only accommodating but thoughtful and considerate of my schedule when making appointments.What I’ve found to be most valuable outside of the precision dental work Dr. Boris provided me was how he educated me on my pricing options and the ins and outs of each dental procedure. He provided me options and information so I can make better decisions about my dental health in the future. This is something rare and something makes me feel considered as a customer and patient. While NYC has almost everything within reach, at times it can be a stressful, long commute to get almost anywhere. That is why I do my research when it comes to dining out, going to stores, and finding the right doctor or dentist. Id like the end result to be worth the trip.Dr. Boris Pinhasov and his dental team are worth the commute. Im not always a fan to begin with when it comes to doctor and dental appointments, but after being recommended Dr. Pinhasov, visits to the dentist have become much more worthwhile.The staff are friendly and helpful, I have never had to wait in the waiting area, and Dr. Pinhasov is one of the few I have come across within the medical field who I feel I can speak openly with without feeling interrogated. You can tell he cares a lot about his profession and making sure his patients receive the best care.Finally, if you like the small-town, everyone knows one another and is there for you, vibe that you cannot always get (unless you pay an arm and a leg) from large practices, then this is the place for you, because everyone deserves to feel comfortable and have all of their needs met at the dentist.

Found Dr. Boris when I experienced severe tooth pain on a Sunday and needed to find a dentist that could take me that day. So glad I found this office! Dr. Boris performed a root canal that day, which was relatively painless (I have had plenty of root canals before and this was the least painful). The office is very clean and the staff is friendly.You are able to stream Netflix, YouTube, and channels in the room during the visit. There is no wait time or crowded waiting rooms which I like. My first time at Dr. Boris Pinhasov’s office was for a routine check up and cleaning. I felt so comfortable and relaxed. The staff is welcoming and very nice and the office is clean. The dental hygienist was very patient and and did a wonderful and thorough job on my teeth. After, I had to go for three teeth extractions to take out my wisdom teeth. I local anesthesia as so did not want to be referred to a surgeon to be put to sleep. I have to admit I was extremely nervous. However, my experience was suberb. Dr. Pinhasov did such an amazing job! I did not even look like a chipmunk the next day! He extracted three of my teeth with patience and with ease. If you are looking for a new dentist I 100% recommend Dr. Pinhasov.

Dr. Boris is AWESOME!! BEST DENTIST IVE EVER HAD (sad to say now that Im in my 30s). Ive been going to Dr. Boris for the past 3 years and each visit is very pleasant and quick too. Whether its for a simple cleaning, getting a filling done, or getting a crown implant, he makes the whole experience as smooth and pleasant as possible (no one like the drilling or poking) but again, hes very quick, precise and walks you through it all. Hes always telling you what hes about to do, what hes doing, and whats going to happen so you dont get nervous. Hes SUPER thorough and a bit of a perfectionist which is exactly what youd want in a dentist. He looks at everything and make sure its all perfect before you leave. Ive grown up dreading going to the dentist but I really appreciate Dr. Boris, his assistant, and their efforts to make you feel as relaxed and taken care of. His calendar is always very flexible and he tries to work with you and notifies you if someone cancels and an earlier appointment is open. Ive Mandy is really sweet and very easy to talk to and work out the scheduling with.I also REALLY appreciate the next day, and sometimes second day follow up texts. Its nice to know they are checking in on you and you can always text with any concerns or advice if something is healing properly. Ive walked out of the appointment swollen a couple times due to various procedures I needed, and the next day theres always a text from Mandy and Dr. Boris making sure Im ok. Im dont remember how I stumbled upon Dr. Boris but Im so glad I did. My husband and I both see him and well be sad to not have this kind of attention and customer service when we move out to California at the end of the month.The office is very clean and the TV always has some serene nature show which makes you feel very calm. If youre looking for a dentist... look no further. Dr. Boris, his assistant, and Mandy are the BEST!!

I have done almost everything there, such as fillings, root canals, deep cleaning. I am doing the invisalign now. According to my experience, Dr. Pinhasov is very professional and nice and patient. He’s knowledgeable, super gentle, thorough, and always keeps interests of his patients top-of-mind. While I initially started out there with routine procedures, I’m now at the end of the Invisalign treatment and am extremely satisfied with my smile! Btw, the office has a great ambiance and staff are super friendly. Even if you aren’t in the midtown area - he’s worth a trip (I occasionally travel from Queens to see him).

Dr Boris is AMAZING! For nearly 15 years i suffered with discolored teeth and wonky from a disease i had as a child, and i didnt want a false tooth. Dr Boris gave me an easy, quick and cheap solution to fix my tooth and finally i can smile and talk without feeling embarrassed !

Dr. Pinkhasov took me in immediately. No bs wait time and stalling. Very clean atmosphere and decor. He told me exactly what was wrong with my tooth and in just one visit the problem disappeared. This doc is the best in town!!!

I almost dont want to give a good review because I fear I wont be able to get an appointment with this awesome dentist. I immediately felt confident and as he came highly recommended by my husband. I went in for a casual consultation for something cosmetic like either bleaching or veneers. I was pleased he did not push me to do anything as he left the decision to me and told me he wanted me to be a satisfied patient. On the spot I put my trust in him and was thankful he had the time to give me an hour of bleaching. I did not think my teeth were able to be bleached due to their sensitivities and enammal erotions..but alas, they were and I am so pleased with the results. Yes, my teeth are feeling the sensitivities, but I know that is part of it and it will go away as the dentist assures me. I started off doing routine dental work and recently i was pleased to have cosmetic work(teeth bonding) done with dr.boris. I’m completely pleased with my new smile. Upon recommendation of a friend of mine, I started visiting Dr. Pinhasov since March 2015. I begun with some extraction and gum treatment. I was so happy with his service that I decided to have more dental prodedures done by him. later on I had invisalign braces, implants and bonding. As I am not native English speaking, Dr. Pinhasov was extremely patient with me, taking the time to explain in great detail about every step of each procedure until I knew exactly what could be expected.His staff is also very friendly. They have always accomodated my competing agendas and never failed to send out email and text reminders to me about my appointment. They were quick to call me after the appointment to make sure I was doing fine. Having finished all the treatment I am now confident to say that Dr. Pinhasov is professional, attentative and the best dentist Ive ever had. I will certainly recommend him to my friends.

I am so happy I landed on BP dental solutions when looking for a dentist. Though Ive -embarrasingly - had a lot of procedures, I had the most pleasant experince that one could have while getting filings. Dr. Boris and his staff are friendly and made me feel comfortable everytime I came. I never once waited more than 5-10 minutes for an appointment. They also followed up with me after every appointment to make sure I felt okay and everything was in order. Most importantly, Dr. Boris is very skilled at what he does. Great service, very thorough and takes very good care or your teeth.

He is kind of a perfectionist in terms of his work done with patients, which is definitely benefit in the long run even may cause back and forth inconveniences in the short run.
