I was very excited about starting care at Arizons. Starting out, my biggest concern was that my doctor listened to me and took my concerns seriously. Dr. Jarrett consistently did not. Despite this being my 4th viable pregnancy, he shrugged off my concerns, dismissed my wishes, and most detrimentally, failed to update my file with my birthing plan because he thought it was too early in my pregnancy to be discussing it. When I got to the hospital, none of my wishes were acknowledged, followed, or even taken seriously. I had the most traumatizing birthing experience Ive ever had, lost so much blood I had to have a transfusion, and was in so much pain that I passed out. Unfortunately, even after all of that, my pain was not taken seriously, and even the PPD test showing I clearly had signs and symptoms was shrugged off and dismissed. I was counseled to sue for physical and emotional trauma, however because none of my wishes were documented, there was no proof that he acted against my requests. As a black woman, I truly believed that my experience with this black doctor would be different but at the end of the day, at least for me, this was just another doctor that doesnt listen to black women. Its taken over a year just for me to be able to write this review and I will never step foot in this practice again, not just because of what happened to me, but because I literally cant even park in front of the building without my heart pounding and my hands shaking.All of this to say, follow your gut. For some people, he might be the perfect doctor. For me, he was not. If you dont feel listened to early on, dont be afraid to seek care elsewhere. I wish I had.

Very caring... Took good care of my pregnant 15yr old... Him and his whole team is GREAT... I love them its like a family there the love is genuine.

If I could give negative stars I would. Dr. Jarrett and one of the nurses were extremely rude and had no clue what they were doing. There was a point where my mom almost died under his hands during a procedure. Wouldn’t let any of my family members step foot in his office again.

Ever since we started going here from the start my wife first got expecting with our baby from the first visit up to now has been so a amazing. Doctor Jarrett is an amazing doctor he is a very caring and compassionate doctor and all his staff is so a amazing. Every time we have been we have always had a wonderful experience every time. They listen to any questions or concerns you may have. We thank God for a doctor like Doctor Jarrett that has been there every step of the way. He is the best doctor you could ever find. If you are looking for an ob/gyn I highly recommend that you see him and his staff they will take good care of you.

There are not enough stars to give him!!!! Kindest, most compassionate, caring, calming doctor I have EVER been to. He did my hysterectomy 3 years ago and was absolutely amazing, which lead me to taking my 17 year old to him when she got pregnant. She had severe problems with her pregnancy this amazing man made sure to ALWAYS see her at every visit she went to even if he had to go deliver a baby he always made time for her. Not only did he make her pregnancy as easy as he possibly could he explained and made sure she understood everything, she had to have an emergency C-section at 33 weeks he knew how terrified she was and he wanted to make sure she was as comfortable as possible bringing our tiny love into this world!!!!! She was delivered by him at 2 lbs 14 oz and she is doing great. He went above and beyond for my daughter and granchild and for that I am forever grateful for him. There are not enough words to describe what an awesome doctor he is!!!!! I am so grateful for him and his amazing staff they all ROCK!!!!!!!

Dr. Jarrett and all his staff is absolutely amazing! I would definitely recommend this place & these doctors to anyone looking for a good ob/gyn! They are always caring, compassionate , and they always listen to any questions and concerns you might have! Thank the Lord for an awesome doctor like Dr. Jarrett- he has been a blessing throughout this pregnancy !

Ive only been coming 7 months but the experience of coming every 4 weeks and seen smiling faces as you check in and check out is wonderful. I love coming to a office where the staff knows your name and recognize your face the moment you walk in the door. Dr Jarrett and Mrs. Wilson FPN are absolutely the best they both have made this pregnancy a wonderful experience.

I love dr Jarrett such a great doctor ! He delivered my first baby when I was 16 & my 2nd baby girl feb.26 2019 !! Couldn’t be more happy with Arizons both my kids are here healthy! ❤️

I delivered 3 stillborn beautiful children on Oct 4th. The hospital told me to call Dr Jarrett for my follow up appointments. When I made my appointment with him I explained everything to the nurse about what was going on and That I had to be seen asap, and I had to see the Dr. Not just a NP.They assured me that I would see both Dr. Jarrett and his nurse.When I got to the doctor I was an emotional wreck because all the nurses kept asking me my story and how far along was I, how many pregnancies did I have, what happened to the first , how many living children do I have, got ND to tell my whole story of my still born babies delivery, then about 5 mins later she goes. Oh well I dont know what you need to do but the doctor isnt here, his Nurse isnt here and we dont have a back up doctor! I was appalled ! I just told all of my medical history to someone who doesnt even have a degree. I didnt come here to have therapy, I came here to be checked on to make sure I was healthy. Thank God I went to the hospital ER right after my visit just to be seen by a doctor because coke to find out, I was very sick.Moral of the story is, I will never step foot in that office again and I will tell all my friends about how awful my experience was.

Dr. Jarett delivered two of my children. One in 2012 and one in 2014. The best experience possible!! Such a kind and compassionate staff. Such a change from another practice I was at with my first one. Wonderful bed side manner. God definitely led me to this practice. I was just recently telling my pregnant friend about my wonderful experience I had. It prompted me to come here and leave this review years after having children lolI wish Dr. Jarrett could be my primary care doctor lol

Friendly staff, but Dr. Jarrett didnt take my concerns seriously... Hes just another doctor that likes to push pills on patients.

Refused to provide interpreting services for my deaf wife.

Has delivered 2 of my babies. His staff & him are the most caring team i know they more like a family.

This is the worst place the wait is so long they won’t answer any questions I have had they just say it’s fine or it will be ok when I had my first kid the doctor walked to the hospital and the nurses of the hospital almost had to deliver my daughter it was bad I have to give a one start to this place it’s that bad it makes having kid sad when you are here I even had a nurse tell me I need to stop having kids
