Amazingly nice, honest people, will answer every question you have.Update since last injection, November: yoga, squats, mountain climbers, hiking, and stairs without pain....doing it all thanks to the injections. I have avoided surgery and am enjoying every single day, no aches, not waking up in the middle of the night hurting, i am so happy. Even if it only lasts a few years it was so worth it! Thank you!

I love it!!!! Ive been losing inches and 1 to 3 pounds a week. It does require discipline. But its a choice to be heavy sluggish or slim down and be more motivated healthy. The vitamins help me alot too.

Over Thanksgiving I had an acute bout with inner ear and vertigo that I was hospitalized for. After Twp treatments by Dr. Spencer I was able to return to work. After one treatment of cervical neck adjustment I was also relieved of a headache I had for a year. I highly recommend total family physician center.

After many different treatments and no real results, Dr. Spencer was able to relieve my pain and increase my flexibility. He answered every question I had and didnt treat me like just another patient. His staff was extremely personable and knowledge. Dr Spencer has removed the pain I have had for 15 years when 3 other doctors could not. Dr Spencer has the best equipment and is very good at what he does. I travel all the way from Brentwood just so he can treat me.

Not the place to go if you arent feeling well. Went in there because I felt like death there was one NP and no one else. She was nice but seemed to have a lot going on. She said she would call me in some meds to make me feel better well that never happened. I had to wait all weekend for meds to be called in. If you are feeling bad not the place to go.

Ive had chronic knee pain for about 2 years now, and Dr. Spencer and his staff have helped me get things back to 100% with a combination of treatments. Total care is what they practice not just one time visits to treat symptoms.Will definitely be back, and continue to refer people to TFPC!!!

Very bad experience. Doctor had bad bed side manners. They never contacted me back after my visit and resting. I could tell a lot more, but wont.
