I had been looking for an ophthalmologist that gave me the confidence I needed to do surgery and I found one. She had the patience to sit down with me and explain every little detail about my condition and what the surgery entailed. She is the best!

I took my grandmother, who is extremely picky when it comes to doctors, due to a serious eye condition. We needed a second opinion since my grandmother was not very happy with her previous doctor. She was very patient with my grandmother who asked a lot of questions and needed clarifications for every little thing. Once we left the office my grandmother said I am never changing doctors and I love her. My grandmothers life has improved tremendously since Dr. Gonzalez began to treat her. Her quality of life is much improved. Hands down the best in the area. If my grandmother loved her, I know anyone will. Definitely recommend her. Trust me and my grandmother.

I spent an entire day waiting to see Dr. Gonzalez and when I finally saw her I felt rushed out because she was so behind with seeing other patients. Many people complained that they had been waiting more than one hour past their appointment time. I’m worried because I’m a glaucoma suspect and I felt I didn’t get the care I needed.

I had a very bad experience in that office, after having had 4 hours sitting in a hallway like cows, they make the mistake of giving my childs glasses to another child pk the lady of the optics said that I had called saying that my friend would go x my childs glasses, which is not true pk I never called, and it has been ds months and my son still waiting for them, I had to call the insurance making a claim so that they do not charge the money, the doctor is excellent and With extraordinary patience but the staff do not even know where they stand, if they decide to go there make sure that everything is in order pk for my opinion is a disaster.

I talked to them and I made a visit to get a vision graduation for contact lenses, and after they examined me and charged the insurance, everything that they did to me tells me that for the lens graduation I do not take my insurance, having given all my information by phone to the mother of the doctor who was the one who attended me, conclusion so I asked for an appointment they did not do it, it was a hoax to charge the insurance
