I came to Dr Parker after having a bad experience somewhere else and it was the best decision I could have made. I moved after she delivered my daughter but continued to drive to her after and shes just delivered my twins. I will not go anywhere else. Hands down the best doctor Ive ever seen.

My second pregnancy I really wanted to find another practice and ob/gyn. I did so much research and landed on Parker and now that I have delivered I am so proud/happy I did. I can’t put into words the comfort Parker gave me!! She knew my wishes and she fought with me hard to make it happen. I know it’s not common to really felt heard by your doctor, I do with her. I don’t know many doctors who would have done as much as she did at delivery… she wasn’t on call and she stayed over to deliver my son 4 hours! She truly CARES for her patients. She is one in a million. Aside from delivery every doctor visit she is engaged and doesn’t rush you.

Mrs. Parker is a delightful OB. Definitely coming back to her and recommending her to others. She’s professional, knowledgeable, reliable, kind hearted, and friendly. She listens to all your questions and concerns. The list goes on.

Im extremely grateful to have Dr. Valerie Parker in my corner and on my team.There is no one else I would have wanted to deliver my baby. She was there with us every step of the way during our high risk pregnancy. She always takes time to throughly explain everything and each time Im more and more impressed. Literally the sweetest person, takes her time with you and make you feel like her patient not a number.Cont. after 2nd baby:Dr. Parker was my doctor for my second pregnancy and birth. I had a completely different experience this go around, I was remembered, I was listened too, and there was an equal amount of compassion and directness. She was there for me for every little thing, assuaged my fears without belittling or being condescending. She took the time to explain everything. I felt genuinely cared for!! The nurse staff is outstanding and the wait times were never bad, the one time I had to wait/reschedule was due to an emergency c-section which I was told about instead of just saying the doctor can’t make it. Obviously completely understandable. You can not go wrong with choosing Dr. Parker!! She brings a kindness and consideration that makes you feel valued.

Was denied due to the fact i began filling out a tncare application. Havent even turned it in yet, but for some reason that was a problem. Also offered to pay straight cash for all of my visits because I have the money saved and my baby is more important and the woman said Id have to wait 5 months out and I just got out of the hospital with complications.... very disappointed she was highly recommended to me.

Dr. Parker is the BEST! She is so warm and caring but so very knowledgeable and makes time to answer all your questions. She has delivered both my babies (2017 and 2018) and I wouldnt trust anyone else to do it. Also, when you go see Dr. Parker you get bonuses, her nurse Sonja is fantastic! The staff at Tenn Womens Care are all helpful and friendly. You absolutely cant go wrong picking Dr. Parker!!!! Shes the Best!

I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Parker. I switched doctors at 18 weeks pregnant & I am so glad I did. I couldn’t ask for a better doctor & highly recommend her & TN Woman’s Care to everyone. She’s very personal, caring, & attentive. She’s also very knowledgeable & takes the time to explain.

Ive been meaning to write this review for weeks and weeks...my son was delivered Jul 21, 2018 and Dr. Parker was phenomenal!! She was so supportive of my desire for a natural vaginal delivery. We had thoroughly discussed expectations and birth plan. She ended up not being on call when I went into labor BUT wound up being at the hospital on her day off for something separate and stayed to deliver my son! My labor was rather long and difficult but Dr. Parker stayed and coached me and was patient, respectful and supportive of my goals. Im happy to say that together we did it and my son arrived free of interventions. My husband and I are eternally grateful for Dr. Parker and her going above and beyond for us. There is no doubt in our minds that she changed the outcome of our sons birth by being available for us...we absolutely can not thank her enough!!

I would highly recommend Dr. Valerie Parker at Tennessee Womens Care for your pregnancy journey as I have been beyond impressed with her bedside manner, kindness, thoroughness, and guidance. She is wonderful at explaining all alternatives and giving a factual synopsis of next steps for your own personal health case and aiding you in pursuing your goals. She has really been a godsend since I have moved to Murfreesboro a year ago. I cant recommend her highly enough and have recommended her to friends and family. Her nurse Sonya is also wonderful and is great at answering questions even after I had been referred to a different office further along my journey. She and her office are a great pick if you are looking for services.

I have seen a lot of OBGYNs and Dr. Valerie Parker is by far my favorite! She went above and beyond with my last pregnancy that ended in a miscarriage. Her team is wonderful!! Her Nurse Sonya was my best friend during the entire time. They truly do care about their patients and it shows. I will be a patient of theirs forever! I highly recommend.

I and my wife had a great experience with Dr. Parker. She listens to everything and answers all the questions we asked. My wife is very happy to be one of her patients but the lab girl is kinda tough, I know we all have struggles but she needs to smile.

If youre looking for the best OBGYN in Middle Tennessee, look no further. Dr. Parker went above and beyond for both pregnancies. Terrified of having a c-section with my twins, Dr. Parker did everything in her power to avoid that and ensured that I stayed healthy every step of the way. She is so compassionate, down to earth and willing to answer any question you may have. She was more than willing to lend an ear as well while dealing with postpartum issues. I cannot say enough good things about her and her partners!

Amazing doctor! Very thorough, and always has time for her patients and all of their questions! Her office is so nice and so clean and the staff is second to none! Moved to Tennessee from Mississippi and became a Vanderbilt patient, wasn’t to pleased with how I was treated and the issues and defects they told me my child and I would have, while looking online I dribbled across Dr.Parker’s office and upon looking at reviews I immediately made a appointment. She was very personable, attentive and thorough. I loved every thing about her office from the receptionist, Dr.Parker’s nurses and also the lab workers. She answered any questions and made me feel at ease about everything. While I was in the process of delivering my daughter, Dr.Parker was so sweet and nurturing and made me feel really comfortable. If I were to have any more children while staying in Tennessee I would definitely go to her for everything. I wish it was a way for her to deliver all of my children if I decide to move from Tennessee.

I transferred to Dr. Parker a few months into my pregnancy after leaving a doctors office where I felt rushed and not cared for and I am so glad I did. I am now 3 months postpartum with my first child and I am so thankful that I was in such good hands throughout my pregnancy. Dr. Parker is kind, informative,patient and attentive. Her calming presence was much needed during most of my appointments. Dr. Leinart ended up delivering my son and once again, I was in such good hands. Dr. Leinart was calm and confident which was exactly what I needed during my labor and I didnt even know it. Additionally, recently I was out running errands - did not have my wireless pump with me and I live a little out of the way - I was not sure where I could pump without driving all the way home so I called Dr. Parkers office and without skipping a beat they told me to come on in.I will never go anywhere else!

I cannot say enough about Dr. Parker. She is an amazing obgyn and the only complaint is that I didnt find her sooner! She is so knowledgeable and keeps up with new data and technology. I had a very difficult twin pregnancy and she was there with me cheering me on along the way. If you have a difficult pregnancy she is definitely the one you want on your team. I just wished that I had her when I was pregnant with my son because I wouldve had a totally different experience. If you are searching for a new obgyn please do yourself a favor and book an appointment. You wont regret it!

Dr. Parker is knowledgeable while still being down-to-earth. She has delivered two of my three children and will deliver baby number 4 when he or she arrives later this year. Dr. Parker brings a calming and peaceful spirit to each appointment as well as the delivery room. I genuinely enjoy my appointments with her!

Dr. Parker delivered my baby earlier this year. We had a complicated delivery and she handled everything great and reassured me the whole time. I highly recommend her!

This is a very thorough review of our experience...We just had our second child and Dr. Parker was who we chose as our doctor. Absolutely incredible.Shewas extremely knowledgeable from the get go and was just very honest and up front. Our first child was born through the Vanderbilt midwives. My wife tries to do things as naturally as she can and wed heard great things about the midwives as a more personal experience. We didnt have a very personal experience (We didnt know any of them out of the 4 that we had during her labor and delivery). The staff at Vanderbilt was pretty good but not worth the drive from Murfreesboro. So we were pretty sure that we wanted to go through St. Thomas this time since it was closer and we had heard some positive things recently. My wife really wanted to try for a VBAC. We had HEARD (Dont believe a lot of what you hear) that St. Thomas doesnt allow VBACs. This is just not true as it depends completely on the doctor. We are fortunate to have a few friends that work as nurses at the hospital. We asked them who they would recommend, if any, to try for a VBAC. They both said separately from each other that Dr. Parker is by far the best and is not quick to cut. Even longer story short, we ended up having a repeat C-section. However, that was not the doctors fault at all. Our baby ended up being over 10 pounds and she was still wanting to help us try but there were several other things that just wouldnt allow it and would make it unsafe for baby. She listened to us so well and was amazing to see/hear throughout the entire process (even while preforming the surgery). I really cant brag on her enough! Also, St. Thomas has an incredible staff in general. Its a fantastic place to have a baby and Dr. Parker is honestly the best option if you want to have a vaginal birth or at least try for the best outcomes for Mom and baby. If we have another, we will definitely use her again.

I changed to Dr. Parker late in my 4th pregnancy and she did a great job working with my despite several complications. She is very thorough and takes her time with patients. Her office was very helpful with the transition from my old OB to the new office and handled my FMLA paperwork quickly and efficiently. Her partner delivered my last child and was also kind and professional. I felt well taken care of during a very complicated pregnancy/ birth. I couldnt be more happy with Dr. Parker and her office!
