This place is awful, go somewhere else. I had an ultrasound scheduled Today at 9 am and blocked off my day at work for it and when I get to Pinnacle imaging center it was closed down “due to Covid” but they didn’t even give me a call or reschedule my appointment.Not only is it poorly managed but I need this ultrasound, it’s not something that I can just continue to wait weeks to get. I am sitting here in the parking lot thinking are these people serious?Also they were 4 more people waiting in their cars everyone looking as confused as I was. So unprofessional.

I went in for an MRI of the spine and they made the experience comfortable. There was no wait and the staff was friendly & knowledgeable. Will go back if in need of any other scans.

Excellent service, I just did a few exams there and the staff was very friendly, helpful and professional. Very clean facility with a warm nice surroundings. I will definitely return, highly recommend!

My partner went to this place to get some exams done and 2 weeks later she is being rescheduled TWICE at the doctor’s office because the results are not in,meaning Pinnacle did not send the results to Dr. Veloso’s office. Not only that, when the doctor’s assistant calls this facility the day of the “second appointment” (still missing some of the results) the person who answered then phone doesn’t even work on the dpt that deals with this matter and states that basically she can not see all the paperwork on her system (not her dpt of course) and that there’s nothing she can do because the personal that works on the other dpt is already gone. Apparently they close at 5 and the person was gone by 4:45 pm. This is so unprofessional, we are talking about people wasting other people’s time. My advice? Don’t go to this place. It is unethical and they clearly don’t care about their patients. Real disappointment!

I was referred to this place. I was scared to go because of the negative reviews. But to my surprise it was a pleasant experience. The Check in wait time wasnt that long. They have refreshment there for your convenient while you wait which i thought was very thoughtful of them.There is adequate parking space. And the staff are courteous. The lady who did my exam was very friendly and generous. Overall i had a very pleasant experience.

Been here a couple of times.. I will never return. The first few times they were good for the prices. But recently I have had nothing but problems. Problems with getting an appointment, problems with my appointment disappearing and being changed for a completely different day without my knowledge, problems with front desk staff and their attitude. They don’t want to work they just want to sit and collect money. I asked them if they could call me when my CD was ready and the lady was so hesitant it was clear she didn’t want to. And then proceeded to tell me I had to pay for the CD. All the times I’ve been there I’ve never paid. They also take DAYS to send a report back to the doctors. Even my doctor told me to find another facility. The rooms have gotten dirtier, I see they don’t clean the machines & they use the same blankets over and over again for each patient that have stains on them. Don’t give them your money. Go somewhere else. Unprofessional uneducated has no sympathy considering it’s an imagining facility and most of their patients are either sick or waiting for results. Don’t go there

I had a petscan there. After 2 weeks my doctor still did not have the report. Calling them every 2-3 days just to listen they will call me.A call that never arrived.Just unacceptable!!

I can write a book based on my horrific visit to this place today! Horrible customer service!! The most incapable & rudest receptionists Ive ever seen!DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME NOR MONEY GOING TO PINNACLE IMAGING!!

Excellent service, the staff was generous and caring. Treated all their patients with respect and with a smile on their faces. I totally recommend it.

Excellent office!!! called monday morning for an appointment I got one for the same day ... the staff is nice and polite.... the office is very nice and well priced ... and best of all my wait time was what it should be. Highly recommend!!!!!!

There customer service is terrible. They are slow with see patients. Pick another imaging facility.

They are so slow and do not respect your time. They do not talk to you at all and are badly organized. My appointment was at 2:15, I arrived at 2:00 incase there was paper work to be done, and it’s almost three and still waiting.

First time and last time they have no regards for patient inconvience. Had a 10.30 appt was cancelled because Tech was unavilable was changed to 1.30 and it is past 2.30 and still sitting in waiting room when asked front desk answer I donot know

This is the last time I will ever come to this place! Only reason I came is bc they had a next day appt available in the open MRI when I called & I don’t fit in the regular ones. This is my third time here & every time it’s been the same, the rudest receptionist I’ve ever come across. They make you wait on purpose & laugh about it. How do I know this, they said it in Spanish & I’m Cuban!!!! Old witches!!!!

I had a bad experience with the technician who did my mamo, she literally killed my breast on the machine that i felt faint after having it done. She compressed the machine too hard down! I never felt soo much pain getting a mamo like i did that day!! Never going back there ever!!! This was a month ago, i just recently had one done at the breast center at Jackson Memorial and the tech made my experience feel as comfortable as it should be.

Very good experience with my specialized Xrays. Professional, friendly staff. My visit was quick and efficient.

This is one of the most disorganized places I’ve ever been. Rude and unprepared recepcionists, it took me over a month to have the authorization/prescription the way they needed... just to get there and wait 2 hours because some lady had the prescription in her computer but not in the system.Worst place ever

Very clean non-institutional center, Very quick with appointment times. The technician that performed my exam was very kind and knowledgable.

Bad bad bad, I came early for my appoiment 25min early in order if I have any paper work or something and I am still waiting and waiting and there is not many persons waiting. I work in the medical field and appoiment are our first priority.

This is the worst place to have any test done. It took me 10 calls to finally get these imbeciles to fax my results to my Docter. I plan to sue them for negligence if their delay caused my situation to deteriorate. They are also very unprofessional because I think they cater to poor people. Do not go to this place.

Came in for a pelvic ultrasound, was instructed to drink 60 oz of water 30 minutes before appointment. An hour after the appointment time, still hasnt been called and my bladder was about to burst. Thanks for nothing.

There nobody knows anything, they send the results to other doctors and they appear 3 months later ... no one is responsible and they never follow the instructions of the doctors order, a real pain and the guilty one is the owner of the place does not train and follows up on complaints, which are many and the attitude of the staff is bad, a pure waste of place.

It is the worst place to do exams, bad attention, very slow. They had to do a pelvic ultrasound for which they send you to fill the bladder. They told me to wait 5 minutes and spend more than an hour waiting urgently to urinate. The workers were rude except for Gretel who made the attempt to help me. In a place where you go for medical attention they should be more considerateThey also sent someone elses result to my doctor as if it were mine. A shame of service

The worst care people Grocera and uneducated my pregnant wife left her waiting and then told her that they would not take care of her and she being with two babies, bad grades and bad people. Deficiency
