Bellami has the best clip in hair extensions, by far! I was so excited when they opened a salon near me so I can experience getting extensions professionally clipped in and cut/styled to my liking. Daphne was amazing!! She’s very talented and easy to talk to. My hair extensions look so natural thanks to her. I got the silk seam clip ins which I really like (better than the original clip in seams I’ve had for years - also Bellami). Sam was amazing too (photo cred to her!). Thanks ladies! Samantha and Stephanie were both great! Sam was so nice and inviting from my first encounter with her at the consultation until I left after getting the service. Super welcoming and generous. Stephanie did an amazing job on my hair. I previously had a horrible experience with extensions at another place and she totally turned it around for me. She’s very knowledgeable about different types of extensions and she chose what was best for me and the look that I wanted. I am so happy and beyond grateful. Would totally recommend her to anyone that is considering getting extensions. Love my new hair!!

I would not recommend their hair. I ordered a set of Bellami silk seam clip-ins and the quality is terrible. I wore the clip-ins for several hours in a ponytail and the hair tangled and matted like synthetic hair. Not worth the money

Stephanie saved my life!I was hiding for two years not knowing what to do about my hair that was so damaged from years of extensions . I even had bald spots . First, let’s start off by saying Juliette is the most unprofessional store manager I’ve ever met in my life. I just moved from Miami about a year ago, I had done my hair with them about 4 times before. I lived in Astoria for a couple of months and then moved to Long Island and would drive an hour for my hair. The lady who booked my appointment advised that I can park In the front, however when I get there (3 mins before 10 am) the lady Juliette greeted me with “actually we’re not open until 10” it’s 20 degrees outside and I’m 3 minutes early? So I’ll walk outside and wait for 3 minutes.. like a peasant. Not very welcoming or friendly. Then I was told I can’t park in the front and I can only park their weekends. Why did the lady who booked my appointment tell me otherwise? I was misinformed. I’m going crazy looking for parking, I don’t know the area. I called them to let them know I’m running a little late looking for the parking and they have the audacity to treat me like the following: I advised that I’m two minutes away walking, and then they told me I would have to forfeit my hairstyle. I told them that would be fine and assumed it would be less expensive. They said “no it would be the full amount”. I don’t understand this one bit? Why would I pay for a service that will not be fulfilled? Not to mention that on my last appointment I waited 35 minutes for my stylist because SHE was running LATE due to bus issue, and I did not say a word and was very understanding, but then I get treated like this when I was actually already there 3 minutes before opening. I had loyalty for this salon to drive an hour away (Long Island to the city). And this kind of treatment to a client is so beyond disrespectful and unprofessional. Juliette said it wasn’t her problem and that she rather lose me as a client, she didn’t care whatsoever. Bellami lost a loyal client because even though I was booked until 1pm they wanted to be rude that I was going to walk 30 mins late for a three hour window appointment. As a business owner, I would not tolerate a manager such as this one, was it really worth all that attitude and unwilling to work with your client? Your salon could of literally had two and a half hours to do my hair to their best of their ability, made money, and made tip. Not a great business tactic, especially since your employees themselves have been late. Shame on management. Juliette clearly didn’t want to be working and told me no one in her team told me I can park there (so shes calling me a liar now too) that’s fantastic, her attitude from the moment I walked in was crystal clear that she would rather be in bed sleeping in than to be at work. Disappointed I wasted 1000’s of dollars on a place like this. I hope they refund my deposit. Bellami is going down the drain and needs better management. I found a 5.0 star 485 reviews in Garden City park for my extensions, squeezed me in, offered me water, coffee, and had a waiting area so unlike Bellami,Juliet’s way of handling things, I wasn’t told to wait in 20 degree weather outside. Recommend Hairsay way more.

Steph at Bellami is amazing ! She’s done my extensions perfectly for 2 years now ( sew in / tapes/ keratin ) she’s amazing at them all and a blast to talk to! And Bellami hair quality is the best!

I’ve finally made it to the beauty bar which is lovely!! I was greeted by Juliet. Juliet made me feel very welcomed and attended to me right away. She is very sweet, patient, and very knowledgeable on the product. I came in wanting to get a color match so I know what hair extensions to purchase for my birthday in April and college graduation in May. I am definitely coming back in mid April to purchase them from Juliet and to get them installed/styled ☺️!

I had such a great experience here ! I usually just buy from the Bellami website, but I wanted to go in the store & get color matched. The girl who helped me, Juliet was so helpful & knowledgeable. Not only did she know about the different hair extensions, she knew about hair texture, color, & blending to ensure I purchased the right hair for me.I definitely recommend going in to the nyc store to see all the products they have in person.

Easy matching experience

I wanted to order online but I figured maybe coming in person to see the products would be a better bet so I called and they told me they close at 6pm everyday but since I needed a color match she (Juliet) told me the latest I could arrive could be by 5:40, 5:50 so that she can do a color match which would take “5 mins” so I rushed by car all the way to the city and literally got here at 5:37pm and the store was CLOSED, no one was answering the phone. I came here with such excitement only to be completely disappointed and upset. Why tell a potential customer over the phone about when they can arrive if they’re not even going to keep their word on it? This was very unfair. I don’t have time to come here after work cus I get out at 4pm and wouldn’t be able to make it since the store closes so early everyday. Maybe extending the hours til at least 7 or 8 pm would be better. It’s NYC, one of the busiest cities in the world and yet you’re only going to be open until 5:37 pm, 6 pm?

Best staff ever, the girls are so sweet and we love all the wigs and extensions!! The best quality and great prices, my favorite place in NY!!

Stephanie did my itip extensions and has magic hands !!!!! She is the best hands down in New York I don’t live out here and fly from Cali to see her . She’s very nice and sweet and knowledgeable about the hair and brand . You won’t be disappointed with Stephanie I won’t go see anyone else now she had me at hello :)

For the amount I spent I had higher expectations when it came to the color matching and styling of the extensions... but still my favorite extensions.

2019-I absolutely love the hair I got! 24 inch off black and it is amazing quality, I was worried the clips wouldnt hold but they are fine ! The blonde girl who assisted me seemed bothered. I wish someone else wouldve helped me to provide more of an experience for the $300 i dropped on these extensions... But love the hair and the place is super cute I have years of using hair extensions from tape-in to sew-in to clip ons...10/28/20-I recently returned to Bellami to purchase NEW extensions (26 in the deepest black) and my experience with Mya was wonderful! She was very helpful and pleasant! Thanks for all your help and tips, Mya!
