I took a while to write this review as my back pain used to come and go by itself until I started the treatment with Dr. Chen. When I first went there I was crying in pain and was living a nightmare due to my back pain. We started the treatment (12 sessions) and around the 5th session I started to see improvement but I thought it was just my back getting back to normal like it happened without treatment. I finished the treatment and was doing great by the end but to be honest I didn’t think it was going to last. I thought that at the first time I had to carry weight I would be crying in pain again. But I got a job and have been doing hard work cleaning up gardens and carrying heavy bags and by the end of the day I am completely fine. I still can’t believe I’m not in pain anymore but this treatment is the only explanation that I not longer have back pain after years struggling with it.Dr. Chen is also very professional and gentle and I would recommend his services to anyone trying to manage their pain.

Dr. Jin Chen is very skilled, professional and competent. He shows tremendous care and patience. His staffwere kind and caring. He taught me some exercises to help with my lower back and shoulder and helped me improve over the course of the sessions.

Dr Chen was excellent and went about his treatment with great care and consideration. By far the best chiropractor I’ve encountered in NYC. I went there this morning with stiffness and pain in my lower back and left with normal mobility. I’m very happy with the treatment I received.

Was asked to come back for multiply times. Each time was only a 5 minutes machinery therapy. Was unable to accurately target my pain. Do not recommend.

Ah, I cant say enough about the doctor!!I came with extreme pain in my lower back which I suffered from for 2 weeks! The doctor took his time and patiently explored my back and did the X-ray to find out the reason behind the pain. Well, it was no fun to be in pain and the doctor was very knowledgeable, so I just trusted him.Guess what? Right after the first adjustment I was able to walk better and could actually sleep at night! This doctor does miracles!Im so grateful Ive found him, he put the life back into me, now I can move and exercise with freedom and ease!Definitely recommend!

When I arrived at Pain Care Chiropractic, I could barely walk. I had pain in my lower back and left leg . Dr Chen is amazing, not only does he have great bedside manner, immediately making you feel comfortable and showing genuine concern for you, hes great at what he does. Dr. Chen took x-rays and he thoroughly explained the results of my x rays. Once he clearly explained my situation, I immediately accepted his treatment recommendations. He really took care of my problem. The next day I felt some release and could get a better nights rest. Since then, little by little with his adjustments I have felt much better. Thanks to Dr. Chen for letting me live a healthier and more active life and a especially thanks to his staff members who are professional, caring people.Additionally, they are flexible with appointment scheduling and try to fit you in with what works with your schedule,they do open on weekends. I love Pain Care Chiropractic! I came to them in regard to some persistent back and neck trouble, and Im so happy to say that they have made me feel so much better.They really listen to me about my concerns and make sure to give me the treatment that would help me the most, as well as explain to me exactly what is going on with my body.They also were extremely helpful and understanding during some insurance drama that happened a few months into my treatment, which just goes to show that they really do care about you, not just trying to get you in and out of their office so they can see the next patient.Highly, highly recommended!

This is a really great chiropractor. A hidden gem inside of China town. The treatment is high quality and the staff is extremely caring and friendly. The Chiropractor himself takes the time to explain why you have pain and ways to fix it through exercise and posture. I cant recommend them enough.

Ive been going to Dr. Chen for just over 1 months now. The reason I started going was because of a falling accident. At the beginning I could hardly sleep because my back hurts so much, but now I feel so much better all thanks to Dr. Chen.The front desks ladies are also great! They are always smiling and pleasant to talk to.Even though there are many chiropractors that are closer to me, I cant imagine going anywhere else! I highly recommend Dr. Chen to anyone looking for honest and great doctor who are not there just to make money but truly care about their patients.

I have never been to a chiropractor before. I was having terrible pain in my upper back and neck and thought it was caused by my bed. Dr. Chen took one look at me explained why I was feeling the way I was. He worked on me for about half an hour. Instant relief. Posture makes all the difference. Thanks Doc!

Doctor Chen is a solid chiropractor. He uses more modern techniques in his practice which I feel is more beneficial to patients. Additionally, he demonstrates and advises physical training to help strengthen weak areas that are the cause of the structural imbalances.Hes treating me for back and neck misalignment/pain due to muscle compensation from a weaken shoulder that was dislocated.
