Michelle was amazing i have being doing laser for many years even using the numbing cream still very uncomfortable. For the first time ever was not bad . She went out off her way and use compress ice pads . Wow !!!! For sure the best way . I asked her if that is in the protocols and for my surprise she said no . Was her idea how to make the session more pleasant. She is a keeper for now and on . I recommend her and the facility. Super professional and great energy

I had been looking into getting laser hair removal for a while now and I am glad I chose Ideal Image in Midtown. The staff was super courteous and easy to talk to, I got my treatment done by Kathy. The place is meticulously clean, the procedure was quick, and the pain was less than I expected.

I absolutely love Janette! (I hope I spelled it correctly) she’s a true professional. She’s kind. She’s takes her time efficiently. Not going too fast that you feel like crying and not going too slow we’re you’re stuck wondering “Is this ever going to end?” I wish I was going with her since the beginning!Pick Janette!

I have been requesting a refund for the gift card to the original form of payment for 7 months now, even discussed with the manager, however, they have never offered a solution. After attempting to use the credit, the employee was unable to use my gift card because the system requested more information than was provided withe the card. After an extended period of discussing the problem, she was finally able to apply the gift card. I have been extremely disappointed with the customer support received from ideal image, however, I had a pleasant interaction with the PAUpdate: I received a call back from the manager, solutions were discussed and agreed on. She was very pleasant, understanding and accommodating.

I had scheduled a procedure that would not take more than 5 min, and I arrived late because of a really bad accident (I had photos of the closed road). They did not take me, after 40 mins driving, for a 5 min-procedure, it was so disappointing.

Every appointment Ive had so far has been seamless and wonderful. From start to finish, this location always provides an amazing experience. The staff is so welcoming and knowledgeable. Solange helped me during this past appointment and I was blown away by how professional and kind she was. She made me feel so relaxed and made the process quick and painless.

I love this place! I wasn’t happy where I had hair and to be honest it made me feel horrible about myself. Now because of the laser treatment I’m actually seeing results. No hair. Less times having to shave and worry about unwanted hair and if people can see it. I had to constantly be on top of shaving and now I don’t even worry about it. I’m so happy it’s crazy I didn’t think it was for real. The results are real and Im going to refer all my friends. Janet was the one who assisted me today and she was so great. Today I had my first visit to ideal image! Great location! Parking was super easy and convenient. I received fillers and Botox from the the wonderful MICHELLE! I was a little nervous at first but she made me feel so comfortable and relaxed. She talked me through the whole thing , was so patient ,and gave me great advice. I had a terrible experience a couple years back with fillers so I was extremely hesitant but Michelle got rid of all my concerns! I will definitely be back in a couple weeks for some touch ups! I was so hesitant to get botox and fillers, but I like that the staff are trained nurse practioners with experience. They are very knowledgeable. Their pricing can be higher than local small business places but their work is guaranteed. They will make sure your happy and although I initially was used as a model for training. I have gone back for touch ups. I also like that you can purchase Botox units when they have a special and bank them. They never expire!!!!! Thank you Yenys, my lips look natural and even! You are amazing! I’m 1 week post and I will definitely go back.

I can recommend this place enough. Beyond friendly staff, excellent amenities, and amazing technicians that know just how to make you feel comfortable. I had such an amazing experience here. I received a hyrdafacial from Vita. She is honest and caring and really took her time on my facial. She told me what i needed to do to achieve the skin i want. Shes super helpful and very nice and staff here are great too. I definitely recommend this place.
