Worst hospital ever. My mom had an apt today at 9am when we arrived the person at the front was lost and send us to another building. We looked for 10- min and couldn’t find where she send us to and when I called at 9:15 they told me it was where I first went to. The process to resister and wait for the wheelchair took about 15 more minutes to we registered around 9:30. Once finally seated they approach me to tell me I my mom now had to wait until 11 because we registered late. So my mom that has 20 tumors in her brain, had to wait 2 hours without being able to eat anything because she had to be fasting because the person at the front had no idea what she was talking about. I explained this to everyone and they just made us wait. Worst experienced.

On September 21 my doctors office booked an appt for a CT ANGIOGRAM AT SYLVESTER IMAGING at 2 pm on September 23. Yesterday September 22 i received a message from my doctors office (it was after hours) stating they could not do the CT ANGIOGRAM and No reason was told me. Today September 23 at 9:30 am I called the radiology Dept at Sylvester wanting to know the reason for the cancellation. A young woman answer and I explained the situation when she proceeds to place me on hold and when she comes back she said “okay will do it”. The appts was for 2 pm at 1;20 pm i was driving in to their parking when I get a phone call from the doctors office that they cancel the aspt yet again. The cancellation reason was my BMI. NOT ONE BUT TWICE THEY HAVE SOMEONE BOOKING APPTS THAT HAS NO CLUE OF THE CRITERIA THE PAYIENTS NEED TO MEET BEFORE THEY BOOKED AN APPTS. Because of Sylvester Radiology I now had to postpone my surgery. I’m not giving them a single star because they DO NOT deserve it. Shame on you Sylvester Cancer Institute Radiology.

No clients waiting, just me and they still make me waiting 45min, I left! don’t waste you money and time in this please

If a human being EVER answered the phone here... It is ridiculous. You might be on hold for hours on end. Never ever anyone answers the phone. You will get lost on a limbo hold. I cant speak of the care because I will first have to get someone to pick up the phone. They might be saving on phone receptionists in order to boost executive pay, or god only knows.

From all the mammograms that I have had, the one on January 2, 2019 is the worse. The technician pressed so hard, I am in intense pain at this moment. It was a nightmare. She had to take & retake the same images by telling me I have to take another picture to compensate. I am not an expert, but I dont think any breast should be pressed that hard. Im keeping my finger crossed that nothing went wrong because I am in a lot of pain. No more mammogram for me. Thats it!

Can say anything wrong of this place. Been there twice (CT scan and nuclear medicine scan). Appoinments right on time, friendly helpfull and knowledgeable staff, very clean place somtimes it takes a little waiting on the phone to get an appoinment, but you can schedule it online real quick. Only downside is the parkin. Theres only valet parking... But I thing its worthy to be treated here. Theres also a self parking bldg. across the street. Your results will come right to your UM app. in a couple of days, sometimes the next day. Also they have one of the best doctor teams of south florida. Im moving all my appoinments to UM Hospitals.

If it were not for Valerie in Radiology, I would not have given it a one star rating. Merlenie (Im sure I havent spelling that correctly) who called to schedule my appointment was so uncooperative with everything and not in the least helpful that I have now decided not go there. Lousy patient relations! I will be sending an email to the Chief Executive Edward Abraham, Chairman of Radiology Robert Quencer and CEO Michael Gittleman. It is no wonder their rating is 1.5 after the previous 2 reviews.
