I just came from an appointment for a Head Ct scan. Wasnt even there for half an hour, staff was polite and everyone worked fast. Antonio Ramirez is a great tech and really knows how to deal with the public he is very professional and really friendly. Mr. Antonio Ramirez works fast and is efficient! More clinics should have techs like Mr. Ramirez because he goes above and beyond in order for his patients to feel comfortable.

October 5, 2021. I have been trying to get an appointment at the location 9200 SW 72st since 3:30 and the last I called was at 4:45 of which they transferred me to the Department of Imaging to the Department of scheduling. Imaging Department they can’t hear me. They hang up. When they did transfer me to the Department of Scheduling no one picks up! How do they stay in business? What an awful experience. Never called back. Stay away from this place! They need much much better service!

Im not sure why all the negative reviews on here, but my personal experience was amazing. I went to the CMS imaging center for the first time this past week to get an MRI done. greeted at the door very courteously, asked if I had an appointment (which I did), I had my intake paperwork done quickly and was ready for the exam in less than an hour. Im guessing if you dont have an appointment, then of course you should expect a longer waiting time. It is the only place that I have found near me that has an Opened MRI machine. Overall top notch service and I highly recommend it, specially if youre looking to get an MRI done and youre claustrophobic, the Opened MRI is much much better than the traditional closed MRI. The MRI technician also made me feel comfortable and kept communicating with me throughout the exam, and answered all of my questions and concerns. Excellent Service, thank you!

My uncle had a MRI scheduled and had an issue with the authorization because the staff didn’t take his insurance number correctly, even though we had a bad experience on trying to do things right we spoke to the manager so we could find a solution and he was very kind and courteous, he helped us during all the process and even took the case himself. Thank you Alex your help was really appreciated, Just a recommendation staff needs to work together and work in a more effective way and this place will be better.

No social distancing, the other reviews arent exaggerating when they say theres always at least 30 people in the waiting room. The chairs are right next to each other, no spacing at all. Plus, they serve coffee so multiple people will be walking around the waiting room with no masks.The waiting time was not that bad, I was in and out in about an hour. My appointment was for 3:30, so I would recommend the afternoon for a quicker appointment.The only pro for this place is that they have a large parking lot with lots of space.

I wish I had read all the bad reviews about this place before making an appointment with them. I agree that there is no social distancing, and 50 % of the people were not wearing masks. About 30 people in the waiting room one next to each other, and its true that they distribute coffee. The (routine) procedure was extremely painful, which its not suppossed to be. After ten days, I am still waiting for the results. I hope my review its of help for you. I suggest you to look for a better place.Thank you.

IF I COULD GIVE A ZERO I WOULD. I AM A PROVIDER AND I CAN NEVER GET A HOLD OF ANYONE IN THAT OFFICE TO SCHEDULE AN APPT FOR OUR PATIENTS. WHEN YOU CALL, THE LADY WHO SOUNDS LIKE A SLOTH PUTS YOU ON HOLD AND NEVER COMES BACK. I FEEL SORRY FOR ANYONE WHO HAS TO DEAL WITH THESE PEOPLE. Terrible Service. The two ladies in the front desk on June 1st, 2021 at 2:15 pm are rude, with no will to help neither serve people.If you don’t like people, you should work at a warehouse.They give appointments but it turns out to be it’s in order of arrival.What a bad experience.Don’t go there.

I’m of the belief that there should be a certain type of personality that goes along with certain industries, patient care being one of those. I respect that everything is not for everyone - I understand everything has its challenges. However, if it is not for you, choose another industry.Unfortunately, I was referred to this clinic for something that is rather personal. I only got to the person who answers the phones and she was, to say the least, not very understanding. I only asked a question with respect to coverage and the response was that she didn’t know and followed up - “so are you going to make an appointment or what?”It’s possible that the rest of the staff provides great patient care and perhaps this person was just having a bad day - but I decided for something this personal, I would prefer to go elsewhere.

I understand because of co-vid things are just a little slower, but if that’s the case then don’t schedule people one after another.I had an appointment at 10:30am. I’ve been here waiting and they haven’t even called out my name to fill out paper work. They don’t take into consideration that people have things to do. I literally took hours off from work to come here and do an x-ray. Now I probably have to take the whole shift off. I mean if they know this will happen then they should really consider times for appointments.Or maybe expand your staff.Besides the whole waiting time, my experience with the x-ray tech was awesome. He was great and very professional.

If you have been sent here for any type of imaging test do yourself a favor and find a different place. They will make you waste your time waiting 2 hours for a simple procedure! I do not recommend this place at all!!!!!

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE...This place is horrible. No prepared for patients I saw many coming and not knowing they had to take the liquid for the scan or like me drink water for my ultrasound . I arrived to my appointment at 8:55 it’s 10:00 am and haven’t been called at all. I’ve seen patients that arrived after me in and out and I still waiting . They said didn’t have my doctors prescription today but why you were not prepared to tell me this yesterday when you called me ? Lack of professionalism … terrible social distancing and I’m not coming back here to waist my money and timeTo update I walked into the ultrasound room. The technician upset told me she couldnt perform the ultrasound because I havent drink enough water to fill my bladder. Mind you the front desk staff told me to drink until I had the urge to go to the bathroom and thats what I did.I left that place at 10:30 and they did nothing. As a health care worker I am ashamed that establishments likes this makes us look bad in front of patients.

Horrible experience, appt done 1 month ago and no call was received day before appt to verify any $ would be owed at the time of service nor to confirm appt. Arrived on day of appt and place was packed...Ladies attending front desk were Rude, clueless and no consideration for your time. They come to tell me that my ins info was not verified then after almost an hour into this fiasco, was told that my ins was verified the day before but lady that verified ins. Wait till the end of the day and leave without calling patient if they were covered for procedure or not...they had my name wrong was the excuse, although the paperwork given to me showed my Name was correct. Please AVOID this place if possible. Unfortunately due to their incompetence, could not do tests.. this place is a disgrace

This place CMS is ok.. FYI..last time I went they did social distancing.. wearing masks.. & the young lady at the door very curtious .. the place is ok.. no issues yet.. but when you call on the phone to either make an appointment or to make sure they have the required referrals to do whatever procedures your doing the next day..it’s either on your on hold ( more than 5 mins), they hang up.. they don’t hear you…no one speaks English..transferred to all Depts and no resolution.. the answering/ phone service is horrible & not very professional or friendly.. as an English/ Spanish speaking person ..I don’t hear any type of professionalism via the phone..I honestly think more training on professionalism needs to be addressed as there are other diagnostic places in miami to go to.

First time at this facility. I’d read all the bad reviews before going to my appt but I must say this a great place. The lady at the front door welcomes patients like no other. She’s very polite and gives instructions clearly. The place is neat, staff very courteous and fast. I was done winthin a half hour. I recommend this facility.

This place ia terrible. Over 30 persons at waiting area. First time I called they gave me a wrong appt for a wrong center if I didnt call to confirm appt I wouldnt know. Very disorganized. Patients are getting anxious, the receptionists dont know how to handle the situation. They are only fast to request the copay.

CMS makes testing so easy. I never have to worry about long waits or rude staff members. Ursula is one of my favorites, she schedules my appointment, reminds me accordingly, and makes the process so quick and easy. The facility is clean and up to CDC standards. I recommend this place 100%!

1st. Receptionist gave us the wrong street address; which delayed us 30 mins, and she failed to advise us of the correct entrance address to complwx. Upon arriving there parking was a daymare, plus it seems to be factory mill (Over 50 people were waiting for a small office). Overall bad experience.

No social distance what so ever. Got here for my 1030am appointment and arrived 20 mins early to have enough time to fill paperwork. When I walked in there was about 30 people inside waiting, some from 930am were still waiting to be called. I signed in but left after noticing the disaster this place is. I went there yesterday for 4 different tests!! The first three went smoothly with no problem but for the last one I had to wait for more then two hours. After 1 hour I asked the front desk and they told me ... you will be called soon (which was a lie) After one more hour I asked the lady at the entrance again, she was looking at me waiting so long, my folder was at the reception and nobody was taking care of me!!! Other people came after and left before me!!! And they did not even apologize! The front desk is very bad. They should take a look of the people that are on que and have better service.

Poor costumer service. Front desk attendant rude and not costumer service oriented. 25 minutes to complete registration and they said that I had lost my appointment. They misspell my name on the documents, when asked registrant to correct she held my paperwork for over 10 minutes. They refused to provide their names, two Hispanic females on duty Sat 9/26/2020.Bottom line. I don’t recommend this facility. I won’t return here ever. Not worth it.

Just FYI, if you are a single mother unable to keep the kids with a family member, they will not attend your child as you cannot leave the kids in the waiting room nor can they go inside with the actual patient. None of this information is shared with parents ahead of time when you schedule. Took the day off, drove all the way here to be told that while in the waiting room.

I should have known when I tried calling this center, and they never answered, that their service was TERRRIBLE. When I finally go through, I had to wait for over a month for an appointment at their Miami Lakes center. Let me tell you, the staff is the most unprofessional medical team that Ive ever seen in my life. They dont care about your appointment, they dont answer any questions, they are rude when they answer. Besides the waiting time, on a waiting area that had no social distance at all, the tests are done basically with no privacy. This company has no idea on what to provide medical services. I will report this to my insurance company and would not be going again.

Unbelievably horrible experience! They have no social distancing protocols in the waiting area, around 30 people or so, including elderly sitting right next to each other. Since I have an autoimmune disease, I politely asked if I could wait in my car and they rudely replied, NO! I asked how long the wait would be for my 1pm appt. They said 1 hour, so they waaaaaay overbooked during a pandemic. They said I could wait outside, so I did. It was quite warm and uncomfortable and they provided no sitting. The outdoor area had around 7 or so people waiting too in the entrance area, so it as crowded too. Sooooo irresponsible for a medical facility to handle appts this way. This is a disgrace. They should be ashamed of themselves for putting people at risk and having no protocol set up to let people know to come later, because they’re delayed or allow them to wait in comfortably in their cars. Lazy, just lazy.

Errors! I went to CMS for a Ultrasound and after registering and completing the preliminary routine paperwork they tell me my copayment is $85. Then they explained to me that some procedures are superior than others. I never paid a co-payment so high. But there is always a first time right?? When the Front Desk lady noticed I was very surprised about the co-payment, she recommended me to go ask in the billing section, right next door. I went, there was an error. Ooooops, a mistake! I almost paid that co-payment. $85 is not much, but money is money, and I could spent that money much better in the right place. I suggest to double check your bills and co-pays

Disorganized mess. I have had good experiences here in the past, but my wife just had a morning appointment and waited 4 hours and 45 minutes before she was seen. Way overbooked situation puts undue pressure on technicians and results in a crowded waiting room with people coughing. I suggest going elsewhere until they get their act back together.

Be careful. Find out if the MRI machine works. They did not tell me and I had to wait 2 hours with my 82 year old mom, exposing her to possible COVID 19 infection. Then they try to cover up saying I requested an open MRI as opposed to a closed one. Im not going back to this place for lying and exposing my mom to getting sick.

If I could give zero or negative stars, I would. I had to get two different tests done at this diagnostic center and had an awful experience. No regard for patient privacy - yes, they want you to sign privacy disclosures galore, however, they will tell you all kinds of information about your case, loudly and without any regard for your privacy, in front of other patients. Zero tact and CLEARLY zero training. They asked why I was there and if my doctor had talked to me about cancer. Yes - this is a conversation I have had WITH MY DOCTOR AND DO NOT NEED TO HAVE WITH YOU. What YOU need to do is perform the tests you have orders for. That is your job. Do it.

AWFUL!! I went in for an ultrasound and I was extremely disappointed and dissatisfied! I would never ever return or refer anyone there. The technician would not address any of my questions or concerns. She completely ignored me when I asked her to include my painful area of concern. I was there for that exact reason which she ignored. The script was for a stat ultrasound, which should be sent to the ordering doctor within 24 hours. It took them 2 days. It was a complete waste of time! I talked to the office manager and he listened, but he defended his facility.

I think that this place has taken into account all the previous reviews because their service has improved tremendously. We did have to wait maybe 1 hour, but it was because the doctor did not specify if my mom had to take a certain liquid for the CT scan or not (so not the center’s fault). All the staff was extremely helpful and they did all the calls and paperwork for us. While waiting we were offered coffee and other refreshments. The facility was clean and the restrooms spotless. The volume of people that come here is ridiculously large and they do try to get everyone processed as fast as the can for their procedures.I do recommend it.

The appoitment for MRI was at 2pm somebody called mi in order to change to 1 pm . I leave my house and my work because I am working from my house at 12 pm .The waiting rooms was full of many séniors persons with multiples health problems , no hand sanitaizer in mentioned rooms , no social distance between workers The time of wait was more than one hour , the technician was fabulous but in from desk many coments related to other client that was complainingRemerber the covid 19 Isnot under control

Have been there several times now and would definitely recommend going elsewhere. It is always packed and they run LATE - as in hours late. Walked out today actually. Just unprofessional and too many competitors to run a business this way. Yes they serve snacks and Cuban Coffee - perhaps because they need to keep people fed and happy since you will be sitting there for literally hours.

Staff was polite and wait time is not bad. I made an appointment for Saturday and showed up earlier just in case I had to do paper work. I was in and out in about 20-30 minutes for some knee x rays. Would recommend! Facility is also very clean! Price was not bad either!

I brought my 75 year old father for a parathyroid scan where the expected time for the procedure is 3 hours. His appointment was at 10:15am and 7 hours later he was still waiting to finish the exam. I voiced my concerns to the Supervisor on the wait time especially during COVID-19 and having a compromised patient in this facility for this amount of time. If you are able to get services elsewhere, please try to do so because this is unacceptable.

I honestly dont see why there are so many negative reviews I went for 2 MRIs on Saturday the 3rd and my experience was great, friendly staff, they bring out coffee and sandwiches and I waited no more than 10 minutes past my appointment time. The machine was comfortable and it was over before I knew it. Would recommend and I would visit them again if I would ever need more studies.

First time I brought my mother for a referral they had her waiting 1 hour 1/2. We noticed too many patients so we waited. Inside doctor or doctor’s assistant, you cannot even tell, was cruel to her when she explained she experiences lots of pain on her breast. She pretty much told her to “suck it up”. I was furious. Second time, we’ve been waiting for 2 hours, they kept changing the time of the appointment since it was an urgent request from her primers doctor. She asked multiple times how long? And they kept saying “you have to keep waiting”, when asked why is it taking so long from the appointment? No answer. Everyone there seems to be into the gossip than work and accommodate the patients, which most are elderly and I feel so bad of how long they have to wait. DO NOT COME HERE. Find another place or ask ur doctor for another recommendation.

The tech that took my husband in had no idea of customer service ( black hair, short stature and wears glasses) Not even a hello for salutation. Basically called his name and another patient at the same time. We followed him and He Took the other patient into a room and left us standing in the hall. So we didn’t know what to do, should we have followed him in the room too? I didn’t think so, so we sat down even though he didn’t tell us to sit and wait. After a while he came out and just said “entre”. He should understand that people that go there are apprehensive and scare and that a smile goes a long way. No cortesía, no delicadeza, no educación. I felt I was in a human factory.

CMS has some of the most modern diagnostic equipment to produce the best images, like the 3.0 Tesla MRI machine, the most powerful of the world market. Its technicians and administrative personnel are experienced professionals who know how to carefully manage the patients to obtain the best results. I highly recommend this center.

No respect for client time, I arrived around 04:30pm for my appointment (scheduled for 04:30pm) and only got in to the Exam room around 6:00pm. They charge you extra money for the copy of your image, they only provide written statements included with your exam. When I called today I spoke with Jessica Diaz, and complaint to her about this extra charged, since this is new to me (I believe if I`m doing an Image exam I should have the image cost included on the total cost paid by me and my insurance, not an extra cost), and she said there is nothing I could do, company rules, I`m busy here is there anything else I can help you with? Worst customer service EVER. I will never do business with them again!!!

I’m not sure about all of the other negative reviews, but I just had a great experience. 10:15am appointment, showed up a few minutes early to fill paperwork (which they did on my behalf based on my call when I scheduled, which is UNHEARD of) all I had to do was sign a few papers. They called me in a few minutes early and I was walking out the door by 10:20am because I made sure to wear clothing I could keep on dying my X-ray. I was nervous about the wait time when I saw how full the waiting room was, and was pleasantly surprised by how quick and painless the whole experience was.

I went to CMS Diagnostic Services for an MRI. Extremely professional, extremely clean, and the most important, by the net day, my doctor had the results of my exam. Very well located and plenty of parking spaces available. If you need a procedure done, this is definitely the right place to go!

Staff was courteous and did provide coffee, but still no excuse for having everyone wait over 2 hours for an appointment. To be fare, this is very common in the South Florida area. All the money that I spend for medical insurance and what they get paid is astronomical for providing poor service.

Was given an appointment at 10. We arrived an hour early. Filled out paper work and insurance Info upon arrival. After waiting till 10:30, I asked the receptionist how many people were in front of us, the other receptionist replied in Spanish, tell her that her appointment was at 11:30. I told them her appointment was scheduled at 10 am. She stated that in her system it said 11. Then I asked to speak with an office manager. The office manager says that her appointment was at 10 but the receptionist moved it up to 11. This is not our first time coming here and with the same problem. The worst customer service ever.

The most unprofessional medical center I visited in my life. I felt unwelcome, the staff have no idea what empathy and kindness means. With the exception of the lady offering coffee (she was nice, although I didnt care for coffee) the rest of the staff treat you like it bothers them you are even there. The person that inserted the needle in my vein, before inserting the needle freed one of his gloved fingers by tearing it with his mouth ( gross and unsanitary). I will never visit that place again.

I was very pleased with my experience at CMS Daiagnostic Center. It was good to be treated with professionalism and care. They made me feel that I was in safe hands and even made me snails when I left, then you can believe they are the best. A big THANK YOU to all of them.

This place should not exist. Tried to have a minor diagnostic test and they did not call for authorization, they were trying to make me pay $350 copay when it is covered 100% by the insurance. Annie is very rude, told me my insurance was lying to me, took my info and did not call insurance nor did she write down the case number the insurance company gave me to give to her, calls me a week later to confirm appointment and she had not written it down or called insurance. Insisted on me paying $350. Annie was very unhelpful, you can see she doesnt like her job. Whatever Annie says, the truth is my insurance covers it 100%, you lost a customer because of bad customer service and procedures. Taking my business elsewhere.

Solely basing my review on happy relatives whove been to this facility and my personal experience with receptionist, Odarmys. She went out of her way to keep me updated during my grandfathers visit. To me, shes an asset to patients and CMS.

I had ckme to this place 3 times cause all my referrals get to this place, but the service from the receptionist or the person that help you are so bad, they very rude an unpolite to the patients. They complain about all customers and you heard the rumors telling to each other that people come to this place are very annoying. They need to look for people that are really to help other with needs... they feel like we come here to take theirs time, and they are missing the big picture that without patients or customers they wont have a job...... very rude the 2 girls at the front desk....

There is no point in making an appointment for a specific time when you are made to wait hours. The staff doesnt even show any sympathy for making people wait so long. No regard for other peoples time. I will definitely avoid coming to this place again.

Well i called them because i needed another mri and only wanted to confirm i had been there before and the woman who answered spoke no english and had no idea what i was talking about so i said english english she put me on hold and never came back . How can a person answer phones when they dont even understand or speak english?

Facility is very clean. Parking was not a problem. The staff is very friendly but I wish that if I spoke to you in English you would respond in English. While I do speak Spanish there are word and certain medical terminologies that I am unable to say in Spanish.Great place to take an older family relative our someone that does not have a complete control of the English language.But I was annoyed and disturbed that the staff that I came in contact with automatically spoke in Spanish even when I directed my response in English.

Annie doesn’t know anything about insurance and it’s coverage and tries to get $350 no matter what so i didn’t get to go in for my test and if I could take the star away I would give them a negativeDon’t have your insurance call them they will get the run around but when you call they answer still telling you $350 I’m disgusted with this place and didn’t even go in

I am not having a procedure or any service done at this place , just trying to book an appointment and so far it has been horrible. After 3 calls still have no appointment, my calls keep getting disconnected, they need to know exactly what the doctor wrote on the prescription . 4 calls to book an appointment .

This place is the worst I went for an MRI back in September 2019 the staff kept on Sending me to different sections of the Building On top of everything I was billed incorrectly they said my copayment was $400 and it turns out my whole bill was $486 I was only responsible for 180 do not trust this company they are frauds

Horrible. Dont get ill or hurt while here, because they wont help you in any way. While waiting with about 40 others a man began loudly violently vomiting in the mens room. After more than 5 minutes I told the 2 clerks who yelled to Gerard, perhaps the manager, who kept walking back and forth. Finally I stopped him and he said he was taking care of it. He wasnt. I yelled at him to go in the mens room to help the man and he said What if hes naked. I said, then you can help a very ill naked man. The mens room is in the middle of the waiting room, the man would not have been naked. But, what if he was? More than 10 minutes had passed and a man said that the man had left. Very upsetting that no help was offered this man. If you or I, get ill while in this medical facility, they wont help or comfort us.

My appointment was for 8 am and the doctor didn’t show up till almost 10:30am. The staff was rude and acted like they didn’t care about the patient at all. I wouldn’t ever recommend anyone go to this place

Horrible service. Had an appointment and waited over 2 hours to be seen. The staff is constantly in and out, taking breaks and chatting. whats the point of taking appointments when they fail to work at an efficient pace to keep up with them. If 0/5 stars was possible Id rate them so over and over again.

Terrible service. I made appointment... waited over an hour to have test. X-ray was to be sent to doctor next day. They did not do it. I had to leave doctors office and drive to pick up cd with X-ray to go back to doctor.
