Not happy with the results. It isn’t like I’m not happy with how it turned out, I’m upset because it feels like the put 42 Units of nothing. Returned for my second appointment after 14 days and they didn’t me any solution. They only wanted to charge me to add more and I don’t think that is correct.

I have lumps and bumps under my eyes and near tear duct . I am very distraught over this and I am not comfortable going back and having anything else injected in my face there. I am sorry but I walked in trusting I was going to get a refreshed look and now I have uneven pumps and pockets of fluid under my eyes, that is not getting any better I seemTo be looking worse by the day. I had retracted original review but as the days have passed the results of restylane have not improved on the contrary have become worse. Do not expect me to return on my 2 week appointment. The results I have gotten are not the norm , not even close. Bumps, pockets of fluid are not the norm. I am beyond devastated to be quite honest . I wanted to feel better about myself and every time I look in the mirror or get asked at work by my co workers and patients what happened to my eyes I get more upset.

They canceled my appointment twice. Scheduled a third appointment, spent an hour in traffic to get there so they could tell me that they didn’t have any Botox in their office to do my procedure. Don’t waste your time.

Tried this place because I saw that they did a weight loss program but was very disappointed to see no results. Not to crazy about this med spa.

I have been with different treatments with Ms. Luz for more than two years and I am totally grateful for the effort and professionalism that she carries out in each treatment !! Recommended 100% like Ileana in the laser part had had bad experiences before in another place, but Ileana is very nice and makes you feel confident and most importantly the quality of her work is spectacular both are great professionals.

A very bad experience

I had the best of experiences in this place, after doing several procedures on my face, always very comfortable with the results, the treatment and professionalism, I decided to do my post-surgical massage here and it was the best decision I could have made. Luz has the Gift of compassion added to an incredible personality and a full knowledge of her work, lymphatic drainage massages are extremely painful and I in particular extremely sensitive and depressed from so much pain, she was able to treat me physically and psychologically, I am extremely grateful to her and I definitely recommend her.
