Terrible service!!! Management is extremely unprofessional. I had a terrible experience with injections as I was left with a big and painful bump after injecting. While I was waiting I constantly heard screaming and shouting and overall it seems employees do as they please because there is no real authority. When I asked why I’ve been waiting so long, they explained to me that there was no one available to inject and they were extremely understaffed. If I have an appointment and made it a week before hand, I expect to do my injection on said time instead of two hours later. It almost felt like the whole staff was hired on the same day, especially the nurse with black hair who seemed to not know any of her patients names, Including mine. Definitely do not come here!

It was Thursday afternoon. I was flying out on Saturday morning and needed a COVID-19 test done for the country I was going to. After desperately searching and calling around to one or two other places, I found Nuceria online and called them. They were absolutely brilliant and service oriented from the get to. Their service was professional and first class. The “go-the-extra-mike attitude” was especially evident as they followed up with the Lab a couple of times during the day on Friday without result. However, It was around 9pm on Friday night that I got a text and an email with my negative results from Nuceria. I was understandably ecstatic and very pleased. I am one fully satisfied customer and would recommend Nuceria to anyone at anytime....loving Nuceria Health.
