Talk about discrimination this is their discriminatory outlook!!!Medicare/MedicaidCommunity Health Centers (for example, Partnership Health Center) receive special treatment under the law, because they are held to certain standards – for example they are required to offer a full spectrum of services including dental care and mental health. Because of this, they are paid a much higher amount for Medicaid/Medicare claims than private clinics, like RCWH. And they do a fantastic job.Our mission is a little different – for instance, we are more focused on natural therapies and we tend to take quite a bit longer with our patients. When it comes to payment however, the amount we receive from Medicaid is so reduced that it would be impossible for us to stay open if this were our only source of income. (For example, Medicaid pays about one third what Blue Cross / Blue Shield pays for the same service.) Nevertheless, at this point we are committed to helping our patients who are on Medicaid and Medicare, even if it winds up costing us money.I absolutely love how they make you feel like you are worth less and no not worthless but worth less than others if you are lower income. How wonderful of a medical facility to even make such horrible comments and make people feel bad about themselves. I feel that it is especially horrible the fact that they say we will still take you but you need to know you dont mean as much to us as patience with better coverage. What a horrible medical facility to treat humans this way. We all deserve to be treated equally and in the United States of America it is clearly stated in our constitution that we are suppose to be treated equally. I hope someone other than myself sees how discriminatory the statement that this health care facility has made is.

Had my first appointment today and I saw Kinsey Fisher. She was absolutely phenomenal. Made me very comfortable, was funny and very down-to-earth. She was professional, and explained things in a way that was easy to understand. The front desk staff was very welcoming. The office is in a great location and is very clean. I highly recommend people to check them out. Im glad I did!

I have been a patient at River City Whole Health for almost two years and am very pleased with the care and attention that I get from Kinsey Fisher and staff every single time I go there. The ladies always make me feel welcome and well cared for. The office is cozy and the location is convenient. I would definitely refer Kinsey Fisher to my friends and family and am happy to continue with her as my health care provider.

This is the best health care provider I have interacted with. The administrative staff is always kind and willing to help with any situations I have ever had and they have worked with me to get me in as soon as they can when I have been in need of an emergency situation. It is wonderful to work with a doctor who offers different solutions and allow you to have a voice in your medical assistance. I would recomend them to anyone who is looking for a primary care physician.

People who actually care & advocate for their patients. I’ve been seeing medical professionals for 30 years; this is my favorite experience. I recommend them to all my friends who are struggling to find someone who cares.

I dont know what happened. I know I always adored everyone at this clinic. Then recently I noticed the receptionist that was always kind and funny, became cold and unapproachable. Still Kinsy was always amazing so I kept coming. My insurance apparently did not cover the entire bill so each time there was some left over. We paid a little here and there but had $150.00 balance for some time. I recently had an appointment scheduled which was very important because they refuse to refill my prescriptions without that appointment. I take thyroid medication and a lot of gabapentin for peripheral neuropathy. I have extreme nerve pain. I take a few others I decided were not important enough. Well they rescheduled my appointment and that was fine but then I recieved a call that because of my balance due they would not see me. I am currently in hell not just because of the neuropathic pain but the withdrawal from gabapentin was unexpected and horrible. I am concerned every day and have not found a doctor. I managed to get an appointment scheduled but it does not change my circumstances. I now also have a bill for $150.00 at a collection agency just to put a cherry on top. Im not sure what I did and why they would abandon me. I cant handle what Im going through. No sleep and my bodily functions are horrendous. Be careful with your self and know that you could lose your doctor at any time. I miss Kinsey. She is truly a kind compassionate soul. I have not been allowed to speak with her or even leave her a phone message. The receptionist said I could not do that. I wish you well Kinsy. 😭😭😭
