The clinic is super clean and presentable. I was greeted by the most friendly help desk in ages. Dr. Will was direct and assuring. I felt like a popcorn after a short visit that did all the magic.

Dr. Wil is AMAZING!!! His knowledge and skill is Top Tier! I went in for a consultation and adjustments, the staff were very pleasant and welcoming, the office is clean with a friendly atmosphere. The adjustment was necessary and painless, I felt great afterwards and look forward to my future appointments with Dr. Wil. I would highly recommend him to anyone experiencing back/neck and just overall pain!

Dr. Wil is very friendly and respectful. He has a welcoming attitude that makes you feel like you are in good hands. He answers questions about your health and in regards to your back/ spine in an educational and professional manner. His office is a space within a shared floor. It is clean and there is never any wait time! The massage beds are excellent and he will crack your back like no other! I started with a Groupon and feel comfortable to get a package to fix my scoliosis!

I found him on Groupon for a 3 session special for $19. Dont let the price fool you: a nice front desk lady, X-rays, a deep tissue massage table, and an incredible adjustment are what you get with that package. He works fast and is informative and has already helped my hips and pelvis feel less stiff. Im glad Im seeing him again tomorrow!

I had a pain sat in the center of my lower back and the first time Dr. Wills works his magic, I could feel and see the difference. My back felt better and I got my 1 of height back. I recommend him. Staff are pleasant, courteous and customer service oriented.

I begin by saying that I had a pain in my back that could be said I felt it chronic because I had been with that pain for years and several visits to the emergency room where they only prescribed muscle relaxants , several nights without sleep or sleeping uncomfortable, with the anxiety thinking that I had something really bad in my spine because I had even lost the curvature because I was very inflamed yesterday I went to a visit with Dr. Will and tonight I slept in the best sleep I have had all these years ago my back feels good different. thank you very much

So infrequently we are blessed with healers such as Dr Wil...not only is he a gifted healthcare practitioner, but an exceptional human that is generous and resourceful in making sure you get the healing you need. I only wish I had met him a decade ago. Incredibly grateful.

Alright so my review is mostly based on his staff. Dr. Wil is so nice, he is knowledgeable and explains things thoroughly and has wonderful bedside manners. But having said that, his staff especially the front desk girl named Tabitha, is terrible!For starters, I walked in and said hello and signed in to the sheet that was there. She glanced but never once said anything. I assumed she was on the phone so waited since I needed to speak to her. She was in fact on her phone... her cell phone that is. She had her earpiece in and was having a full blown conversation. Other people walked in and I guess they knew exactly what to do so they just took their seat which is when I decided to speak up and tell her I needed to complete the intake forms that were emailed to me because the link wouldn’t open. She seemed annoyed and told me to step to her side of the counter because that’s where she was, even though she could’ve easily just swiveled her chair to where I was since that’s how the flow of traffic was designed. Anyway, she asks me why I didn’t complete the forms online and I explain that the link wouldn’t open. She then said well what error message did it give you, I said it didn’t, it just wouldn’t open. I got the iPad and completed the forms and she honestly didn’t speak again.My problem is this, there is a pandemic going on. Everyone needs their jobs. Therefor more than ever you need to be working as best as you can to keep that job. Mumbling and being on your phone with your headset on is not indicative of someone who wants to keep their job. I was going to tell Dr. Wil but he was so nice and honestly he was busy with so many other customers I didn’t think it was appropriate. I still wish I would’ve found the time to tell him but I didn’t want to make it awkward for me for the rest of my visit.I don’t plan to return, not because of Dr. Wil but honestly his staff was so unpleasant that it made it for a very uncomfortable environment.
