This is the first time I write a poor review. I dislike spreading negativity over the internet, however, I would feel better if people were more cautious when they sign a contract with Body Details. I signed a contract with them about 3 years ago (or more) and spent $10,000 on life time hair removal and tattoo removal. It was NOT life time as you can only go one per year if you have completed 8 sessions. Secondly, as most importantly, the customer service is absolutely awful. Every time I need to speak with a representative, they are utterly rude and the least bit helpful and kind. I was 5 minutes late to my 10 minute tattoo removal appointment (small tattoo) and they refused to me. They were beyond rude and disrespectful on top of that. I rushed out of work to head over there and they were the furthest thing from helpful. I would go back in time and NOT sign that contract with them. It was a waste of money and now I have to deal with the customer service every time I go in. Please be cautious.

Well yesterday I went in for a consultation and it being my second one I had more or less an idea on what i wanted and what to expect. Be aware it was the first time i was for sure gonna move forward with the process. The first time i went i was quoted an enormous amount of money and was turned off by the mere suggestion of moving forward with it. On my second visit they explained it all ( currently offering massive discounts) and well the pricing was very affordable and if you have a semi good credit score you can definitely finance. So i decided to move ahead with it .My first session it was super freaking cool and well watching the pico wave laser machine work was super cool on a pain scale its bit worse than tattoos but you should be good nothing crazy honestly a mild discomfort at worst. I feel if you are thinking about it you should go and check it out.

I worked with Ari who was very professional, courteous, as well as patient to explain how the process works both during the procedure and after it has been completed pertaining to the aftercare. I started my tattoo removal treatment October 6th 2018.I was promised within approximately 2 years (12-15 sessions), all of my tattoos would be fully removed. We are 4 months away from my 3rd year.My warning to you is this: it is going to take a long time and I spent so much money on this place, almost 8K on removing my tattoos. And definitely several side effects: hair loss, intense pain, skin irritation, and I had to go see a dermatologist to help me.As you read this, this is my warning to you that the tattoo removal will take longer than expected. If I had to give an estimated guess, I am half way completed of what I see so far.As an entrepreneur and business owner, Ive never promised my clients one statement in my life without fulfilling that promise.Body details did fail this promise and my tattoos are still not fully removed and I completed 15 sessions.As you read this, remember, it is not the customer service. People here are friendly.

You only get unlimited treatments for 3 years and after that you can only go once a year! In the 3 years you can only get about 15 treatments done and you will still have noticeable hair! It is much cheaper to buy a laser machine from Amazon and do it yourself!! DO NOT GET SCAMMED LIKE I DID, SAVE YOUR MONEY!

Called, emailed, called again, called again, called again. How is it this difficult to set up an appointment?? It shouldnt be a 4 day process to make an appointment... Very unprofessional- I decided it would not be smart to give them my money. I am very happy I didnt promote this place to my social media following like I was planning.I was so excited by the good reviews and looking forward to getting a full body laser hair removal treatment. Maybe it was the receptionists first day? When I finally did get close to making an appointment, I had to give my social security number, date of birth, and a hefty down payment (which I wouldve been fine with if I didnt loose ALL trust in this place.)
