I had my first visit today. Dr Cooper was very nice and caring. I would definitely revisit and I recommend.

Dr. Cooper was very friendly and soothed my nerves, as this was my first chiropractic appointment ever (and became sure I would get my neck cracked or something and something would go quite wrong). He took his time with me to educate me on body mechanics, gave me a much needed massage to loosen me up, did a thorough adjustment, and created a physical therapy routine for me that I could do at home. His receptionist was so personable that I wanted to invite her to Sunday dinner. It was, overall, a tremendously positive experience.

Our son, Jameson, was born with some stress... silent reflux, colic, and sandifer syndrome. While none of them are life threatening, they make for an unhappy baby. Dr. Cooper has helped us more than any of the other doctors weve gone to and thats saying something, because weve gone to a lot. Hes the nicest doctor, incredibly intelligent, and an incredible sense of humor. The biggest difference between him and all the other doctors that weve gone to? He CARES. You can feel it every time you walk in the door. The world is a better place because of people like him. I couldnt be more thankful that weve met him. And once we help our little guy, mommy and daddy will be getting an adjustment. Thank you, Dr. Cooper.

I liked Dr. Cooper but the woman in charge of billing is a NIGHTMARE. I called with a simple question of why I was charged for Physical Therapy in addition to chiropractic manual therapy and she was belittling and accused me of not wanting to pay when I just wanted to make sure the bill was correct. The woman yelled at me continuously and refused to explain or answer my question (she never even let me ask a question or get a word in). My confusion is that I went for chiropractic services (which are covered by my insurance) and paid the $40 copay due. Why was I also billed for additional services that I wasnt told about? I asked if there was anyone else I could speak to, she said no and hung up on me eventually. Its frustrating because without an explanation I feel hustled. There may very well be a perfectly good reason but Im entitled to it, and shouldnt be forced to blindly pay what bills come. I also shouldnt be accused of trying to skip out on the bill. When I told her I just wanted an explanation of why there was another charge she talked down to me and said its not her job to explain. I called my insurance company and they are reviewing the charges but they said only the office can explain the charges. So as expected, it is her job.

Dr. Cooper is a magician! Hes able to quickly identify and assess problem areas and relieve whatever pain or discomfort everytime Ive visited him. Not to mention he a pleasure to talk to, an overall nice guy with a great staff. I highly recommend his practice for all your Chiropractic needs.

Ive seen Dr. Cooper many times - off and on as the lower back pinching comes and goes - and Dr. Cooper has always been courteous, accessible, and best of all: He helps alleviate my problem! Ive seen many chiropractors over the years and most are too aggressive or have a one-size-fits-all routine. He knows what and where my issue is and has been the only one to grant me any relief over the years. Sometimes it takes two visits in one week, but only one visit the next week and Im good for months. Unlike others that want you coming back all the time, bleed you dry ($$$) and only cause further issue. Dr. Cooper is the BEST chiropractor Ive seen and I will keep going. Thank you Dr. Cooper!--as for the other post that complain about the staff: Welcome to NY; they are fast, efficient and helpful if you know what youre asking for and talking about. They are great!

Dr. Cooper is an amazing practitioner with great diagnostic and manual abilities. He is also the nicest person you will ever meet. My 16 year old daughter/dancer was seeing him and he was so helpful that I started seeing him myself!!

Stay away! Dr. Cooper did nothing at all for my back. He cracked it a couple times and expected a fix. He did no analysis and you could tell he was not well educated from the beginning. The second visit he made me wait almost an hour in the waiting room before seeing me, then charged me double for the second visit. I had months of back and forth with his staff, who were quite rude throughout the whole process. I also directly contacted Dr. Cooper to give him a chance to make better on the situation and he chose not to. Bad service all around.

I came in with wrist pain and the doctor was able to assess, adjust , and treat it. The pain went away almost immediately. I also purchased some of the cbd cream for my back that has done wonders and will be back for more for my family. highly recommend.
