Wish I could give Dr. Isi more than 5 stars!! Dr. Esquenazi is very knowledgeable, professional, and had a great bedside manner. He took the time to go over all my questions and explained things very clearly. I felt very confident after leaving his office. Highly recommend!

Yes they have good doctors there,but this is one of the best places to demonstrate Miami disorganization, they admit they know how long it takes to take care of 1 patient, they can perfectly calculate an schedule but they dont they schedule as much people as possible to maximize profit, 4 hours wait its disrespectful third world medicine practice, no body should experience what my demented, tired, sick 83 years old mother has, please some body bring 20 century organization to this place.

This place is a nightmare. Lets start with no parking what so ever! had to arrive at 6:30 am for a 8am appointment. Mind you this is a rescheduled one because last time was the same issue no parking. Now lets move on to the Horrible Dr with no bedside manner. Didnt even look up from his phone to properly attend to us. My father suffers from glaucoma and his response was your fine without looking at a record or anything. He than realizes my father was not the patient he thought he was talking to, but still proceeds to say that hes fine that there was no need for his to be there. My mother obviously upset tells him that my father is loosing his vision in one eye that what were we suppose to do? let him go fully blind? he said yes. This horrible Doctors name is Richard Padron. I hope he reads this or that someone tells him. We are immediately looking for another Dr due to my fathers deteriorating eye condition. He never even got up from his seat. Stayed sitting looking at his phone. Totally unacceptable for Elders! please stay away from this night mare of a place.

This place is horrible. No respect for the elderly people. Its a shame My diabetic mom had to wait 4 hours before being attended, she almost fainted! they make patients (all elderly ) wait for hours during before calling there name. I heard the other patients say the Aldo had diabetes and other health conditions and were waiting for hours before being called. Asked for the manager Eliana and she never came out to talk with me. HORRIBLE PLACE!! Demand your rights

First visit we had to wait 4 hours before they called my mother, second visit (today) waited an hour before being called in. Check in staff is very rude and disrespectful of the elderly patients when the arrive (especially the lady with glasses). Will not look at people when they speak with them and has a bad attitude (it is only 8am). Pray we never have to return to this institute.

It is not often that I leave reviews however this one is much deserved. My mother had very bad catarats and suffered delayed treatment due to COVID shut downs. She went to Airala Laser & Cataract Inst in July 2020 and met Dr Isi Esquinazi. His team of workers performed all of the needed tests quickly and efficiently. Dr Esquinazi was a great listener and answered all of our questions and concerns. He realized the urgency and scheduled both surgeries STAT. She elected to have Laser surgery and within 30 days, both eyes were successfully operated. Dr Esquinazi was patient to inform her of every step and what to expect. She suffered very little inflammation and NO PAIN! The follow up visits were great and my mom is now doing amazing and seeing clearly! I highly recommend Dr Isi Esquinazi for any eye procedures as the experience with him has been wonderful!

Unfortunately, about Coral Gables clinic, I have to say that Dr. Esquenazi, is rude and disrespectful with elder people, just remember we are all just behind them and we all wish we would be treated with respect and dignity when we get there. Waiting times are ridiculous they do not respect peoples time. Front desk attendance care more about being on their cell phones watching videos and texting than actually providing a good customer service. Hope the clinic owner do something about this.

When you are told that you need a corneal transplant it’s nothing but something serious. That happened to my husband Fausto Peña recently. We can not be more grateful that God put us on Dr Isi Esquenazi‘s hands and all his team of professionals from Airala Laser and Cataract Institute. From the time devoted to us to make sure we understood all steps in the process, until reassuring they got the right specifications needed to avoid corneal tissue rejection, everything was completely under control. In 2 more months my husband will need the same surgery for his right eye and I wouldn’t hesitate of choosing again Dr Esquenazi due to his expertise, patient care follow up and proactively anticipating to patient’s needs and concerns. As I witnessed how he treated my husband, made me want to schedule an appointment for myself, so now he is not only having my trust, but he is having me as his new patient. Good Job; Dr. Esquenazi. Visits are not that bad, doctor was just a little rude, doctor Salomon esquinazi. You’re dealing with older people you should be as kind as can be regardless of how repetitive you have to be in my opinion.

I went to visit Dr. Isi Esquenazi for a LASIK evaluation after my cousin underwent successful surgery with him. He was very thorough. Although I did not end up being a candidate due to having a lazy eye, I appreciated his time, attention to detail, and honestly regarding my not being a candidate for the procedure. He explained my condition in detail better than any previous eye doctor has before. Due to my very positive experience with him and his staff, I would definitely recommend him.

I had LASIK eye surgery 6 months ago with Dr Isi. He went over my options and risks during the preop visit. He was very detailed and I could tell he was very knowledgeable. The day of the surgery his staff made me feel comfortable and the doctor talked me through the entire process. The procedure was painless and I am forever thankful for my vision. Waited an extremely long time. I arrived with my mother at 5:25 am for what should have been a fairly quick procedure. The doctor left to a nearby office and left a bunch of patients waiting. I didn’t leave till 12:30 pm. Terrible communication from the secretary at the counter. They don’t like people to ask. Terrible people skills. They even give you bad facial expression. Very unprofessional! :(

Honestly, I read the reviews on google and other search engines, and I have to agree. Dr. Esquenazi is very frank and to the point. Dr. Told my mom during her initial visit that she has “monstrous cataracts” and completed first surgery within a month of the initial visit. Now my mom is able to see 20/20 through that eye. Office staff is great and very professional. Office is nice, clean, modern, and fully computerized.

Even being a hectic office Dr Esquenazi and son take all the time you need to understand what your condition is. They as well as the medical staff take their time to explain the procedure.

Very good doctors but ... bad attention, they abuse the appointments for the amount of doctors that there are. There is no parking space. Waiting times are HOURS! He spends bad time. A total third world environment. Miami!

I rate it with a star for the terrible service it provides to communicate with them over the phone. I do not know medical and professional care, therefore I can not give an opinion about it.But it is enough for me to be trying in several days and several times in a day to communicate with them and not be able to achieve it. I believe that the Florida Department of Health must evaluate the quality and service provided to this clinics clients.
