We were so incredibly impressed with our entire experience at Missoula Surgical. We needed several accommodations to make this surgery happen for a young adult with special needs. The entire team, with Dr. Katteen, Alex, June, Shannon, Miranda, and Keisha, demonstrated professionalism, superlative competence, and sincere warmth. We are indebted to them all.

Would highly recommend Dr. Maki & Missoula Surgical Associates. Everything was easy and streamlined. Dr Maki was very patient, and took his time explaining every step in the surgical process, all possible risks, complications and benefits. I had been living with chronic pain for months before the operation, Dr Maki & the whole staff helped me get back to living my life. Thanks!

She is a ascent to your practice. All said, I would recommend this practice and their staff to anyone in need of surgical treatment.

My husband and I have had a horrible experience since our first phone conversation with the receptionist (Alex). My husband, was referred by St. Pats ER to see a doctor about a cyst. The receptionist confirmed and reiterated multiple times that the 30 minute consultation for an uninsured patient would be $150.00. When we asked if that would be the only cost, we were told $150.00 covers up to 30 minutes and you can be billed more after that amount. She then explained the doctor would perform the procedure IN HOUSE. She is explained that we would get a bill afterward with the total amount due if it took longer than 30 minutes or further measures were taken. We verified twice what would happen when we were there and what the $150.00 would cover. We also called back to ask follow up questions and she explained he would be sore and possibly not up to working the same night. Two days later, we paid $150.00 (money we didnt really have at the time but needed to take care of this health issue thats been bothering him for almost 7 months). After less than 30 minutes in the exam room, my husband learned that we would have to call multiple offices to schedule, receive estimates, and book a time where my husband would be put under anesthesia and have surgery. My husband explained what we were under the impression because of the receptionist and the doctor disregarded the fact his office staff informed a patient of wrong information MORE THAN ONCE.Today, we received a bill of $339. Besides the fact that the bill was not up to date, showing the $150.00 already paid to the office, we were NOT advised the amount we would be charged in total for the simple visit and exam. The exam was less than 30 minutes and my husband didnt learn anything different than what the ER told him the day before. In all honestly, the experience weve had with this office has put a awful taste in our mouth. My husband is uninsured (unexpectedly) and we are paying out of pocket for this service. It would be nice to have a business be honest with us upfront instead of feeling like we are being lied to.I will be telling everyone know to go elsewhere.

My experience with Dr. Campo and her staff has been amazing but I cant speak to the other doctors in the group. They were very caring, attentive, would listen to my concerns and speak to me like a human being. Dr. Campo was able to point me to a liver specialist as well to make sure we had our bases covered so she also knows what to do when facing unusual circumstances. I had two surgeries back to back performed by Dr. Campo and both were very successful - putting an end to some serious issues that I had been facing over a 6 month period. The entire surgical staff at St Pats from the nurses to the anesthesiologist, all did a great job in making me feel safe, at ease and prepared (these were my first surgeries ever). This is where Im going to for all of my surgical needs. I highly recommend based on my experience as it was excellent all the way from reception to recovery.

While I found them to be reasonably professional, considering its a small town - they dont advise on what is covered/what is not covered. Also, surgery left me with marks and nerve damage.

Not only did the surgeon I saw not tell me anything I did not already learn on the internet I was charged $420.00 just to talk to her. NO OTHER SERVICES were given. Unless you know you have no other choice but surgery or dont care how much someone charges you to talk to them about your medical needs avoid this if you can!
