I had a very negative experience here. The medical assistant checking me in was extremely rude to me when I was emotional from being in extreme pain, and trying to understand and insurance issue. I was asking questions to simply clarify and explain and she actually rose her voice at me. The PA was kind at least, but my whole experience was negatively colored by the check in process that I will never go back there again. When checking someone in for urgent care appointments they obviously have a lot going on and staff should show utmost care and respect. I left feeling degraded and uncared for.

Excellent and speedy care provided. Staff were courteous and attentive. Clinic was immaculate. It was a little difficult to find as the building sign was loose and flapping with the wind. After my visit, I went to the pharmacy but they didnt carry the prescribed medication. The pharmacy was able to speak with Lindsey, the nurse practitioner, right away to get a comparable medication ordered.I highly recommend the ExpressCare. Thanks!

It was easy to schedule an appointment for a Covid test. Not only did I get a test, but they took extra care in taking my vitals and thoroughly discussing the 3 symptoms I had. Hoping for a Negative on my test results!

Waste of time and moneyI have Giardia, but, I haven’t had symptoms long enough for this clinic to prescribe me antibiotics because they suggested Imodium. I took the afternoon off work to go to the dr. What a waste of time and money. Thanks. I guess I’ll make an appt with my primary care provider in 5 days after I’ve missed even more work. What a joke of an establishment.

Very kind, respectful, and professional receptionist and nurse. I felt like, unlike other nurses Ive dealt with, they actually care and take the time to listen and meet every need. THANK YOU!

Love the ease of choosing an appointment time online. Less than 5 minutes to see the doctor once we arrived. Very clean environment and friendly staff. Great experience overall. I highly recommend them.

Good experience with my son... not so much with my wife. You need a local call center who knows your local policies. I was originally excited to see this clinic - now I will return to using CostCare.
