I’ve been going to Sachar Dental for many years—typically 2-3 times per year—and have not once had anything but a positive experience. From the friendly, efficient front office staff, to the wonderful dental hygienists, to the expert and warm dentists, Sachar has been remarkably consistent in delivering care that actually makes me look forward to visiting the dentist. Perhaps hard to believe, but true. Whatever they’ve got going at Sachar, it is special and many other medical practices would do well to emulate how they deliver health care services.

This was my first time visit and it was amazing. For someone who’s done a terrible job with keeping up with my dental treatments, they were so understanding and helpful. The doctors are very thorough and really breakdown everything for you to understand what is going on. Everyone in the office are all so phenomenal and kind. I have had Dr. Wong as my primary dentist for about 6 years now and I have never had a bad experience. Their front end staff are the best. If you may be like me and get nervous going to dentist appointments they’re incredibly welcoming. The same goes for customer service and scheduling. Very quick to respond!All of the hygienists I have had have been kind and knowledgeable and have made cleanings quick and painless. This goes double for during the current lockdown. The office very clearly takes precautions seriously and it shows.Dr. Wong is great! Absolutely recommend. I’m 37 and before this had never had a dentist for much longer than a year or so. Excellent choice of doctor if you are in the market for a new or long term primary dentist.

Good for cleaning. They seem always to be upselling me though. I am not sure I would trust them if they are pushing for expensive procedures.I have just read the response to my review. As I dont see how to reply to that response, I am using the edit function to do so. Time is limited, so Ill just mention one curious exchange.The doctors at Sachar diagnosed me with a constricted airway, and were confident that I had sleep apnea. When I showed up to the next appointment with the results of a sleep study that showed they were mistaken, they changed course and now insisted that I compensate by sleeping with my mouth open, which hinders restful sleep and is a health issue in itself - a possibility that was never mentioned before. At my next appointment I told them that an ENT doctor assured me none of this is a concern. They insisted it was, using language that is leading but which they can deny is pushy: for example, when youre ready to treat this problem - though the only reason I have to think theres a problem is their word. I have no reason to distrust them over any other health professional, so I asked if they have some images that could provide concrete evidence. Thats when they referred me to a specialist. Why didnt they think to suggest that earlier?Theres more, but I must go. Ill just say that the owners version of events is tendentious.Everyone is friendly and upbeat though, to end on a positive note.

Dr. Sachar and her staff are so professional, providing cutting-edge dental care. In addition, they are kind and so helpful with scheduling and insurance. They are very Covod-19 aware: air purifiers in every room, staff are masked and also use face shields when close. I felt as safe as it is possible to be in current situation.

I feel I am in very capable and gentle hands—-they take the time to understand my circumstances and to explain their observations, advice, recommendations and procedures. I had been to another dentist who did my Invisalign and I had nothing but issues. I kept going back to have them resolved with nothing but frustration. Someone recommended Dr Sachar so I went to her and the issues were corrected immediately. The staff was great as was Dr Sachar. She saw me right away and solved the problem. Dr. Sachar, Dr. Wong and Dr. Osterman are excellent - courteous, friendly and professional. The same goes for the office staff starting with Keisha and the dental hygienists. They all aim to please and make sure you are as comfortable and satisfied as possible. What stood out for me was Dr. Sachars approach to a total treatment plan for each patient rather than just treating the issue or problem at hand. They keep you on track with excellent follow-up starting with text messaging, calendar invites, email and of course phone calls (for me that helps tremendously). Their rates are in line or better then most and they will let you pay over time if you need to spread out your payments. The modern and well equipped office runs like a well oiled machine-- it is clean and fresh complete with soothing music playing, TV monitors with pleasant images of nature, seascapes and mountains to put you at ease. I highly recommend them.

Dr. Sachar is a highly competent Dentist along with being an exemplary human being. For almost 6 months, I experienced chronic & acute pain caused by TMJ. It was misdiagnosed and mistreated by several specialists and well intentioned doctors. I ended up taking medical leave at work. It was at that point someone referred me to her. She was thorough, professional, empathetic and very clear about the diagnosis and treatment options. She had me set realistic expectations in management of the TMJ. Not once did she pitch exorbitantly expensive or invasive dental treatments. She goes above and beyond treating her patients like family. Especially through the pandemic, she made herself available via phone and always tries to opt for less invasive home care options before moving to more aggressive treatment options. It is a true luxury to have Dr. Sachar as our family dentist.
